Business is clean and as soon as you walk up you smell the delicious food. Was able to talk with the owner, very nice guy, made some suggestions on what to try. We decided to try everything and got a trio and an order of chicken tenders. The trio with fried chicken, shrimp, and catfish. More than enough for one person including sides, fries, and a biscuit. Honestly two people could split this one meal and walk away full. Including the chicken tenders we had more than enough for leftovers. The food was great, every single thing we tried. The sides we got were Mac & cheese and red beans and rice. My chief complaint with all of the good restaurants in the Bay Area. While I love Jackie's Place meat the sides are lacking to me. Clifford's I would come here for the sides alone. Don't get me started on the honey butter biscuits. Even though we had leftovers, and were stuffed, we got 2 more biscuits.
