Moved out of state 5 years ago and still had some unused Cloud 9 gift cards. Scheduled a trip back to Houston and was able to use my credits on 2 massages. Both were with Steven and I enjoyed both immensely. No need to tell him your problem areas. He'll find them! He asks if the pressure is okay and just let him know if you need more or less. I'd have had a 3rd massage if we were in town another day. But I'll be back next time I'm in town. I did notice the super friendly desk clerk is no longer there. She was great! But I know people move on and how hard it is to find employees now. One girl was there both days and not a great communicator. Kinda reminded me of the new Wednesday Addams, but without the sense of humor. But she got the job done. And I noticed the face rests only have a folded washcloth on top, no extra layer surrounding the face rest itself. Just different from most other places, it seems. I enjoyed my massage, I had Mia, the room was a bit cold, but she was very intentional and really got the spots I needed bc I have chronic back pain. I would have no issues, but waliking out I was feeling so relaxed and preparing to tip and she essentially said " That's it?" which left a bad taste in my mouth considering I was just giving her the cash I had and planned on putting more when I paid for the service. I'm disappointed bc I get massaged twice a month and I would have chosen her as a regular but now I'm not sure, just left a bad taste in my mouth. The receptionist apologized multiple times, and I'm so grateful for her, I wish I could remember her name, but she was very professional and apologized profusely. I am a long time customer of this location. There has been times I have had a favorite person, but I don't go as often as I would like so I don't have a constant person I see. However, Steve is now my absolute must see on a more frequent basis. I could tell he knew the pain points on my back that specifically needed attention to generate healing. The experience with Steve truly gave this chronic pain sufferer some relief. Thank you Steve. Also the front desk is always so nice and pleasurable. Came for my birthday and I'm absolutely coming back! This was so relaxing and enjoyable. I had the best massage this morning.

The massage was great ! However you will be harassed and frown upon if you don't leave a tip. As I was leaving the receptionist was eager for me to leave a tip but once I said I didn't have any extra money her smiled turned into a frown. She said ok with no eye contact just looked at the computer screen. I wasn't offered any water, follow up appointment or membership. This experience was lovely! I started with a relaxing reflexology foot massage. Then we moved to a different room for a deep tissue back massage. I didn't want the service to end! Kiki listened to me about a recent surgery and an area to be careful with, I felt safe under her care. The tea after is also wonderful! A very nice ending touch at the front desk as you check out or wait for everyone else in your party to finish. It left me wanting more, for the quality and price I will be back! read more

We love a good foot spa but are a little bewildered at the high reviews for this one! The place itself is decent enough (we weren't turned off by the weird building/parking situation) and the prices were great but the experience wasn't awesome. Of the three of us who had the 1-hour foot massage, none of us felt our therapists were skilled or well-trained. There was a bit of roughness in execution and the set up with the bowl of water placed at an uncomfortable angle, the rough towels used, and the super strange facial cradle that didn't fit anyone's faces. The worst though was the ambiance. When the air conditioner clicked on, lovely spa music could be heard and it was a bit relaxing. When it clicked off? Lort, we didn't know whether there were apartments next door or an employee lounge or WHAT the desk was but we had the lovely experience of someone's loud T.V. and some dude either yelling at the show or yelling at someone on the phone. Not sure and it wasn't one of our languages so no clue what he was saying. But y'all, it was LOUD. We were all laughing about it afterwards but I can't say it's a place we'd revisit. read more

Wonder atmosphere, the best massage ever with Steven. Add the hot stones for an extra dose of relaxation and helps the sore muscles.

The hostess was helpful and welcoming. Jenny was attentive, professional, and is excellent at swedish massage.

I recently visited this place and had a generally pleasant massage. The therapist was skilled, and the atmosphere was relaxing. However, my experience was overshadowed by an uncomfortable situation at the front desk. Even before my session Madeline contacted me three times to talk to me about giving a tip and how it was mandatory and I must leave one. Even before getting the service.After my session, the cashier asked for a tip again which i didn't even have a chance to say if I enjoyed the massage or not all she cared about was a tip. I understood, but they pressured me into leaving one multiple times--four, to be exact. The repeated requests felt excessive, and I began to feel overly uncomfortable and pressured, which took away from the overall experience. It's unfortunate because the massage itself was good, but I left feeling uneasy about the tip pressure. read more

The office setting nice. Not soon after arrival I was whisked away private room with a nice ambiance. Jenny made sure my experience met 'my expectations. I had a 30-min foot massage. I've been here before and really liked it, but this last experience was just ok. My therapist seemed annoyed, like maybe she didn't want to be working that day. Each time she positioned me, it was a hard, forceful move. I felt like I was a bother. The bench was very hard, there was no padding, my lower back hurt, so I couldn't relax. I recall a better experience over a year ago. This time - not so much. read more

The cash tip thing is annoying. The chairs are super uncomfortable and are basically leather bound sheets of plywood with little padding. The room is a walk in freezer and you should be given parkas. I've been here three times and all three therapists were sloppy with their technique and had to be advised to add more pressure because none of them asked what pressure I liked. read more

First off all this way for my wife's birthday! From booking online all the way to arriving at the office and paying it was such a smooth experience. This was also my first time ever booking a massage. My wife ended up getting the 40/40 Swedish plus foot & buffer and when she got out she praised how wonderful the experience was and how the lady (I didn't get her name) worked out all of her knots and was very kind and asked her the whole time if it was to much or not enough! A great massage. Always confusing about whether there will be a foot soak or not. Usually water is not there but a stool is. Not clear communications about sitting down on the massage chair/bed and what to do with the feet until the massage starts. Water is usually brought in a tub as after thought but stool is in the way so it's hard to know what to do until the tub of water shows. All's well that ends well. The massage was great, professional and therapeutic. The environment is calming along with spa music. The staff is always friendly and professional. read more
