So I have had quite a bit of dental work here. 4 implants total. I have never experienced…read morerudeness here, in fact they have been very helpful and pleasant. There have been a few hiccups which they have resolved when I spoke with them. I have a really big fear of dental work. When I first started with treatment I had 2 failed crowns that had to have pulled, one of my back teeth was very difficult to get out I think because the root was too long or something. However the attempt to pull that tooth out was very painful and could not seem to be numbed as well as the other side. They finally called in someone to help and it worked, but it was very painful and added to my anxiety. After those implants were complete I had a front tooth break and needed both front teeth replaced. The financial person, Jollee was very helpful I had seen her at my first visit and she worked with my insurance and me to understand everything financially. When moving to my next procedures Jollee had moved "across" the street to their surgical center, so I had spoken with someone else and that experience was not as clear cut as Jollee, when I had my front tooth experience Jollee was back thank goodness and helped me understand my previous quotes and everything financially up to date. She is pleasant, kind and helpful. I also spoke with her about some of my previous experience with anxiety and why and she offered nitrous oxide and it was extremely helpful. It would be helpful to have an after visit summary as most of the time my anxiety is so high I have very little comprehension after the surgeries. My partner was always there thank goodness and they were able to give her my care plan. Dr. Pham was my initial dentist and now is Dr. Das, all the dentist/ surgeons have been helpful and kind. The environment is very clean and pleasant. I do recommend Clear Lake Dental. A lot of concerns can be alleviated by asking questions until everyone is clear on the expected outcome. If they offer a dental plan outside of your budget say no, and see if there is a less expensive plan. I did not give a 5 star because right now I have been waiting over a week for confirmation about a balance due. I don't want to get a text about a balance due without reviewing a statement. So hopefully they will send via email as I have asked via text and email.

Terrible experience attempting to have wisdom tooth removal surgery here. I have anxiety about…read moremedical procedures and was very very clear about that in my initial intake, over the phone( I had to call them to get pre op instructions), plus when I walked in. The front office staff brushed it off when I arrived. No one listened to me when I started having a panic attack. I asked for my husband prior to getting started then he could go, and they told me no because it's a sterile environment ...I was in my street clothes, my hair was down all over the place, nothing was sterile about it so not sure about that. People walked in and out with out gowns on or gloves........ I asked to take one of my personal anxiety meds or for them to give me something and was denied. people kept coming in and putting needless and instruments around me. they put me in a chair and flipped me upside down. my vital signs were in alarm zones the entire time. I kept asking what was happening and was everything ok. They just kept their backs to me and said nothing. I had to run out of the surgery room before I felt like I was going to have a full fledged panic attack pass out. There are many different ways this could have been handled. but now I'm traumatized and it boils down to the doctor didn't care to take a little extra care effort or stray from his normal routine .God forbid something wasn't normal in the procedure..... episode would he have done anything different then?!

I'm from San Diego, CA but I came to Houston one weekend to visit friends and family, and was told…read moreabout the exceptional services and prices from this facility, and decided to try them out! Specially recommended to me by a long time friend who moved here long ago. It was easy finding the place, and not to mention they have two giant private parking lots. Upon checking in, all the employees were friendly and efficient, and the initial process to sign in was a breeze! It was quick and easy thanks to their top knotch technology where you can fill out all your information on a tablet, which is awesome cause I hate writing! I was seen with a dental hygienist, who took xrays of my teeth, and went over with me the type of procedures I needed. I decided to get the deep cleaning because I haven't been to the dentist in a long time. Throughout the whole procedure, she walked me through every step of the way and consistently made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Not to mention they have TV's both on the wall in front of you AND on the ceiling! Also, Thuy, the office manager went over with me the options for payment, with and without insurance, and gave me a great deal! Overall, the professionalism and cleanliness of this office is immaculate. I left this place with the cleanest teeth ever! They feel great! I highly recommended getting all your services done here!

