They charged an extra $30 fee because it was a senior stylist doing the lashes. That was fine with me, I had a wedding to attend and wanted to have my lashes done without having to do my own. I showed the lady the exact lashes I wanted, and I showed her how full I wanted them, she said she could do that. It turned out to be the biggest disappointment. The falsies I do myself look better and fuller than my 200 dollar appointment. Right after my appointment I got a really awful irritation and within 5 days 70% of my lashes were gone. My eyes were bloodshot for a week. I got a text from the Lash lounge asking how I liked the service, and I replied with my concerns and of course they never replied. They didn't even offer to remove them or fix the concern. This was the most underwhelming and awful experience. Coming from someone who had lash extensions for 3+ years, try a smaller place with more talent, customer service, care and integrity.

I expected better quality work to be done. To give a little bit of backstory, I have been getting my lashes done regularly for over six years now. I was getting ready to go on vacation for 16 days and really wanted my lashes to be full and not have to get a fill while I was there however my regular girl that does a fabulous job was out of town and wasn't able to do it the day before I left because she wasn't here. I really wanted them done the day before I left because as you know your lashes fall out overtime and I wanted them to be as full as possible for as long as I could while on vacation. I reached out to a few lash Studios in the area and let them know that I needed to fill. Glorious lash and brow reached out to me to make an appointment. They connected me with Erin who then texted me to make my appointment and told me that she was with glorious lash and brow. She did not ever mention that she was a third-party . The only communication I got was from glorious lash and brow, or Erin who said that she was affiliated with them. Here's where I admit my mistakes: On the day of my appointment, I was running around trying to get everything ready for my family of five to be gone for over two weeks and for some reason in my head I was thinking my appointment was at 2 PM when it was actually at 1 PM. I did have it in my calendar as being at 1 PM, but I was so busy with other things that I forgot . Erin texted me around 110 and asked if I was still coming in. I apologize profusely and she said that she could still get me in even if I was late. Thankfully, I rushed over and I was there by 1:20 pm, she got me in. Great. The next mistake I made was not asking what the price of my service was gonna be. As someone who's gotten their lashes done regularly for six years and has been to other places besides my regular girl to get pills I know that fills cost anywhere from $70-$90 so that's what I was prepared to pay. During the service she didn't really want to make conversation with me even though I was trying to make small talk to be polite. Which is fine. I get some people just don't like small talk so I just laid there in silence. She did mention during the service that my lash girl does a really good job and that my lashes looked great. When the service was over, my lashes looked fine. I handed her my card and she did not mention what the price of the service was going to be and then ran my card as someone who always tips 20%. I just hit the 20% button sign and went on my way. My mistake also for not paying attention I guess I was just in such a hurry and had so many things to do, but I assumed that the price would be around what that normal price of a fill is. And I get home and I realize I didn't even check to see how much it was so I look at my bank statement and I was shocked that she charged me $150. This does not include the tip mind you that was just the price of the service. I was a little confused because that's the price of a full set not a fill. I texted her and asked her if she had made a mistake and charged me for a full set and she said that because I was getting a "foreign fill" she charged me more. She said that because now she knows the quality of my lashes that next time I went to her, she would charge me only $95 for a fill. once again, someone who gets their lashes done regularly and has been to different places over the years I have never heard of a foreign fell before and didn't understand why it was so expensive. I texted my regular lash girl and she confirmed that that was not a thing, she asked me the name of the place that I went and then pointed out that on their website, the made up "foreign fill" was listed at $125 not $150, still outrageously overpriced, but less than what she had charged me. I texted her back with a screenshot of the price listed online and she said that that was "Emma's price". Nowhere on their website does it list the different people and different prices? i'm not a very confrontational person so instead of going back-and-forth with Erin I decided to text the original number that had reached out to me assuming that was the owner of the salon. I explained what happened and she told me that Erin just "rented a booth at the studio and so she has different pricing ." Once again, that information was never disclosed to me. The only communication I got was from someone affiliated with that studio. All her clients sit in a massage chair during their session and it's been so nice to feel pampered while getting your lashes done. She's got a gentle touch, and such a beautiful personality. I feel so valued as her client which is major. But the crème de la crème is that these lashes are of such good quality. They last a long while and the lash glue can withstand a lot. I went to Hawaii when it was stormy out, I snorkeled, and sweat a bunch from the humidity - but these babies stayed on so well. Darlene also does an amazing job to make sure they don't tug, pull, or annoy your natural lashes. I've never had extensions that were so comfortable I've forgotten they're even on! I do have sensitive skin (eczema & rosacea) so I was worried about the chemicals, surprisingly my skin didn't turn red and I didn't have any allergic reactions. However, I did feel tingling and burning sensation during the lifting process but it went away after Sara flushed my eyes and the tingling went away after a day.
