The staff at Click Computers are always such a pleasure to work with when I have any type of computer issue. Most recently I kept getting an error message telling me to plug my laptop into an outlet because my battery was running low. Despite having just bought a new battery a few months before, I bought another new battery, only to continue receiving the same error message. I took it to Click Computers to have them run a diagnostic test on it to see what the problem was. I was told up front they would call me with news of what they found and advice on whether it was worth it to fix the problem or not. Within an hour I received a call from Charles telling me my computer was ready to be picked up. Since it had been less than an hour since I'd dropped it off, I assumed the worse and that the news was not good. Much to my surprise, when I got there to pick it up, Travis explained that Charles had found something on the inside of the unit that had worked it's way loose and needed to be re-soldered. They have solved mysteries of computer misbehavior. They have cured world famous virus attacks. Recently, Paul made my computers into a network and transferred all my data to my new computer. Really had an awesome experience with Paul. This tech really knows what he is doing. As many of you may already know, Time Warner Cable makes port forwarding very difficult for businesses. You can see tons of blogs on the issues and frustrations business owners have. TWC and Linksys (Belkin) could not figure out my issue. I spent hours on the phone with each of them. All they did was blame each other and had me going back and forth. I gave Click Computers a call. Not only did Paul fix my issue in about 10 min, but helped me hook up all of my security cameras. Click Computers was very prompt in their service and the employees are very knowledgeable. I am impressed with this company and its integrity. I like being able to work with someone who understands my limitations in the IT field and works to not only take care of my computer problems but helps me to understand in simple terms, what is wrong and what my options are.
