I've known Seth for over 8 years now, even before he started this company. My water heater was going out and near bursting inside of my house, so I was looking for options to replace it. Seth was working on a plumbing job downtown on one of the same jobs I was working at and I begin to just ask him his opinion on tankless water heaters. He sold me on the idea and offered to install one for me. Since my original water heater was inside my house, he ran both water lines and a new gas line to the outside of my house and mounted the new heater. The heater worked great, very impressed with the on demand system of tankless water heaters. Since then I've had various and random plumbing issues/jobs and Seth has always come through with me. Seth replaced leaking old cast iron sewer drain piping under the house, provided an end of line cleanout, and replaced wax rings in 2 toilets. He was extremely professional - very punctual and communicative about his progress. He organized the job so that our comfort was maintained in terms of having the use of at least one toilet throughout the work. My new oven was delivered but the delivery men were not able to fit it into the opening. They also said the gas valve was too old and needed to be replaced. I called Seth and he came the next day. He replaced the 47 year old gas valve before fitting the oven into the opening. There was only a 1/4 inch clearance and some wood from the cupboard had to be removed in order to get the oven in. Some floor tiles were missing and it was very difficult to get the oven level. It was hard to maneuver a 200 pound oven many times but the result was excellent. The oven looks great and works great, and I know the oven is safely installed. read more

I had a slow drain. It was not an emergency, but Seth was able to come out the next day to clean my sewer drain pipe from the kitchen. He was finished in about an hour and it has been fine since. Our 2-year old is potty training and it seems that the term "flushable" when applied to wipes mean they will rip during use but find strength in numbers in the pipes and live happily forever. Luckily for us, we caught on before we had a major problem, but 2-year olds are not happy when they can't use the toilet they've been training on. Seth was able to come over the day we called to clean them out and restore balance to our toddler's world. He was quick and friendly and the charge was very reasonable. WOW Yelpers! I can't overemphasize what a relief it is to have Clear Water Drain Service!! My home has had reduced hot water flow for the past couple of months. I knew genesis of the problem was an internally corroding hot water heater. Per my initial posted review Seth replaced the hot water heater. I had hoped, but really not expected, eliminating the cause of the water restrictions might solve the whole issue. I wasn't surprised that the new hot water heater didn't solve all problems. I called Seth and set an appointment for two days later. Seth arrived on the minute scheduled and set about examining the issue. I thought the issue may be a clogged pipe near the hot water heater but Seth tested and quickly eliminated that theory. Seth determined problem was clogged hot water intake lines at each house fixture. Seth replaced intake lines in both bathrooms. Most impressively was how Seth worked to preserve our kitchen faucet which has value. Seth rigged a wire like device into the faucet, sort of like flossing, and returned the faucet to full operation. In closing, I also cannot overemphasize the value Seth delivers... a huge cost savings over using well advertised San Diego plumbing empires! read more
