The woman who helped schedule my appointment was so reassuring and made me feel like I was in good hands before I even arrived. Dr. Tim and his assistant, Maria, were absolutely amazing. They were calm, patient, comforting, and took the time to make sure I felt safe throughout the entire procedure. They recently upgraded their Pano to a 3D CT and when I asked the doctor about anticipated storage requirements for the 3D he told me the expected number of 3D scans was going to be much lower than I expected. and I said "You're not going to scan everyone?" he said "Hell, no!" "CT scans product more radiation than simple x-rays and we don't want to expose our patients to any more radiation than absolutely necessary." I didn't consider that, but it opened up my eyes to the thoughtfulness that the Doctors pay attention to when treating their patients. These aren't the things people talk about or look for in reviews so I thought people should know.
