I worked with Jacky and she was a gem, helping me create a custom menu: fish, chicken, and vegetarian tacos; rice and beans; pico de gallo, red and green sauces; grilled chiles; tortillas; and two refreshing aqua fresca. All cooked on site and *delicious.* Jacky came to the event location to do a site inspection before the event, and worked with the hostess on the best location to set up. The execution was perfect.
