I recently moved back to this area having been gone few years traveling. CloudScape has impressed me from the minute I walked in today like no other shop before. This store should be role model for others to follow. The extremely friendly, non pushy knowledgeable staff is top tier!! Their brand VGOD, as far as juice so far, is hands down best I've probably ever tried. ABOVE ALL THE REST! Quality and flavor and price. Made me an instant returning customer. Im not going to totally bash this shop, because of the fact I do frequent this place often due to its close proximity to my place of work, but the service is FAR from great. They have an excellent selection but the prices tend to lean toward the higher side, sort of understandable due to the location but still over priced in my opinion. The house blends are quite exceptional and very affordable in comparison to the name brands. OVERALL i would only recommend this establishment to those looking for a nearby cigar, don't expect any help with your selection and don't be surprised if the owner comes off as rude or obnoxious. read more

A friend of mine is always talking about how bad ass this shop is, so today my boyfriend and I stopped by. I'm honestly quite clueless about all of the technical aspects of my vape, all I know is that It was leaking and the taste sucked. We were immediately welcomed by Nick(I think that was his name...sorry), he took everything apart and rebuilt it for me, explaining everything to me and my boyfriend as he went. He was fun to talk to, and incredibly sweet. My vape is no longer leaking, tastes the best it ever has, and I actually have a decent understanding of what all the little screws and stuff do. What sets this vape shop from others is their service. They greet you as soon as you walk in and you genuinely feel like they want to provide you with great service rather than just selling you a product. Long story short, these guys have a good sales pitch with the worst follow up service I've ever encountered. I'm never gonna buy from them again. Their business model is sell as much as possible and ignore any follow up issue. I came here to buy juice a few times. I tried their VGod line (Lucious and Dewbie) and thought they were okay. The guy convinced me to pick one up a new glass tip. I took it home and tried it on my Royal Hunter. The gold ring with my black and gold Royal Hunter looked GREAT, but I noticed that the glass seemed a little crooked. The next day I came back and an employee confirmed it was crooked it was crooked , but refused to replace it saying "live with it". read more

Excellent environment and prices. Customer service. Bleak to say the least. I walked in and did some browsing for about 15 minutes, the entire time I was ignored. For that time there was about 5 other customers and only 2 employees, both of whom were assisting said customers. Understandable i thought after a few minutes. But a simple "somebody will be with you shortly" would've put me in a much better mood. Tristen then came out and assisted me with a few questions and was able to get me to make a purchase. However almost immediately after swiping my card, he couldn't even say "thanks for coming, have a good day." And went on to help the next person. Won't be coming back. read more

I went to buy some juice nothing was close to me but this store I couldn't find my favorite flavor they couldn't find something similar so the juice that they sale it's made in their store they act like they are the only store in the planet. This is by far the best vape shop we have ever been to! The staff here is knowledgeable, friendly, and always goes above and beyond for us. They carry the biggest selection of vape mods, juice, cartidges, etc.. We've purchased our past 4+ mods here, and continue to go back when we need more juice and coils. They pretty much always have a sale, and the staff always helps us select the best flavor. I love that for a dollar you can try as many flavors as you want. The staff is always patient with me, even if I'm being indecisive. Our most recent trip today, they loaded us up with free merch from a recent event, and we love our new shirt, tank top (with blvck unicorn logo on it), backpack, and hats. Great experience.. I went back and forth today looking for a vape shop to go to and finally went here.. I wassnt sure what to expect..I was immediately greeted and after maybe 2 minutes was helped out., I told the guy I didn't know anything of anything but knew I wanted something decent, not the cheapest, not the best something midrange that would last me a while.. Very friendly staff here. Welcomes you like family. Every time you walk into their doors, they're already welcoming you and asking what they can help you with. I always go here just to refill up on vape juice. They have a pretty good happy hour deals and even the cheap clearance juices. I guess since they're kind of old or that they don't restock on those juices. Never really bothered to ask since it's hella cheap. I think I paid $3 bottle for 15ml on clearance. Can't complain, right? Highly recommended if you're just getting into vaping or just need to restock up on supplies. read more

I was in the area and I needed a new build on my Griffin 25 RTA. The workers here are super chill, very helpful and know their stuff! I asked for a clapton build and they had a bunch of pre-built ones already made to buy. The guy showed me some different kinds of claptons to choose from: fused, hive, tiger and caterpillar. I always just get a fused clapton so I decided to try the caterpillar one for a change. It came in a little container which came with 4 prebuilt wires. There were 2 people ahead of me waiting to get their builds so I decided to try some juices at the juice bar. I tried a bunch of flavors and really liked the Vgod Lucious: it/s watermelon with hints of mixed melon flavors..so good I got a 120ml! I was shocked at the price he told me because apparently juices are 40% (idk how long that will be until though) but I got it for only about $32 & also asked for some unicorn bottles too. I also needed to buy some cotton so the guy recommended the jar of vapers choice cotton (36" 100% Suprima cotton) this will last me months! I walked out of here spending around $50 and was very satisfied with the service I got. Not to mention while I was getting my build done, the guy was also giving me tips on how to wick my Griffin 25 RTA properly. Every time I get a build done somewhere else, they don't really tell me anything or talk about the build. But this guy was knowledgeable about building and giving me advice on how much cotton to use otherwise it will leak. (which explains why I've been having that issue sometimes and not know why my tank does that). So thanks Cloudscape! I'm glad I dropped by here. You guys are awesome! Absolutely legit! They had the immortalizer and fatty! I had the hardest time picking! Couldn't even find these for the longest time! Very good selection of mech mods and starter kits.
