Went to Cluckers recently for a family outing with my siblings and my daughter, and wow... this place was a solid hit. The servers were great and super attentive! We ordered a little bit of everything to try. First off, the fried pickles were AMAZING -- super thin, perfectly crispy, and honestly one of the best things we ate. I would go back just for those. We also tried the chicken & waffles, whole wings, chicken strips, the Cowboy Clucker, and the Clucker Supreme. Every sandwich comes with a full breaded chicken thigh (seriously HUGE) with pickles, and each meal comes with a full order of fresh cut fries. The fries were SO good... fresh, crispy, and addicting. Like I would come here just for fries alone. The Cowboy Clucker had BBQ sauce, red onions, and cheddar cheese and it was really good. The Clucker Supreme was more of a classic style with mayo, lettuce, and tomato. I will say the breading on my sandwich could've used a little more seasoning, BUT it was still delicious once dipped in the sauces. And speaking of sauces -- they have a TON of options. You can pick two per meal and they have so many, so there's something for everyone. The whole wings were super crispy and cooked perfectly. I also ordered the Spicy Clucker to-go for my husband since he couldn't come, and he said it was perfectly spicy and totally worth it. Overall, everything was super yummy and the portions are huge. I'm already planning to go back... mostly for those fries and fried pickles because WOW.

This restaurant is so adorable! Plenty of seating both at the bar and dining area. Parking is a bit of a challenge but it's midtown-just be patient when you're looking for parking spot. It's so colorful inside with some of the best murals. Staff is very friendly. Had the chicken taquitos and chicken tenders. Everything was delicious and love all the sauce choices. Great place!

Staff is friendly and will help you decide if you've never been here before. Food hot and fresh and unique for chicken (just a little something different but not crazy) it s restaurant bar on a quiet corner in midtown. Very good vibes.

Everything was great I had 3 strips with fries. Wife had strips with deep fried pickles. Love that they use chicken thighs. Will definitely be back

Asian chicken sandwich, side of potato salad maybe

We had been wanting to try this spot for a while, but felt like we kept missing their hours. However now at this new location it seems like they've expanded them a bit which I'm happy about! I felt it was decent value for the price- they included a good sized side and the chicken in the sandwiches was definitely higher quality than your typical fast casual chicken sandwich joint. The fries and sauces were great. Potato salad maybe a bit sweet for my liking but still really tasty. The staff were all very kind, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. I was pleasantly surprised!! It really was a solid chicken sandwich joint perfect for my post-workout hanger. Would probably do well as a light night spot on the weekends.

I've been looking for whole wings! These are a really nice size but they lacked flavor. Not 1 piece had salt on it. I would suggest a sauce to have these taste like something. The fries have to be eaten hot! Otherwise it'd a major no. Customer service was really good! They do have a few tables and chairs should you decide to dine in! Give it a try at least, and bring salt

Cute bar as you walk in. Friendly employees. Order food towards the back of building. Simple and small menu. Employees check up on you. A few tv screens and music. Not bad

hello! new spot moved in about 4-5 weeks ago downtown virigina street, super poppin' and busy street with lots of restaurants, traffic, and more. used to be near brothers bbq. signage incoming outside of the building. didnt have a sign outside of the restaurant due to the recent move. first time, parking can be pack, so go early to find a spot, limited spots. walking or uber is ideal. the food was excellent the chicken was moist, juicy, and retained its texture. the chicken was not dry at all, so props to that! chicken tenders were great also, juicy and tender. excellent hospitality and thank you joe for the welcome! will be back to try more cluckers!

Cluckers is a welcomed fast casual restaurant in Midtown with reasonable prices and quality food. I've been here a few times now and have always been pleasantly surprised by the quality of the chicken and fries for the price. The service has always been very good each time I've come here. They are attentive and quick and will bring out your order and check on you when dining on the patio. Each meal is more than enough food for the price, and I appreciate that you can choose difference sauces for your chicken and fries and no extra cost. The fry sauce is a must try and there are lots to choose from depending on what you're into. I prefer the Chicken Tender meal bu the chicken sandwich is also a good option. The chicken is much better than typical fast food chicken, being more fresh and "real" which I appreciate. The fries are also really good and fresh cut. I've been here for lunch several times now and have never been disappointed, glad to have an affordable and tasty option in midtown, especially next to an arcade!

Such a cute environment. Can't wait to taste the wings. Previously a take out spot, they have moved and have a sports bar environment. Very cute inside. Food smells incredible........if it tastes as good as it smells. . Some outdoor seating and plenty inside. You select a dry rub, and then a few sauces. The wings are the large whole wing and leg combo. The owner was so friendly, the service was perfection. Take out is speedy! And #backthepack pride here! #nevada Come visit cluckers!

