Meh I've had way better. I was in the area waiting for a flight to arrive and had a hookah craving. I had heard great stuff about cloudz hookah but was dissapointed. Got the usual mix - white gummi red gummi lemon mint but it didn't taste anything like I usually smoke at shisha nights in hayward. The coals were super tiny and the smoke wasn't even thick. The owner suggested shadys mix but that was sub par. The place was empty at 10pm on a Friday night. The only reason I'm giving them 3 stars is I like their leather couches lol..Overall I wouldn't reccommend this place. read more

Love this place. I used to go to the old cloudz and was really excited to hear they moved their location. The hookahs are great-really tasty and the staff is amazing. Love the owners and the staff! They are always very generous and make sure to interact and check on customers often. They make you fell very comfortable. I have recommended this place to many people and come here a couple times a week. I really hope they stay open. Great place! I can't begin to explain how this place is so amazing. When first entering this establishment, I didn't know what to think of it, being a hookah critic and a middle eastern. Of course every middle eastern thinks they make the best hookahs themselves at their house in their gararge or some part of their house that their mother won't smell the scent. I must say their hookahs are excellent not only are the mixes rare and unique, but they also hit very well. The crowd is very diverse and the staff is amazing. I met a couple of great people since I've been here a few times, Shadi, Z, Gabby are all great with top notch customer service, and the staff all together are just amazing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that knows what a good hookah is, and for everyone that hasn't had one, you are better off coming to CLOUDZ first so you set your bar high. read more

As an avid hookah smoker I can appreciate a lounge with actual knowledge about hookah. While the tobacco selection is limited the packing skills of the hookahtenders here exceeded expectations while keeping the price reasonable. Cloudz has a wide selection of beverages from red bull, Gatorade, glass bottle coke and even hot tea which is my personal favorite. After my first visit I was made a fan of the staff and their speedy and knowledgeable service and will ALWAYS return to this location for my hookah fix while in the Bay Area. Good hookah and chill environment. No food but that's okay because it is less chaotic. They have a variety of flavors and they're always going around replacing the coal. My boyfriend and I go often! He goes there a lot with his friends. It isn't super loud so it is easy to have a conversation without yelling over each other! read more

My friends an I have been here quite a few times, and each time we leave having a good experience. The owners are always very friendly and courteous, they constantly walk around to ask if everything is ok and to change any coals. The one Saturday I was there they had a DJ, but regardless of the day they have music playing. There are two t.v.'s on each side of the lounge, although no sound. The tea is very good, with nice glass cups and a big tea pot. Definitely recommend it for a nice, relaxing low key night out with friends. read more

I've been slacking on writing a review for this place. I've been here multiple times and receive top tier service. The owners are a great group and really are focused on providing their customers the best hookah experience. I always get the Shadi's mix which isn't sweet or fruity and has a smooth base. The inside has great ventilation, hooked up flat screens for either the sports fanatic or the news fanatic and another flat screen that projects their social media accounts with customer tweets and pics. Nice feature by the way. The couches are leather and comfy. The music is a mix of hip hop or Arabic music. The volume is just right where you are able to carry a conversation and not feel overwhelmed by the noise. Parking is easy on right on the street of el camino real. Open late as well! read more

If you like hookah, this spot plays awesome music and they have super friendly staff as well. I ordered tea, and skipped hookah but overall we had a good time here. The guys had hookah and said it was great. My problem is just the lack of ventilation, the scent was so strong that it made my head hurt.
