They took the time to help me find exactly what I needed, answered my questions, and did it all with positive attitudes and professionalism. It's rare to see a team maintain that level of stellar customer service at the end of a long week, but they absolutely did. Today I received a bright and cheerful email that I've been successful auto renewed for $49.99. I had to call a second time and deal with this. There were plenty of ready to roll complete decks there for a great value, but there's nothing quite like piecing something together off the wall, unwrapping the unblemished deck from the plastic, and building it on the spot with some grip tape fresh off the roll. Seeing less than a 5 star average for a shop that has been great to everyone in my circle since elementary school was an unacceptable sight for me, so I felt compelled to write this.
