We stopped by for coffee while walking around our hotel and tried the ube and pistachio cream top cold brews. Of the 2, I liked the ube cream top more with a nice lightly sweet ube flavor. The cold brew is solid and while prices are a bit high (this is Kona) I thought overall it's a cute space with a nice little sitting area on the back patio facing the ocean.
This little coffee shop had a line out the door, so I had a feeling it was going to be good and it definitely lived up to the hype! I tried a strawberry and cream croffle for the first time, a delicious croissant and waffle blend that combines two of my favorite things into one. It was light, flaky, and the strawberry and cream filling wasn't overly sweet and complemented the pastry beautifully without feeling heavy. It was the perfect little bite to start the day. I'll definitely be back!
We tried a latte with soy milk and a strawberry matcha latte with oat milk. Both drinks were on the sweet side. We were expecting the latte to have no added sugar, but it seemed like the latte had some added simple syrup or sugar in it. If you like your drinks on the sweeter side, this would be a great place for you!
This mango bingsoo was so magical. Ive never had anything like it. It made be believe in bingsoo again. The mango, SO fresh. The shaved ice - i dont think it was actually ice, potentially shaved frozen milk?? Not sure but i believe thats what made this bingsoo stand out from all other bingsoos. SO fluffy. It's a MUST TRY!!
Clean inside, amazing AC, the bingsoo tasted like from Korea!! Highly recommend. I've heard of this place but finally went to check it out and I'm sorry it's taken so long for me to try it. I've also tried the bulgogi panini ....I'd order it every day if it was on my daily commute!
Cute little coffee shop with alot options for lunch or a sweet breakfast bite. Not a ton of seating inside but plenty outside! The front cashier was so quick and efficient, taking orders while also making coffee. I really enjoyed my bulgogi sandwich with spicy mayo, light on the chips and a small pickle. The croffle was delicious. Overall this place was popular and a solid choice for coffee shop but the portions were pretty small for the price.

They had a wide variety of food, drinks, and desserts to choose from, and I loved that some items were marked with "best" labels. It helped narrow things down since everything sounded so good! I ended up getting the strawberry croffle, mango bingsoo, and strawberry ade. All of it was delicious and amazing! The space is nicely designed, and staff were friendly and pleasant. I definitely plan to come back again and try their coffee and a sandwich next time. Highly recommend if you're in the area!
Very convenient location in Keauhou Shopping Center so there's lots of free parking and it's near the front entrance from Ali'i Drive. Lovely curb appeal, you can see this establishment from the roadway. Can't miss it!! At first glance of their coffee menu, it states that they use 100% Kona Coffee, love it! We both had the Americano and we skipped any sugar or flavor so that we could enjoy the real 100% Kona taste. So smooth! If you're hungry, they have Korean food options available. We saw everyone in line ordering food with their coffee. Great Kona coffee, friendly service, and super convenient location. We will absolutely return! Maybe this afternoon, to get bingsoo :)

Definitely had the best coffee of our trip in Kona! We tried the Dalgona Latte and when the barista said the sweetness stays as the ice melts, she really meant it! Also had the croffle here and it was delicious!
Small and cozy Korean style cafe with tasty bites and quick service! My partner and I shared the strawberry croffle and mango bingsoo. The croffle was toasty with sweet strawberries and fresh cream. A bit messy to eat, but so worth it! The mango bingsoo was fluffy, milky, and covered with sweet-tart mangoes. An absolutely wonderful treat on a hot Kona afternoon. Didn't try any drinks since we had two sugary sweets, but looking forward to trying the dalgona latte next time.
We were pleasantly surprised after stumbling on this cafe after a long day of pickleball. My husband and I shared a matcha bingsoo, which hit the spot after a long day in the sun. There is limited seating and the A/C was struggling to fight against the afternoon sun, so the bingsoo felt almost necessary. I also got a bulgogi panini and my husband got a ham and Swiss panini. The bulgogi panini was on the saltier side, so it would have been nice to have some veggies or something to balance out the saltiness. Overall a great place to check out for an afternoon snack and we'll definitely be back for more.

I had the strawberry bingsoo (milk shave ice) and salmon cream cheese sandwich with chips. Both were amazing. Everything seems to be made to order, and the sandwich was loaded with flavor and all of the ingredients tasted super fresh. The strawberry bingsoo was probably the best shave I've I've ever had. Fresh strawberries with whipped cream and incredibly fine shave ice. Wish they had this back on Oahu. Definitely drop by if you're in Kona! read more

Although I must say that I'm a latte kind of girl and not a cold brew kind of girl, I quite enjoyed the white chocolate latte and the Nutella cream cold brew. The ube cream was too lite/bland for me to counter the cold brew. The star of our order was the kimchi bacon panini (not pictured). The kimchi was so flavorful and I think they are using Japanese milk bread for their panini. Good service as all our orders came up fairly quick. The establishment is nicely decorated and has ample seating inside and outside. read more

