While I know the prep involved with a 12 month ceramic, I was interested in seeing what is possible. Like I mentioned before, I usually have another car wash but they were full today. Time: since it's a hand wash. I know it takes a while. Since it was a nice day, I didn't mind waiting. Results: the car looks great and I'm happy to find a new place to take my car for a wash. The reason for this review is based on 3 simple points.... Safety, Annoyance and Pricing. Safety.... ever since the implementation of the free vacuums a few years ago the exit area of this car wash has become an absolute free for all. More often than not as you're being slowly rolled out of the wash either a car will be carelessly backing out from a vacuum directly into your path the wash is sending you or someone will recklessly drive directly at you racing to pull into an empty vacuum spot. You should leave the car wash satisfied not with a sense of potential danger. Annoyance.... One of the best things they ever did here was implement the automated touchscreens for payment and the use of electronic payments. With that being said, recently every time I visit this location I have some attendant giving me a spiel about joining their unlimited wash program followed by them trying to explain the options on the screen and assist in pushing the buttons. To be honest.. I don't want to hear this every time and I am not some senior citizen who needs assistance, I really don't want to deal with anyone when I get my car washed. Pricing.... For some reason the price keeps going up and the service never improves here. $8 for a regular wash which you know is only going to clean your car 75% is a little much. The price seems to go up $2 every year or so, it will be $10 a wash before you know it. The problem is not the money but getting what you paid for.... sometimes they spray your car down thoroughly when entering sometimes not at all, visible dirt and gunk is almost guaranteed to still be there on your windshield when leaving and don't get me started on how poorly they towel dry the cars at the end (that has been their trademark for years). In closing, no one should love or hate this place. It's convenient for a quick wash but not for a quality job done.

No idea if the equipment is antiquated or if the management is trying to save money, but both times I paid for the best wash they have and both times I struggled to see the soap / suds on the car. I watched as the brushes sprayed water and such a small amount of soap, it was basically scrubbing the dirt debris into my paint/finish. The rims get surface cleaned but remain dirty. No reason the employees can't use a rim brush on each car to get behind the surface. Then the tire gloss applicator.... Half the tire gets gloss while half doesn't. The result is a shit show.

It would have been nice if he had said something like, "I'll have to bring that to the attention of the manager", but no.
