I purchased a sandwich from the Clements country market as it was something quick off the side of the road. It did not shy away from adding stacks of meat of your choice your choice of cheese and they have different types of spreads. The bread was really soft and everything combined with something I was looking for for my dinner craving highly recommend if you want a hearty sandwich. For me, it's this hole in the wall locations that have the best food.

Stopped in for some sandwiches on our journey home from Tahoe. One custom and one premade, that I had toasted into a panini. Both were really good! Def recommend.

Everyone there was super friendly and very helpful since it was my first time getting a sandwich there. Besides the deli the store has a large selection of items. I'll definitely go back!

Good Day Yelpies !!! When you're traveling and that Hangrey mood starts to creep in on you this is the spot to calm the beast. Can you say fresh, food and amazing service all in one location.... This place is definitely a place to stop when you're traveling or if you live in the area. Huge props to keeping this diamond in the rough running so amazing

This place is awesome! Everything they have is surprisingly fresh. One of the best tri tip sandwiches I've bee had! Tons of snack and drink options and the owner is actually really sweet and funny.

This review is only on their breakfast burritos. I have been trying to seek out places that have good grab and go breakfast items. I have had their sandwiches in the past and they're very good. Breakfast burrito was very large size and reasonably priced at $5.99. They're premade and cold in the cooler. They microwave them to heat them. They should use their panini press as that's their specialty with sandwiches it seems. The breakfast burrito is mainly just processed egg and a generous amount of cheese. I was almost half way into the burrito before I got my first piece of sausage. I didn't finish the burrito I stopped after finally finding the first piece of meat. I even gave it another shot and had a bite while I wrote this review. It's not horrible and it is edible but it's not good at all. They offer a cup of salsa with the burrito I tried it with the salsa and no different. The lady was friendly but not very quick or attentive with helping.

I'm not sure how often they grill outside, but someone was grilling tri-tip yesterday. We bought the tri-tip family meal, which came with tri-tip that we picked up outside, then had it sliced inside at the deli counter, 2 lbs of baked beans with bits of unexpected pineapple, potato and macaroni salad, and rolls, all for only $36.99 + tax. The tri-tip was still juicy and delicious after microwaving it at home, and the cold salads made it back safely since we had a cooler. The beans were exceptionally delicious. I've never had them with pineapple before, only in macaroni salad. We need to boycott fast food with their outrageous prices these days. This was obviously better and fairly priced.

They've got a great selection of stuff for outdoor grilling, like I picked up some nice strawberries, good fruit, and tons of fresh vegetables. They even have fresh juices, and sometimes you can toss your own oranges into this machine that squeezes them right there super fresh and tasty. The people working here are always so friendly, and the deli is fantastic. I love getting their sliced turkey it's from a real turkey they roast fresh every day, and it's absolutely delicious. After my grueling 2 hour wait, I finally open the door to the sweet smell of meat and air conditioning. Atmosphere is busy, and there were 4 lovely ladies just moving along and getting people their orders. I had the GREAT pleasure of having Allie (hope I spelled her name right) serve me. She was extremely patient and giving me every opportunity to ask questions, describe products and give samples to give me the true taste of what she was describing. She was very chipper, never rushing and made me feel like I NEED to come back! Hoping the management reads my review, typically I only write if service was excellent or notably terrible. This visit, this customer service, will make it that much easier, even waiting for 2 hours. Thank you Allie!

Hey, the three star rating should be impressive. I once hated Walmart and wouldn't be caught dead…read morein one or at least the one in Elk Grove on Elk Grove Blvd. which was about a notch above a dump. No, I must be honest and and admit, this Twin Cities store isn't bad. This Supercenter is far from super. The location in Lodi or the new one in Elk Grove on Bruceville qualifies to hold that title. The Galt store threw in a grocery section, to neighbors Raley's dismay, and - bam! - it was a superstore. That said, the amount of groceries are impressive. The selection isn't thorough like its aforementioned neighbor across the street but you're going to be able shop for your weeks worth of food and household items just fine...and at a discount. The quality is good to very good as well. The lean ground beef is nearly as good as Raley's but at a substantial price cut. There is also a small but nice selection of gluten-free products at acceptable prices. For you beer drinkers of a higher caliber of the average Bud/Coors connoisseur, you will be pleased to find that the ordering manager is aware of a culture of craft beers and insured that the coolers have some bottles to bring you happy Friday nights. Now, the rest of Walmart is basically what you'd expect from a Walmart. A wide variety of clothing for all ages and all, that's two folks, genders priced at "Yup, that's a good deal" to "How do they make money off of this?!" Toys are well positioned at the far end of the store well hidden between the boring women's makeup, stationary, housewares, and sporting goods. Parents, unless you wonder on the edges of these sections, you'll be safe from the contestant requests of wanting every toy on every isle. Don't be fooled either, the toys offered will keep any kid, young and old, happy enough to make them forget about what that other place that's long gone, Toys R Us. You know, I think I have purchased at least one thing from every department in this store for someone in my family and every time it met their need. I never thought that I would need art supplies or a yard of fabric - yuck, I'm a respectable guy and I HAD to go there!! - but I did and Walmart provided. So why the three stars when I'm making this sound pretty cool like you'd want to go out of your way for a field trip here? Again, you're not going to find the best produce or meat or fabric here but you will find good to very good. That puts you close to four stars but once you get toward the registers, ding, there's where the gotcha is. Dude, talk about sloooooow. I am not sure what makes it take so long to check customers out but this place has nailed it. So much so that I have completely given up and only use self-check even though I have strong feelings against using them. Hey, if I don't get a discount for doing someone else's job, and doing it quicker at that, I'm not a fan. Anyway, that brings down the rating. I have used the customer service for returns or for item pickup and both have been spotty. It's been quick and it's been "Dude, do you usually work the registers?" slow. I guess I should be happy as it isn't consistently bad. Oh, the men's bathroom has always been clean for me. I think this should be mentioned and applauded. Bathrooms with this much traffic are difficult to keep up and Galt's Walmart does it well. Thank you. So, there you have my essay, er, review of the Walmart Supercenter in Galt. It's good enough for that guy that once wouldn't be caught dead in one now shops often at this location and is quite alive. "It's alive!" Ya, Weird Science.

At 7:01, an announcement came on saying the store had been closed for one minute and to head to the register. Totally fair. I needed one more thing from produce so I hurried- another announcement at 7:02 said to "stop shopping- we are closed" I grabbed my last item and went up front. By 7:03, I was already being checked out. And yet the reaction from staff was... unbelievable. There were several employees standing at the front just staring at me--clearly irritated, like I'd personally ruined their evening. It was three minutes past closing. Not 30. Not 15. Three. Then it somehow got worse. They were out of bags (understandable), so I asked if I could use the hand basket to carry my items to my car, which was literally parked right in front of the doors to the store. I was told no, "these baskets cant leave the store"--and that I needed to go outside and get a cart instead. So I had to run out, grab a cart, and come back in... while the entire staff stood there watching me. There must have been 6 or 7 employees glaring at me with dirty looks like I had insulted them personally. The older checker was grumpy and rude, but honestly the whole team contributed to making the experience feel hostile and unwelcoming. I completely understand wanting to close on time. But if ringing someone up at 7:03 feels like a crisis to your staff, that's a management issue--not a customer problem. Also- why not sell reusable bags if you run out of bags so often? I would have bought one to make it faster for me to exit the store. Seems like a simple solution to avoid the extreme stress your staff is experiencing
