Had two great meals at Club One this week - we were there on Wednesday and Saturday. On Wednesday my husband had their nightly special, Salmon Florentine. A very fresh perfectly grilled piece of salmon on a bed of spinach with a cream sauce. This was accompanied by roasted red potatoes and Brussel sprouts. I had a corned beef Reuben sandwich because I missed St Patty's Day fare. On Saturday my husband had the surf and turf - a nice charred sirloin and two prawns. I had the Prawns Thermidor which is delicious. Five or six prawns in a delicious sauce with two sides. Service always stellar, atmosphere great in the bar. read more

First time here with friends and I had a really good meal. The stuffed mushrooms and blackened ahi tuna as an app were very tasty. The "if you know you know (or whatever it said)" cheesy bread wasn't worth the hype on the menu. We had hazelnut encrusted scallops and they were yummy. Ordered drinks: Hole in One highball and Sangria. Both were so disappointing :( It was the most bland sangria we've ever had and I think they forgot the bourbon in the highball. Just tasted like cherry juice and soda. Our friends really enjoyed their old fashioned and spicey margarita (and they WERE good, we got a taste). Would return to try new food and get the good drinks. I stopped him for lunch. Ordered the slider special. I was very disappointed. The burger was overcooked.. I did eat one slider. Friend ordered French dip. Not sure what happened today. It was around 2:30 pm . Came down for lunch. I was looking forward to a really good meal. I must have arrived on a bad day. I also noticed that the prices have increased. You just need to get in here. My wife and I had been wanting to try this place for a while now. Today, we made it happen. The food was excellent, the service was better. If you like golf, the views are amazing. If you don't care about golf, the views are still great. Crab stuffed mushrooms, a beet salad, and a chicken club were shared along with bread pudding that we didn't get a picture of. Stopped in club one for the first time yesterday. The ambience is not great, but it's comfortable, the waitstaff is friendly and efficient and, surprisingly, the food is great. I ordered the ribeye, heavily seared and medium rare. Most kitchens have trouble with that combination and either they overcook the meat or they send out a piece of gray steak that is underseared. I've had a hell of a time getting a decent steak in the Coos Bay area, and I sort of resigned myself to getting the same thing at club one. I was wrong. It was beautifully seared, absolutely spot on medium rare, and it was accompanied by some nicely charred brussels sprouts (nice touch) and some homestyle potatoes. It took me back to the days, before I moved to the Oregon coast, when I had a choice of a lot of great restaurants. I've tried about all the restaurants from Eugene down to Port Orford (including some that surprisingly label themselves as steak restaurants) and this is the only restaurant I've found that knows how to do a steak, I'll be back. read more

I've lived in the area for years and just found this hidden treasure on the golf course in Reedsport. There's a bar on one side, and dinning on the other side. The dinning room is simple but nice and lined with large windows overlooking the golf course. This seems like a casual golf course with people dressed in normal clothes and looking like they're just out having fun. We started with drinks and appetizers. I had a Tom Collins, which was not very good, but my friends all said they enjoyed their drinks. We had artichoke dip and cheese bread for our appetizers. Both were delicious. For dinner I had the Beer Battered Prawns. There were 5 very large prawns. They were breaded with a fairly substantial coating which matched well with the size of the shrimp. They were cooked well, which can be tricky with large prawns which are often overcooked. The meal came with coleslaw, a large pile of fries, and garlic bread. My vegan wife ordered the Strawberry Poppyseed Salad. Although it wasn't vegan, she enjoyed the combination of lettuce, green apples, strawberries, feta cheese, candied pecans, and poppyseed dressing. She commented that there was a bit too much dressing. My friends ordered the Pork Tenderloin with Bourbon Cream Sauce which she said was delicious, and 2 Shrimp Tacos which weren't listed on the main menu, but were apparently on the bar menu. They looked awesome with a giant prawn in homemade salsa, cabbage, and some kind of aïoli. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was a place where you could take a date or enjoy a nice meal with friends. Maybe a bit too upscale for kids, but maybe not. Overall, a surprisingly nice restaurant hidden in a neighborhood west of downtown Reedsport. The prices are a bit steep, but not bad considering the quality of the food. All 4 of our party enjoyed our meals, and the ambiance and views made for a pleasant dinner out. For a small town, Reedsport has a surprising number of good restaurants including Kismet, Sol de Mexico, Harbor Light, and now Club One. Hard to go wrong at any of them. read more

Club One is such a woderful surprise!. Thinking it would be the average 19th Hole type afterthought was a mistake. The staff was amazing, thank you Crystal! And food was fresh and so tasty. Nice fresh fish on the menu and also a special. Prime rib also outstanding. Feels like a great happy hour spot, but easily doubles as the perfect "special" night out spot. read more

We ate here in January 2026 and our meal was fantastic. I even commented that their roasted brussel sprouts were the best I had ever eaten. Went back tonight and was so disappointed. First, we ordered and my husbands Ahi Salad came out rather quickly, it was delicious, then we sat, and sat and sat, no updates, no offers of apology, nothing. Nearly an hour later our food arrives, my food was cold, steak ordered med-rare was med-well, cold mashed potatoes and limp, cold brussel sprouts. My husband and one son had the salmon Florentine, it was good, but the mornay sauce was broken and grainy. Our other son ordered a bacon cheeseburger med, it was well done, dry and had more lettuce than the salad. Our waitress was obviously embarrassed, it was her first day with them, she was great! They did take the steak and the burger off our bill but half of us left hungry after 2 hours there. No table visit by the manager.....silence! Maybe it was a bad night but we'll never know because the manager apparently couldn't be bothered. We probably won't return as the food quality diminished while the prices rose. At 64 years old I have never sent back food before in my lifetime but this was just really bad. read more

Had a wonderful dinner. Husband had the Alfredo with steak and I had the filet mignonette. Both were great. I did order medium rare and think it was more medium, but still very good. Serve was great, The view of the golf course is always peaceful. We have been three times and always happy, sorry no pictures. read more

Ordered a club sandwich here. It came on a hamburger bun for starters & I can't stand hamburger buns. The chicken had so much pepper all over it I couldn't eat it. I picked a couple pieces of ham off & left nearly the entire " sandwich " on the plate. Waitress acted like she didn't see a full plate of food still there as she gathered the bill & her tip for her blind service. First, the views of the golf course and the forests are terrific . Second, staff was friendly, and helpful with great service. Third, and most important, the food was awesome. We dined with friends on May 31st at Club One. The service was fabulous and the food was outstanding. We had a variety of dishes; Prime Rib, Sea food pasta, Scampi and pasta, and, by special order ahead of time, they accommodated a member of our party with a gluten free mac and cheese.
