I haven been with this guys for many years now, I have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars in eye care for me and my family but something has changed with them. Had my appointment on December 21st and I'm still waiting for my prescription glasses. very disappointed with the service this time around. I called twice already to ask for an update and the excuses they gave me, though kind of make sense even though they should have called me to let me know of the delay due to "insurance procedure changes", but I don't really buy the story. I feel had I up graded to the expensive ( over $600 ) glasses the doctor recommended I would probably gotten them by now. I guess it's time to take my business somewhere else. I'm sure I'd be welcome and valued as a new customer elsewhere. read more

Dr. Mancuso has been my eye doctor for year. Great doctor, very thorough and takes his time to explain the best options for treatment. My son was in an accident and had some head trauma and was having some eye issues...he took extra time to make sure everything was okay. I felt much better after our visit. read more

I've been coming here since I was a young kid. Dr Mancuso has been nothing but the best to me and my family throughout the years. Once I turned 16 years old he was able to help me get special contact lenses so I could pass my vision test and get my drivers license. If it wasn't for Dr. Mancuso and his eagerness to help, I probably wouldn't be able to get my license when I was 16. It's people like him that really makes a difference in a persons life and how they live going forward. He has truly made a huge difference in my life and the way I live my everyday life today. I strongly recommend seeing Dr. Mancuso for any of your eye care needs as he does exceptional work and provides great customer service. Received a phone call from dr Mancuso's office after bad experience to give office another try. Went back and was very pleasantly surprised, and happy I did. Everything was back to normal. All of the staff including the doctor treated me like a VIP. Everything was explained to me upfront especially the bill bc my insurance company doesn't pay for my medical eye condition. I really believe that I made the best decision to go back for my eye care, and will continue. Everyone deserves a second chance. read more

Great eye care facility in town. Been to a few others and I believe I found where I will be going for the foreseeable future. The Office Manager, Holly is amazing and so nice, even after I called to change me order midweek. You can print out new patient forms online and everyone is every nice and understanding. I went to this Clearvision Eye Center because it is covered under my eye insurance care. The first visit I waited @ 25 min, but the second time I wanted almost 60 minutes to see the doctor. During my first visit, the girl who sells the contacts was not kind and I felt her to be intrusive. I explained to the doctor that I have been using the same contacts for years and I would like to stay with them unless my insurance notes otherwise. Well then the girl who sells the contacts comes into the room and states 'I know that you are money conscious". I was taken aback by her remark! This is unprofessional and I did not appreciate that comment. Also, I felt that she wanted to sell me on contacts and not put me into the pair that fits my needs. The same contact girl checked me when I was paying the bill and when I asked billing questions she was very hostile with her answers and no helpful. The girl who rang me out during my second visit was a little nicer, but she kept getting text message and looking at her phone while I was closing out my bill. The only pleasant experience in this office is the young guy who checks your eyes before you see the doctor. He was helpful and courteous throughout my visit. Overall, I did not have a great experience at this office and I will not return for my next year's visit or recommend that Optometrists to my 15 coworkers who all have the same insurance as I do. Also, the Clear vision on Rainbow only charges $55 for a lens fitting but the one on Horizon Ridge charges $75.00 read more

I've never had to wait; my appointment time is a real appointment time (unlike most healthcare providers in the valley). Ordered glasses and contacts, paid over $500, received my glasses in a decent amount of time but my contacts took over 2 1/2 months and I had to contact the office to ask why I hadn't received a call to pick them up, it took two days for the office to call me back with an answer as to what was going on. read more

First time patient here but seasoned Contact wearer. Went in for my yearly exam for contacts and classes and the office was so great. The staff was amazing. I have my two little monsters (2 yo and 4yo) with me and they were all over the place. As any parent knows, doctors office prompt Kids to act wild. The staff was not only patient with my kids they actually engaged them an let them participate with the exam. JoJo was especially helpful playing with my kids. I can't rave enough about this office. The entire visit , with two kids/ new patient paperwork / glasses / contact exam/ glasses fitting / contact purchase / insurance review took me less that 2 hours. That's magic right there. I was a first time customer this morning. Last time as well. Receptionist was friendly and professional. However when a woman called my name to come back, she didn't smile or introduce herself at all. I simply followed her back and she began a series of questions and procedures with the most condescending and rough bed side manner I've ever experienced visiting an office in any medical profession. I don't know if she was an assistant or the doctor, because like I said she never introduced herself. I'm not thin skinned, but there are simply too many choices out there for us to go to...to sit there and feel like you're totally ruining their day. She acted like she hated life or at least hated her job and hated being there. It was bad enough to where after 5-10 minutes I stood up and said, "I'm going to call this appointment off. Your bed side manner is.....a little rough." And with that I left. Waste of my morning. read more

Dr Mancuso and staff are very helpful and courteous while you are in their office. The office is always clean and they are pretty good about getting you in on time. We did have an issue with our glasses when they came in but they got it taken care of just don't care for the 2 week waiting time. It would be nice if they could improve on that. read more

Got right in same day for my annual eye exam. The doctor and his staff were friendly and thorough! 5 Stars!

A while back I went in for my annual eye exam. During the routine exam, it was discovered that I could not see out of my left eye. Dr. Mancuso was so quick to identify a hemorrhage in the center of my eye. I was panicked, to the say the least, and Dr. Mancuso went above and beyond to make sure that I was seen immediately by a Retina Specialist. He made phone calls, so that I would not have to wait for a referral from my primary doctor, which could have taken a couple of weeks. He genuinely cared for my well-being. I was seen by a Retina Specialists that same day and was diagnosed with Macular Degeneration (not common with younger people). I started treatment right away and within 8-9 months I recovered about 95% of my vision. I am forever grateful to Dr. Mancuso for his ability to diagnose my condition right away, and for his diligent efforts to get me, his patient, taken care of. read more
