Seating was roomy and comfortable. Bathroom clean. Our group got a variety of things from the menu and off menu. The pulled pork sandwich was right on. Couldn't eat all of so we saved it and ate it with some eggs at breakfast. Yum! The fried okra was hot and crunchy, and quite the serving. The little dish was heaped high with deliciousness. I got the Brunswick Stew, which was not on the menu, but on the specials board at the entrance. I never miss a chance to eat Brunswick Stew. It was just right. Not too spicy. Not too vinegary. I got a bowl and shared it. I also got the baked sweet potato. That was a real treat. The potato was hot and cooked to silky smooth. It's served with this brown sugar butter that made it a dessert. One our group got the fried apple pie with ice cream. I'm not a fan of fruit pies, but I did have a nibble of the crust. It was light and crispy. Not heavy, tough and crumbly as I've seen done by others in the mountains. I would almost eat a serving of fried crust dough. Serve with that butter for the sweet potato, and some ice cream-THAT would be awesome. On your way out don't forget to pick up some grits or pancake mix from Logan Mill. It's the only grits I serve at my house.

The service was great our waitress was awesome. The grit balls were good and I'm not a grit fan. The kids meals were nicely sized. The veggie burger was great, the burgers were great and cooked to exact desired temperature and my grilled chicken was so delicious and flavorful. I got mine on a gluten free bun and it was nice and soft. The sweet potato fries were delicious and honestly I was so surprised that they had sour cream for me to dip it in. The prices were good as well. 4 people got soda or tea and one got a beer. The total was around 120$ I would absolutely go back.

Found parking right in front on the square & there is also a little bit of parking in the back. Even at 2 pm this old timey establishment on the square in Cleveland had many tables occupied. We were pleased with our selections, particularly the Smokey Burger with its generous slice of bbq brisket that we requested 'on the side'. Brisket was tender & properly smoked & the lean burger meat was fresh not a frozen patty. Clyde's has a small & welcoming bar area facing the front dining room. They have several beers on tap & serve hard spirits as well. My friend, who ordered the fried chicken tenders enjoyed her meal. Clyde's has a front & back dining area & they schedule live music on weekends. You can't go wrong for a casual unhurried lunch at Clyde's.

This store has done well in all that we have asked. Went in side last night and the two young ladies and a young man were the servers. All were working and cleaning up and setting up for the morning shift. A pleasant surprise to see this normally when associates have down time they are on their phones. Glad to see them working and maintaining the store standards their manager expects of them and to help out the staff that starts early in the morning. Keep up the great work will be our go to place for coffee.

He gave me the total ($24.99) but didn't discount the card. When I asked him why it was $24.99 when I gave him the gift card, he replied that it was only a $15 card, not enough to pay for the coffee. I then had to explain that he could deduct the card from the total and I would pay the difference. He then cancelled the purchase and started over. A few days earlier I tried to get my favorite ice cream there (world class chocolate), but they were out. I guess another 2 years will pass before I try them again, or maybe I will just go to the one in Dahlonega.
