This place is in a big complex with Safeway, REI, 24 Hour Fitness and many other shops. The parking lot is big and you won't have issue finding parking. It is a small place with very limited tables. It's more suitable for to-go no orders vs. dine in. They made one of the items wrong. We ordered the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl with brown rice. The person at the front didn't seem to care and didn't take my order properly. We only found out later after we already started digging in. It's a very simple request and can't believe they still got it wrong. Either the cashier didn't pay attention or the kitchen didn't care what customers ordered. I arrived at their soft opening on 5/1 to take advantage of their chicken teriyaki bowl for $6. Like with any deal I had to make sure what were the parameters so brown or white rice and chicken. Seemed like a great deal for dinner! I walked in and there were 2 cashiers taking orders. My order was completed quickly and the owner was overseeing and answering any questions we had. He let me know it was their soft opening and their first day in businesses is on 5/2. I waited about 5-10 minutes for my food and noticed people walking in and out of the restaurant. There was one customer asking 100 questions and he was being taken care of by the cashier patiently. When my food was ready I had to ask for it to be packed to go as requested from the beginning and the cashier apologized and had it ready for me quickly. It's been a long time since I've paid $6 for dinner so I was excited to eat. Rice was tasty, chicken burnt on top but overall juicy and a good portion, veggies were a good portion too. Bowl was definitely yummy but could have done without the burnt chicken pieces. Teriyaki sauce was pre packaged and sealed so no mess during transport. This location is around the corner from 24 hours gym, in front of REI and on the side of Safeway. A few tables to eat inside. I recommend the staff great all the customers that walk in and let them know they will be served shortly so they don't walk out of the place like a few did. The chicken teriyaki had some char on the edges but still reasonably moist. In both bowls the veggies were fine, cooked but still crisp and fresh tasting. I highly recommend the noodles as they had a great smokey flavor! In terms of ratio I think the bowls have a bit more of the carbs serving vs. meat/veggies than I would prefer but not too bad.