BEWARE of HARMONY DENTAL & STAY AWAY. THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU, NOT LISTEN TO YOUR NEEDS & CALL…read moreCOPS ON YOU when you ask questions! I paid thousands ($6K) for an implant/crown for it to become loose. I was told to return if I ran into problems, so I scheduled a 30-minute appointment that turned into 2-hours of NEGLECT and MISTREATMENT. The OFFICE MANAGER, NICOLE TORRES is so unprofessional and horrible (refused to give me her last name when I asked-I found online). I was surprised when I saw office manager, Nicole Torres tending to patients (she is not a PA), was not wearing a mask, hair cover, nor scrubs! I kept repeating myself that I was a return patient, that I didn't need a full exam as I am currently with another dentist, but the x-ray tech still insisted to give me full x-rays when I said no. Three different dentists came into my patient room to "poke around" when I asked them not to. Dr. Thuang Vo came in and wanted to know how much my current dentist charged and repeatedly asked, when I told him an estimate he said, "That's cheap-must be cheap materials, cheap dentists, so you'll get what you pay for" - which I felt was unnecessary and not his concern. Dr. Greg Pham come into my office and I told him I didn't want a full exam - he looked at my x-rays and left. Then Dr. Boxiao Liang came in, opened my mouth and kept spraying cold air on me, poking and prodding at my teeth even when I asked him THREE TIMES TO STOP. The treatment coordinator (Maira Colunga) first brought in the wrong treatment sheet, then came in to say that my current crown/implant wasn't sealed (not complete). When I asked her what she meant, why wasn't it finished, and why did I need all the extra procedures as Dr. Liang didn't mention, she said I was asking too many questions and left. Nicole, Maira, and Dr. Liang then came back to my exam room - said I asking too many questions, that I needed braces, multiple fillings, an a screw replaced on the implant. I said, I ONLY CAME IN FOR AN IMPLANT SCREW TIGHTENING and have a dentist to handle everything else. Then, they said they'd tighten the screw for $200+ and I needed to pay then & there (in the back, and not in the front like other patients). Nicole took my debit card and didn't return for 20-30 minutes. In the meantime, I called my husband to come into my exam room as I felt very uncomfortable and was emotional by this time as I was worried the dentist/staff would do more than what I needed and/or could hurt me when I was under their care. I looked outside my room and saw Maira, asking her for my debit card and when I'd be seen. Then Nicole came back and was surprised I had called my husband in to care for me. My husband and I both asked when they would see me, and why they weren't doing the quick procedure I needed - which was a SCREW TIGHTENING. To make an even longer story shorter, Nicole said that "The dentists have no say in what procedures are done to patients, I do, the doctors are told what to do!". She said this infront of Dr. Liang. Dr. Liang just kept his head down. They left us again for 15-20 minutes and Maira said Nicole was in the next office, I went outside to look for Nicole and that's when I found her tending to patients. She quickly got up from the patient room - told me I as causing trouble, was asking too many questions, and she now refused to give me service. I asked her for a refund, and she said me and my husband needed to leave and she'd give me a refund and call the cops. Pearland Police were called, and I was waiting at the front desk (for about 15 minutes) when the officer arrived since Nicole nor Maira could figure out how to issue a debit card refund. The officer asked what was wrong - I told him I asked for a refund as I was mistreated, mishandled, and neglected by multiple dentist, office manager Nicole Torres, and treatment coordinator, Maira Colunga. That Multiple dentists wouldn't stop poking at my teeth when I asked them to repeatedly. I also told the police officer that why was an OFFICE MANAGER holding DENTAL EQUIPMENT in patient exam rooms with NO MASK, NO SCRUBS, nor hair cover? The police officer looked at me surprised, shook his head, said he'd wait until I was issued the refund to make sure we got to our vehicle safely. Nicole & Maira could never figure out how to issue a refund so they had to give me a check for what I had paid. I got the check, the police officer walked me and my husband out - told us to be careful and he was sorry for any inconvenience. It is unfortunate that the city police needs to apologize for the negligence of the Harmony Dental Pearland Dentists & Staff. I have left multiple emails and messages for supervisor/owner Dr. Tiffany Vo - who is related to one of the dentist Dr. Thao Vo. No one has responded (which was a yahoo email address - see picture). Do Not Go Here! Please Don't Trust Your Children or Family with these Dentists and Staff! Do Not Waste Thousands of Dollars on bad service!

From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by my first name and a warm and welcoming atmosphere, which set the tone for the entire visit. Each team member I interacted with was incredibly friendly and professional. The receptionist welcomed me with a genuine smile and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. At New Teeth I never feel like just another patient; I feel valued and cared for right from the start.Just by sitting in the lobby you will notice how attentive the staff are to their patients. They take the time to answer questions, explain procedures, and ensure everyone feels comfortable. It is clear that patient care is a top priority there. When it was time for my consultation, Dr. Kalli Hale, instantly put me at ease with her warm demeanor and approachable attitude. She took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained the treatment options available to me. Dr. Hale's expertise was evident, but what impressed me most was her ability to communicate complex dental concepts in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed or pressured; instead, I felt empowered to make informed decisions about my dental health. When I had questions, she answered them respectfully and proficiently. The dental hygienist, Huy, was equally impressive. He was not only highly skilled but also incredibly friendly, which made the cleaning process as comfortable as possible. He explained each step, ensuring I felt relaxed throughout. There was never a moment in my entire visit where I felt as if I was confused or anxious about what was happening. It's clear that the team at New Teeth Dental values patient comfort, and it made a world of difference. After my treatment, the staff provided detailed aftercare instructions and scheduled my follow-up appointments seamlessly. They made sure I had all the information I needed, and I left feeling confident about my dental health moving forward. The combination of a friendly, capable staff and a commitment to patient-centered care creates an environment that is both welcoming and professional. If you're looking for a dental practice that truly cares about its patients and delivers exceptional service, look no further than New Teeth Dental. I can't recommend them highly enough!
