Beware of this company. We were told that we needed to new units and paid close to 20K for the units, installation and warranty of parts and labor. Unfortunately, both units have failed this summer. When the first one failed, we called Climate Solutions, they came out within a week and told us that they needed to order parts. We never heard from them again. Would not answer email or phone calls. I called and emailed for nearly a month. Then we had to hire another company to do the repairs and had to pay $1000 in labor. Later in the summer, the other until failed and once again, had to pay another company $600 for the repairs. THEY DO NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY -- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. read more

They sent two workers to check out our problem in Gainesville, Ga. They assessed the situation and told us we would be contacted with a quote within the next few days. Two weeks went by and despite two phone calls to the company asking about the quote, crickets...That was over a month ago. We gave up and called their competitors who inspected the problem, gave us a quote the same day, and we put us on their schedule for later that same week. In addition, the competitors were able to repair the main trunk line and save us the cost of having the old one removed and replaced. We had 2 of our residential air conditioners stop working in the same week. the middle floor of the home was the only comfortable one as both upper floor and terrace were down and temps were reaching over 80. We were stuck camping on the sofas. We called Climate Solutions and they came out to the house and fixed everything, one was wiring short and other was a different issue. I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism and quality of work done, and all for a very reasonable price too. Thanks so very much. read more

Sorry to say, but you should not use this company. Offered a great price on a new system this past summer, came right out to install, but it ran noisy after installation. They came back and adjusted the fan speed and that made it better, but come fall the heat didn't work. They sent someone out, but he couldn't figure out why. Said he would send someone else the next day. No one showed and they then said they needed a part and would come in a couple of days when the part showed up. No one ever responded again after weeks of calls, emails, texts, and messages left on the website, even when I let them know I'd have to leave this review. I finally had to call another company who came and found they had left the plastic shipping cap on the gas line when they connected it--just screwed the lines together, which left the top of the cap in the gas line. Gas was not getting into the furnace and was leaking into my attic. Other things had not been done correctly as well in the original installation, which the new company corrected. A good price originally, but completely incompetent installation and terrible mistreatment on the service side, leaving me stressed and ignored for weeks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. read more

I cannot begin to tell you how unprofessional Shane is . We bought a brand new system from them 2 years and 7 months ago. The system was of low quality and a off brand . $7000 dollars. A couple of months ago it went off and they came out and said we need a condense pump. Another almost $400 dollars . In a few days it was off again. They came out and said the lines , wires were kinked up. There fault , no charge. In a couple of days ...out again on a Sunday night. we called and left a message after hours. As the weather was getting hot, I followed it up Monday morning with a call to Shane. He told me that he will get with his guys and get back to me so naturally, I took him at his word. Anyway, after feeling like I was stalking him calling, leaving messages I seen that he had actually ghosted me. I really don't mind that he just didn't want to do it but the way he went about it I have no use for it. Be a man and at least say you can't help. Please if you need a good HVAC person, North Hall, heating and air is who I got to fix everything they messed up. It takes a lot for me to leave anyone a bad review but I feel like they deserve it. Back in July I called Climate Solutuions (Alpharetta location) for HVAC maintenance. They offered me a summer/winter package, so if I paid them 199 then they could check out my AC that week, and then in the winter they would come and service my furnace. It's gotten chilly out so I figured now was a good time to call them to get my already paid appointment in. It has been nearly impossible to contact this company. They've fallen off the face of the earth. It's been weeks of me trying to get a hold of them. I've called, emailed, texted, facebook messaged, everything. I went to the address they have listed on their website, and they weren't there (an old address I'm guessing?) The only thing I've heard was one email where they said they would put me on the schedule. But they never specified a time or date. I emailed them twice and they ghosted me. They mentioned that they moved locations and were having phone/internet problems, but are there not work arounds for that? I just can't fathom why a company would let their communications fail so hard. read more

Climate Solutions had to come out and repair our furnace after the people our warranty company sent out were unable and unwilling to. They were totally professional and had our unit heating again within an hour so that we didn't have to go without heat, and came back and finished the repairs within days and everything works great again. They explained how our unit works and were clear and concise in doing so. I would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work without hesitation. read more

6/18 My old compressor failed (4 ton 12 SEER Carrier) and I needed to replace it. Several companies invited to bid. Most wanted to replace everything. Shane (owner) said two choices. New Trane 16 SEER compressor and Coil, keep existing furnace and wait until it fails or replace everything. Thermostats, zone controller, and furnace. What? Somebody was actually spending my money like it was their's? What a pleasant surprise. Bid Friday, answered questions over weekend and installed Monday. REALLY professional group. Installers on time, called before they came, shoe booties and all. Look no further, this is the HVAC company to go with ( update 12/18 "on a date". NOT to marry. ) UPDATE 12/18 BAD news. Attempted 3 times to have them bid on my new house, didnt even return my call. WHAT? Called owner, no response. Called shop, left message... nothing. 3 times. Still shocked that they wouldnt even return my call. Guess the fluff ended when the check cleared. Buyer beware. read more

We have a four year old A/C unit that was not working properly. We had a repairman from Climate soulutions come out and attempt to fix the A/C unit. I was charged $320 to fix and it was not fixed they came back our and charged me an addional $89 to tell me they needed to replace the piston drain all the refriderant and repalce with new. Their new estimate was $800-$1200. Nothing about this seemed right as the unit is only four years old. We called Goodman and the refered us to a company. Immediatley he said that does not sound at all likely. He did not charge us to come out and sent his assistant to diagnose, said he thinks he figured it out but wasnt sure. He personally called us back that night at 9:00 to see if all was good. It was not so he came out himself and fixed the problem for $130. It has been working perfectly ever since. I got copies of my electric useage that show clearly the unit had never been repaired by climate soulutions and emailed them to them, I then called four times and left messages before I ever got a call back. When I did Laurie Biddy argued with me saying they did fix my unit and that i would not recieve a refund. She said she has "proof" the unit was fixed in that the take pictures of repairs. I asked if she would email them to me, I did not recieve the pictures. Funny its the same email she sent the bill too, and I got that!!!! read more
