I've used Jersey Nicks many times over the years and they never disappoint. Most recently I've been getting the $50 package which includes full cleaning inside (not the trunk) and hand waxing of the exterior. They always do a great job and they are fast - only an hour to 90 minutes. I've also been for the package where they wash the outside, vacuum the inside and wipe down the seats and interior. Who knew there was a car wash place in closter? My car needed some serious tlc and jersey nicks got the job done for $20 outside wash, clean tires, and vacuum inside. The car wash was worth it but the inside job was just ok. They didn't even wipe down the cup holders or dust the dash. Sad! Overall though, money well spent. Next time I will stick with just the car wash! read more

A new owner has taken over the car wash and I will say that he knows his business. The guys did such a good job on my car that I went back in to tell the owner. They really wiped everything down and dried the car really well. I have been coming here for a long time but there is no comparison to how it was with the prior owner. I plan to detail my car here in the near future. He also honored my "coupon" book I had from the previous owner. They are now the best in the area. read more

I wish I could give these people ten stars! This was the best run business I have ever seen. I spilled an entire iced coffee with cream in my car and it smelled terrible! I called for a detail and they were able to fit me in right away. I had my car detailed and it looks and smells brand new! From the telephone call prior to going in, to the friendly way they greet you, to the amazing job they did on my car, they were the most professional and efficient service people I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I go to this place because it's close to my home. And the full wash package includes wiping the dashboard, but they NEVER do. When busy, they do a very sloppy job, leave the car all soapy and mats all watery. I always get the one w/ the full wash, and it's so not worth $20. I should start going to a different place. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! We took our Tahoe for a complete auto detailing and they broke our main screen!!! Of course they made us pay first and then took us to the car that was parked all the way in the back. The guy that gave us the keys was acting weird as if he knew something was wrong. (Of course they knew, they did it!!!!!) as soon as we get in the car , he looks at us waiting for our response (as soon as you turn on the car the screen went completely white) right away he goes and gets the "boss". The boss is a teenager who is completely unprofessional and does not know what she is doing. We approach them about the problem and the first thing that comes out of her mouth is that this screen could've been broken before and that her employees would never do this. Then she calls one of her employees and asks him in from of us if he did this. Are you kidding me? Of course he will deny it!!!! Not even for second did they want to try to accommodate us or come to a proposal or at least GIVE ME the money back of the detailing for BREAKING OUR SCREEN! Disgusted by this place And the lack of professionalism!! This is only the short version of the story. Advice to the owners don't have your 18 year old daughter running the place. And advice to whoever is reading this DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! read more

I decided to give this place a try when I wanted to sell my old Jeep Wrangler. We are talking about a 7 year old vehicle that I have offroaded in for.. well 7 years... never washed as in NEVER to the point where when I would visit home I would pack as much mud on it as possible just to bring it back to the city and have ppl say ..."wtf.. where'd you get that mud!?" Anyway when it came time to sell, needless to say I needed a complete and very very thorough washing inside and out. I paid I think $110 for everything inside, outside, underneath, which for the shape this was in was more than reasonable. What gives it a 5 and not a 4 is the guy that runs the place lived nearby, with my work schedule I had trouble getting in to drop off / pick up my jeep... Didn't want to just drop it off there with the key.. the guy came out specifically way after hours to pick it up from me and put it in there garage.. I thought that was awesome and the Jeep was sparkling like the day I bought it when they were done. When my other Jeep gets a bit dirtier I'll be hitting these guys up again! Had a real good experience that I thought was worth a 5 stars! read more

Unfortunately, when Jersey Nicks sold to this organization, we lost a decent business that cared and thought it worthwhile to actually work for the money. First I drove in to the vacuum station, where the guy got really negative and told me my car was really dirty. Um, duh, why do you think I'm here? Of course it was. I explained that I was out of town for 3 weeks and the car was parked under a tree which is exactly why I was there but he just kept shaking his head like I was doing the unthinkable. I paid for the Full Works because I wanted to get all the crap and off. When it came out of the wash, the body was clean (um, because they have machines to do that part) but the 3 guys that were to finish up, only swatted towels at the body to dry it off. when I informed them that I purchased The Full Works and why weren't they doing all the things on the list, I actually had to go into the office to get the list of what that included and, even then, I had to call them out on every item before they would do it. Everyone appears to think they shouldn't need to do any actual manual labor. Sad. read more
