They had to come back out to repatch my foundation which was leaking due to not having enough sealant in the initial repair. The technician who came to add sealant after the initial work, even stated that the product used (plastic piping) for my repair was not ideal (I was never told or relayed the differences in material strength or longevity, never given options).
