What I most appreciate is their willingness to explain what was going on bc I absolutely have to understand WHY and WHAT is going on...just the way I'm wired. They were able to not only educate me on the broken coil, but showed me the work they performed. Service was relatively quick. I came out my pocket a couple of hundred for a new spring/coil...and their labor, etc. My house is 10 years old and I know my garage door isn't super high end and this is the first work I had to have done on it so I found the price to be reasonable. I did have questions about the estimates and we resolved them before proceeding 3) they show up when they say they will. This is huge!! 4) they were straightforward with what they didn't do. The example is I was considering an epoxy floor which is a speciality. They said up front they didn't do it versus trying to wing it. (BTW They helped me come up with a great alternative). I received calls from all sorts of companies, but this one stood out because Seth took the time to ask detailed questions about what I wanted done and some of the things going on with the current system. He was friendly and professional the entire time. I got several quotes to replace my openers, did my comparisons for price and products, and Access Garage Doors was willing to work with me to match another national chains price but provide a longer warranty for the work done.
