Stopped in Tory Burch Outlet ahead of Black Friday to see if they had anything appealing in store…read more I was pleased to see that they were already running some Holiday Deal (50% off with an addition 10-20% off!). I enjoy the TB Outlet as it's one of the few brands that don't make separate inventory at a lower quality level to sell. One can expect the same level of craftsmanship as regular stores here. When entering the store, I was greeted by Joan. She went above and beyond during my shopping experience to make recommendations, hold product for me, and answer all of my questions. I decided to stop back at the end of my visit and ended up purchasing a handbag & perfume set. Joan remembered me and my name immediately. If my purchases go on sale further for black friday, she let me know they can make an easy price adjustment with my receipt in store. The customer service level she gave me was a breath of fresh air. Thanks Joan!

This mall is tiny. Not much of selection. Parking is not free by plate. They will automatically…read moreread your plate. You still need to go to app and paid. The mall has two floors. The store selection is limited. Sak Fifth Avenue is the larger store. They do have Nike, Gap, Victoria Secret and more. The mall does have a food court. They do have high end stores upstairs. To complete the mall is less than one hour.

I had to check out our for myself to see what all the fuss was about. What I saw was either workout clothing or business casual styles. Mostly small sizes, with high prices. The quality was not great, and a lot of the clothes were made in Romania. I really didn't see anything that I was thrilled with, and I certainly did not purchase anything that day. Not sure if I will ever shop there again.

Similar with most outlet stores, sometimes you score some great deals, sometimes you come up empty handed. But on a recent visit, I scored some running shoes for almost 50% off during President's weekend. Service at this location is quite good. Just asked her where can I find my bra size and she replied" Oh when was the last time you were measured? You're smaller than me and I wear a (size smaller than one I'm asking for)". And then seemed pissed when I told her that I do indeed know my bra size. It just took me by surprise it was such a weird comment. And then my friend in the dressing room was also asked if her bra size was correct and she was like uh yeah... Idk if it's just y'all's management telling you to tell customers they're wearing the wrong bras but it's just such bad customer service I'm sorry. Especially since Victoria Secret measurements are usually wrong anyways. Oh well, peace. If it is your management sorry for the rant lol.

The thought is nice so I shouldn't be such an Ahole. Anywho she planted the bug in my wife's ear & my wife asked me a few weeks ago to keep the day open to come here with her. That being said here we is and I can honestly say it's not worth the time or effort to come out here to Schaumburg from Chicago. (Or anyplace else for that matter). All it is is a giant flea market where the merchandise is substandard quality therefore the substandard prices. If you pay at the door there is a $10 admission/person, but since we preregistered it was $5. It still not worth the admission and it doesn't make it any less painless. After cruisin around and looking at the endless aisles of garbage (ooops did I say that out loud) I camped out in the back and am writing my glowing flattering review of this exciting event. Uhhh do I detect a hint of sarcasm). I could be doing any of number of things more exiting like watching the Bears get slaughtered, raking leaves, sleeping or watching my toe nails grow. All I can say is Yee F--kin ha!!! If you're absolutely bored out of your freakin skull don't come here because this is far worse. Unless you're taking a bus, taxi or Ubering, you'll pay to park in Rosemont. I also recommend visiting during the week when crowds aren't so hectic, or visit on Sunday when vendors are discounting their merchandise. The junkier the stuff, the deeper the discount. 4/5 because I strongly dislike the aggressive salespeople who are working at some of the booths. I especially dislike the ones who want to straighten my hair and try to sell me a $300 flat iron. That's the price you pay when you have long hair, I guess.

If this is supposed to be an outlet store then I don't know what the prices would be in a regular lululemon store. $49 stretch skort reduced from their normal price of $88? $59 for a pair of camouflage "tights" marked down from $98? $89 for a pair of red leggings that looked like they had been worn and returned? $279 for a pair of cropped twelfth leggings marked down from $398? The quality does look like it's better than your average leggings, however, i have purchased comparable workout wear from dance costume companies for a lot less money and even made in the USA. I still don't get the hype.
