They were SO helpful helping us through redoing the flooring in our entire home. They helped us with detailed and thoughtful pricing, selecting what kind of flooring and even went the extra mile during the install. Our foundation had some preexisting cracks on the surface that were a concern for certain types of flooring, so they helped us determine that we needed to go with floating luxury vinyl vs hardwood. We actually went it wanting the more expensive hardwood and they talked us out of it based on our foundation and the potentially for our foundation to continue to shit based on the soil our house is on. THe owner himself even come by and brought in some extra filler to fill the existing surface cracks to make sure that moisture wouldn't seep up through it and damage the new flooring. Our friend recommended click on floors to us because she was very happy with the laminate floors that she got. We are also happy customers of click on floors. When we were trying to decide between laminate or engineered hardwood, Mona was very helpful in the showroom, listening to our needs for our floor and recommending different styles and colors. Because we were remodeling a lot of things, we changed our minds quite a bit between the type and colors, but Mona and Eric were very flexible and let us change things until we were ready to proceed. They also work with Bedrosians and can help with getting a discount (we needed some tile for our kitchen and we also got some material for our fireplace). Eric came out to do the measuring and also brought some samples for us to see the wood in our home, this gave us a better idea of how it'd look given the amount of lighting in each home is different. In the end, we chose to go with engineered hardwood in the flintlock color. We chose to go with the Delano carpet in kangaroo color and we chose a gray/cream tile for our kitchen from Bedrosians as well as the amber gold for the fireplace. We are so happy with everything that we purchased. Colby and Jordan installed all the hardwood and carpets for us and they did a fabulous job. Matt did the tile work in the kitchen. They were punctual, they were polite, and they were careful and thoughtful with their work. I like that they worked well together as well as with the other contractors we had in the house doing work on the kitchen. Colby communicated well with us giving us updates almost every day and was reachable through phone. They stuck to the timeline and finished on time, and during the final walk through they fixed up the little things that I pointed out. Most people do a lot of research and shopping around for things like this...and sometimes I wish we were those people, but as parents with limited hours in a day- sometimes you just have to go with your gut (and also trust the community of yelpers). It doesn't always work out, but in this case it really did. We called the store in a rush to replace carpeting for a rental and Mona was very flexible with our request to come in the same day. When we got there- she was so nice, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. She helped us narrow down some flooring options in a sincere way-providing useful information to help us make a few choices and leave with samples in under 20 minutes. Her husband Eric met us a few days later to go through our color selection- measured out the space- and also like Mona- never the slightest bit pushy. He emailed quotes to us promptly and answered all of our questions. After installation- there were some areas on our stairwell that seemed loose, but they sent an installer back who promptly took care of those areas. My rental unit needed new carpet and we stopped by the showroom by appointment. Everyone present had a mask on and there was hand sanitizer at the door. Since this was our first time shopping for carpet we had a lot of questions. Mona helped us through the process and we never felt rushed. In early 2015 my wife and I decided that the time had finally come to replace the cheap laminate, old tile and carpet in our home. In total, we had about 1700 square feet to cover. Our first stop was ClickOnFloors. Mona and Andrea were friendly, helpful and informative and helped us to understand the pros and cons of hardwood vs laminate. In comparing prices, we realized that hardwood would not be THAT much more expensive than laminate. Eric came by to give us a quote for both the hardwood and laminate options. He was thorough and his price was good. We spent the next six weeks or so exploring flooring stores all over San Diego. We visited six or seven different places (some of them multiple times) and got quotes from most of them. We brought countless flooring samples home to see how they looked. In the end, after comparing product prices, product quality and install prices, ClickOnFloors had the best balance of cost and quality, so we decided to go with them. As soon as we moved most of our furniture and belongings out of the house, Ryan and the install team got right to work. What an amazing experience we had with ClickonFloors. We purchased from them an absolutely beautiful flooring 11 years ago but didn't have their team install it. 11 years later, after changing houses, we decided to go back and see what they currently have and how they could help us. We picked Maple Barley Ale Alehouse collection from Johnson Hardwood and purchased it in August of last year with them practically giving us the best price. We thought we would be installing it within 2 months after the purchase but our remodeling got pushed, delayed and got complicated so we couldn't. ClickOnFloors replaced the flooring my home last year. They installed a combination of carpet and LVP as well as baseboards. They also replaced the tile around my fireplace. I really like their selection of flooring, and Eric and his wife were very helpful. They were also very flexible with scheduling since my house was also being remodeled. Overall, I am happy with my floors, but I feel like the installation could have been better. I've noticed little gaps between LVP planks and minor defects in the flooring. I also feel the baseboards could have been better painted. Again, overall, my floors look good, but I'm a bit anal, so the little things can bother me. read more