Stopped in for a drink and lite dessert and was not disappointed! Drink: strawberry ade refresher. Perfect amount of bubbles and strawberry purée. Dessert: Mango bingsoo: the shaved ice was so fluffy. I first thought it was finely shaved coconut , but it was a creamy shaved ice. Nice and sweet with generous chunks of ripe mango and almost ripe mango for a nice firmer mouth feel. Service: the service provided from order to pick up was excellent. read more
Best breakfast we've had during our whole week at Big Island - I can't stop thinking about this place! The strawberry cream croffle was AH. MA. ZING. In the photo it just looks like a regular Belgian waffle but omg the texture is layed like a croissant and so so tasty. The strawberry cream topping was the perfect compliment - sweet but not overly sweet. Bulgogi panini was tasty too and loved the spicy sauce on the side. Kona coffee delicious. Small little spot and super friendly and prompt service as well. 10/10! read more

My FAVORITE coffee spot in Kona! My go-to here is a vanilla iced latte with either ube cream or pistachio cream. It is so tasty and balanced -- the purple ube and green pistachio add a nice, fun touch to my drink too! I have also tried the Dalgona (Korean candy) latte and it was good but I prefer my other two drinks. They use Kona coffee here of course and also offer some delicious food options. I tried the bulgogi panini and it was so Ono! The panini has yummy bulgogi and grilled onions within and is served with a tasty garlic sauce for dipping and chips on the side. I very much enjoyed it with my latte! This would be a cute spot to meet friends or clients although the interior is quite small (they have patio seating). Service is always excellent and quick. read more

I come here before/after work all the time and this place is great. The drinks are delicious and the paninis and dessert croffles are so so so good! I love their kimchi corn cheese panini, ube cream cold brew, and nutella croffle. This place can be filled with tourists, especially during breakfast, so I definitely recommend calling ahead and picking up. read more

The food was delicious--especially the strawberry croffle and the bulgogi panini, which was my favorite. I tried the strawberry banana smoothie and the dalgona coffee; the smoothie was great, but the coffee was just okay. The coffee shop had a really cute atmosphere when I walked in, but the service could've been better. The cashier actually walked away in the middle of taking my order. Overall, the experience was just okay. read more
I saw a TikTok or Instagram Reel about this place awhile back and have been wanting to try it ever since. They're located at Keauhou Shopping Center, closer to the KTA side, and there's lots of free parking. We came here at about 10:30AM on a Sunday, and it was pretty crowded inside. There's a handful of counter seats inside, as well as a few tables outside. I think there's additional seating around the shopping center if those get full. Everything here looked so delicious, but I ended up ordering their strawberry cream croffle. Croffles are probably one of the most genius inventions. Who would've thought to press a croissant like a waffle?!? Anyways, the croffle itself was the perfect amount of crispiness. The cream was super light and not too sweet. This croffle was perfect! It wasn't super filling though, so I had to go to KTA after to get more food. Service was friendly and efficient. It seems like one person is making the drinks before your food comes out, which is perfect while you're waiting. I will definitely be back and want to try some of their savory items! read more

Clover and Mug is a Hawaiian chain of cafes. This location is nestled in a shopping district. Clover and Mug is small, but clean inside. The staff are nice and hospitable. I like their clover symbol art wall. I wonder if they get swamped on St. Paddy's Day? LOL Anyway, Clover and Mug have panini sandwiches, croffles, LOTS of coffee, drinks, and Bingsu (Korean shaved ice). They spell it Bing-soo here. While vacationing in Hawaii, I really wanted to try Bingsu once I found out they had it. Unfortunately, Clover and Mug have a limited selection of flavors for Bing-soo since they focus more on coffee. I had mine personalized. Oh my god, it's like I was eating snow! This is the best version of shaved ice I've ever had! The texture is better and retains more flavor than other shaved ice. I wish we had some back here on the mainland, where I live. read more

DAY 4 of Vacation - My mission in Hawaii was to visit as much local Kona coffee shops as I can. Half way through my stay and this is the 3rd coffee shop I've visited. Parking: Large parking lot. Finding a spot is easy. Free parking. Ambiance/Environment: This spot is located in Keauhou Shopping Center which is down the street from our hotel. They have a small indoor space with very limited seating. It can feel a bit tight as there are constant customers coming in n out. They also have some outdoor seating. Service: The cashier that assisted us was nice and efficient. The baristas were quick. Throughput took under 5 min from ordering. Drinks: 1) Dalgona Latte - This was labeled as their "best" latte. I ordered an iced 12 oz. This drink was definitely strong and thick. I could taste the coffee with every sip. If you need something to stay awake the whole day, I recommend this drink. 2) Ube Cream - This was labeled as their "best" cold brew. My BIL ordered this as a 12 oz. It's their freshly brewed cold brew topped off with ube foam. I took a sip, and I thought the ube flavor came through, the foam is light & not thick, and the cold brew wasn't too watered down. 3) Strawberry Banana Smoothie - This was labeled as one of their "best" smoothies. Their smoothies and ade are only offered in a 16 oz. My bf ordered this and mentioned that it tasted as expected. He really liked the strawberry pieces. 4) Strawberry Latte - This no longer contains coffee! When we visited, they haven't updated their menu yet. The cashier informed us while ordering and asked if we still wanted this. My MIL still wanted it. She mentioned the only thing she can taste was milk and some strawberry bits. read more
This place is so adorable ! There was a small line when I came at 830 on a Thursday but I ordered quickly and the drinks were out in a second ! Coffee taste and quality were top tier and the salmon bagel was super fresh! The pickle was such a good addition I will be adding pickles from now on when I make them at home read more
