*6 month review- This system was installed in August 2023 and has been working flawlessly ever since. Install took about 1.5 hours since I got the water softener and RO filters. Jason was very courteous, answered all my questions and multiple phone calls. He even called a week later to check up on how everything was performing. Pricing is very competitive and am glad I went with the unit that I did. He never tried to upsell any of the units and simply described what each different one did and recommended the one that would best fit my home and family. The only thing that I have noticed is that the water from the RO unit does not taste the same as it did when I first got it but I think it may have to do with the filters. Jason, the owner, came to check out our old system the same day I spoke to him. He found some irregularities with the way our old system was installed before. I've never had such a wonderful worry free experience from start to finish. I had done my research prior to calling and gave Jason a series of questions about the value system. I had already identified the Clack WS1 as the highest quality and most reliable choice. He not only installs this valve, he does it by default, that was the first green flag. The second item I researched was the resin percentage rating, which 8% is considered low, 10% is a great number for the industry. He is the only one who uses 16% resin which never needs changing for the life of the system. It also does backwashing with salt which is a critical feature many companies skip out on. Many companies use either a full salt softener which uses a ton of salt or a full resin system which is less effective. Jason uses a hybrid which utilizes salt to maintain the resin and keeps usage to a minimum, the best of both worlds. My neighbor spent 6k for a system he bought at Costco and this system is infinitely better and I only paid 3k, he even installed a custom hose bib for my car to be washed without hard water deposits.
