The experience was so much fun, so relaxing, and I loved that the bed/chair? Was heated! I went back 7 days later to be seen again for a follow up to the cream and was charged for another office visit. When I called to find out why I was billed for the first visit (should have been preventative) and why was I charged full price for the follow up, I had to make repeated calls. When calling the main line, most of the time it goes to voicemail and they may or may not call you back. When I finally reached someone, they said they had to have billing call me back. After multiple follow up calls, I was told the first visit was diagnostic so can't be billed as preventative and the second visit required another exam so wasn't considered follow up. The exam was all of 2 seconds of the Dr seeing things were worse and gave me a shot to minimize symptoms. They said I was examed again and it had to be billed as such and not a follow up. I will not be going back not only because I feel like I was unfairly charged but also because trying to get anyone on the phone was extremely difficult. I will stick with park Nicollet.
