Cloudscape is awesome. This was my first purchase and the staff there was really patient when it came to explaining all my options. They have a great selection of both salt-based juices, pods, and vaporizers, as well as the traditional vape mods. Location is roomy and clean, and they also have a nice bar where you can try out hundreds of flavors. The cost is $1, which initially threw me off, but it is a state mandated law to not offer tasting of flavors free of charge, I don't blame them. I ended up walking away with a Vapeccino Mate 1 and could not be more happy with it. They also offer plenty of great deals on "juices" for your Vape, but salt-nic based and standard nicotine juices. Prices are very reasonable, and they often offer store-wide discounts (30% off in my case and it wasn't even black Friday yet). 1/17/23-never bought a product there that actually worked. pens/batteries don't work for cartridges they sell. my two -1 gram cartridges I bought because they were having a sale, do not work in any battery pen they sell. Three days before my birthday my Smok Vape fell on concrete and my tank cracked. All hope was lost! Scrolling through yelp I came across a highly recommended vape shop, Cloudscape Vape. I walk in and the place is very clean and decked out with everything. I was helped by TAMER and he was AMAZING! I told him that I was new to the vape world and I just wanted to go ahead and trash my broken vape for a brand new one. He suggested that I stay in the same lane and recommended the Smoke Stick V8. Although I didn't really like any of the colors offered I selected the iridescent rainbow kit. He then asked if I wanted to stick to the liquids I'm used to or try more. So because I'm so new I was excited that there were more flavors than pina colada and watermelon! Haha. So we head to the sampling station and this is where the fun happened. I was smoking 12-18mg and everything I wanted to try they didn't have (womp) but all was not lost! Tamer was very patient as I reduced my intake to 6mg and he then brought all these interesting flavors. (This process was long because I could not decide on a flavor!) so I finally decided on Lemon Twist Pink Punch Lemonade. So refreshing!!! Okay, I've been here a few times for and with the hub. I don't vape, but because of him, I've been to some shops. This one is by far the best, not just in LA county, but I'm including the OC. I truly don't get the negative comments here. I guess anyone can have an off day, but to me they get better and better with each visit. Today, I brought a vaping friend here to get the experience. I think we were greeted by "Gerald" as soon as we walked in (please forgive and correct me if I got it wrong!). Very patient, yet upbeat guy who helped my friend with EVERYTHING. She needed a lot of care and understanding; also some help with her old mod and choosing a new one. Gerald gave that and more. Even when other customers started to approach him, he did some serious multitasking!While helping my friend choose her new mod, he helped another lady as well. He truly knows his biz. So, I went outside to make a call. When I came back in, he was sitting with my friend, setting up, juicing and instructing her on her new mod. I've been in customer service for over 30 years. THAT is true customer service. He made me wanna vape. The closest I've come is to have my hub blow vape in my face for me to inhale (is that French vaping?... is there a name for it even?). So Gerald (again, please correct me if I'm wrong!) said he'd teach me from start to finish! I'm so in! Not the place to go if your in a rush to get any accessories or juice. There customer service seems like they can't multitask for some reason. One of the members asked what I needed and he totally ignored me right after. While the other staff members were helping others but they were just chatting about random stuff with customers (not even about juice or vaping) yes I was listening. For high end rba's and mechanicals? THIS IS THE SPOT Let me reiterate, you can get all of the usual stuff here, but this spot excels in the area because of the high-end and advanced vape gear they carry. I've been coming here since their first day. It has been one of my go-to shops. But this one incident really ticked me off. I went to purchase some juice around 10:45pm and I was the only customer there. I asked the employee to grab me a bottle of juice in 6mg. Without hesitation, and Im partially blaming myself, I didn't double check the bottle's label thinking that the employee knew what he was doing. He gave me a 0mg. I should have noticed how littlr attention he was paying to me because he Just kept walking around the store, and walking back and forth talking to the other employee who, didn't even greet me, just gave me a stare, not a greet. For a company that is supposed to get me away from analogs and for how expensive some of their products are, they really aren't as meticulous as they should be. I gave a call back to CS and Shaggy pretty much made me feel dumb by talking down to me, even after being a customer there for a while. He said something along the lines of, "its not our fault the label was completely unreadable and since its used we can't exchange It." After that being said, I looked at the bottle and its filled all the way to the neck of the bottle. I can't believe that my go-to store has become like this. read more

I want to thank Natalie for trying to rectify the situation at hand and for that I've given 1 more star. However, I cannot simply regard this as human error but can only see it as bad management policy. Firstly, I'm not ignorant enough to simply dismiss the importance of proof of purchase, but the sales person clearly recognized my friend and me as the purchaser of the Snow Wolf 200w and batteries. Secondly, after troubling shooting the batteries the sales person asked me to wait as he went to the back. He returned to tell me he could not exchange them regardless of the problem because I did not have the receipt. Therefore, I fail to see how or why the "specific procedure regarding this issue [was] not performed". Clearly, a superior was informed and his instructed response was to tell me I am not able to return my defective batteries or even acknowledge wrong doing. A company which needs public declaration of their errors to try to rectify a situation is not someone I want to work with. read more

We all have a favorite shop. You know, the one we go to with the greatest frequency and hold a little allegiance to. Unfortunately, most of the time that favorite shop doesn't carry *everything* we want- a juice, a mod, an RBA or whatever, so we go to other shops feeling a little guilty but we all do it. That's how I found cloudscape Vape- and I'm really glad I did. I've been to Cloudscape a few times to pick up a favorite juice I can't get at my regular shop (Halcyon) and every time, I leave a little more satisfied. The people who work here are great. Every time I've been in they've been knowledgable, eager to help and quick. Every time I've come in, I've been helped immediately. Nick offers great customer service and managed to get me outfitted with the stuff I needed in a flash. A lot of times when I come into shops to pick up juices I discover that they're out of the notorious 6mg nic that I use. Amazingly enough, I've never had this experience at cloudscape. The one time that I came in to grab juice and they thought they were out of my nic level, they managed dig one up in the back. The variety is great and if you're unsure of what you want, the people behind the counter are super helpful in navigating you through the menu and suggesting flavors. I come in knowing what I want, but I'm never one to turn down trying a few flavors and the people at cloudscape are super accommodating. Cloudscape also has a pretty killer deal: every day from 5:30- 7:30 if you buy two juices you get one free. I've come across some good markdowns, but for someone like myself who comes into Cloudscape for a specific juice they can't locate anywhere else, this is something I can't turn away. The store is big and spacious. There's a big table for building RBAs and plenty of comfortable seating. While, I've only come in here in a time crunch and this isn't my regular shop, I haven't hung out but they seem to have a lively community of regulars in the shop and I'm guessing it's a nice hang out spot.