Just finished a delicious lunch at Cluckers. We got the Korean chicken sandwich and the chicken strips, both come with fries. Our food was fresh, hot, and flavorful. Chicken was nice and crunchy, exactly how you would expect and want it to be. They have indoor seating which was clean and comfortable, nothing worse than eating in a cold restaurant. You walk up and place your order and they bring your food to you. Staff were professional, welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!

Another slam dunk for the best fried chicken joint in Reno They new guy at the counter did pretty good. Friendly and made sure we were all set after we were eating. Fried pickles and the spicy hot clucker and the chicken strip combo. Always better in store hot out the frier.

The most recent time with my parents and aunt. I was a bit skeptical taking them to a dive bar for a burger since I wasn't sure how they would react to it. I didn't know until after the meal that they had a whole back section that would have been a lot better of an experience for them. They have a lot of tables and room back there whereas the front is either a bar, one table, or more a a lounge set up. There is also a outdoor area, but it had been a bit windy and sprinkling throughout the day so that isn't an option. I've done the Frenchified burger and the chile burger. Both times i opted for the fries over the chips and feel like I need to try the chips. Burger comes with two patties, a great bun, than the rest is up to you on which you choose. The fries are what I would consider shoe string fries, but maybe slightly thicker. I'm usually not a fan of shoestring fries, but I polished them off easily both times. My parents and aunt are harder to please. They like ingredients that speak for themselves and don't like too much sauces. All 3 of them really enjoyed it and I'm sure they will all be back. They have been looking for a good burger in Reno and I think this was it for them.

Going at lunch we ordered a couple of plates to test out the cuisine. First on deck were the Chicken Wings. A 5 piece order, they had this delicious sweet, thick, soy flavored sauce. OMG were they good. A touch sticky and not quite as crunchy as I would have preferred, they were indeed delicious. We also ordered the Bulgogi Combination Plate. SO MUCH FOOD. The salad was amazing, from the crunch of the cabbage to the flavors of the homemade dressing. "Kevin" came out and said that the dressing is homemade from a recipe passed down through his family. So good. The combination comes with Miso Soup. The soup was good, with bits of seaweed and a few chunks of tofu. Solid. The combination comes with a generous portion of Tempura, vegetables as well as two pieces of Tempura Shrimp. The Tempura Shimp was fantastic, with batter being light, flavorful, with a welcoming crunch to the taste. The Vegetable Tempura, while good, was not as satisfying as the Shrimp. It could be because the Tempura was sitting in the Bulgogi sauce, making the Tempura a bit soggy. No matter, still quite good. The Bulgogi was good, plenty of protein and LOTS of vegetables. I really appreciated the balance of meat and veggies. I would have liked a bit more flavor from my Bulgogi but this dish was totally fine and I would definitely order again. Kevin's Korean Kitchen is a small, family owned and operated business, situated in an older strip mall. There were plenty of seats/tables. Normally I would NEVER suggest peeking into the kitchen of your favorite Asian Restaurant. Just don't do it. Kevin's was oddly clean. I mean sparkling clean. But we have been here a few times since I wrote this, so the feedback is from all the visits. Quality/Quantity - 21 wing flavors! Got ten wings to go. The Malaysian Curry and Korean Kick. The Korean Kick wins! I also think because the Korean Kick was not a rub, it was a juicier wing. But all were very good. Oh, I also got 3 sauces. The 3 sauces I got were: Honey Mustard, Buffalo and BBQ. Again, all of which were good. But the wings did not really need any dipping sauces. My wife really liked the honey mustard. It was her favorite. She also liked the buffalo sauce which had a little vinegar in it. On a separate visit we came for their Wednesday bone in special; see picture. 10 wings for $9.50. The two flavors we got were the Malaysian Curry (again) and the Dragon. My wife liked the Malaysian Curry flavor better. They were both good to me, but I would prefer an even more pronounced taste/flavor. Again, the wings were of generous size. Owner suggestion - I recommend improving "to go" orders. And have perforated boxes so it does NOT create condensation and make the deep fried crispy foods soggy... And if possible, use aluminum foil rather than parchment paper for easy re-baking the next day. Also available are - Sandwiches, chicken fries (fancy), chicken strips, salads, sides (too many to name), kids and family size meals, etc. Atmosphere - Larger than I expected, see pictures. Indoor and outdoor seating. Table or bar, etc. The bar was not utilized. What goes better with wings...? Beer of course! Get those taps back! Open 7 days a week, from 11am to 9pm or 10pm. See my picture, Yelp, or their website. Plenty of mall parking. Service - Jen was amazing, a one woman army. Because it was not busy, she kept me company while I waited for my order. And on Wednesday, I met Taylor (middle name Lee!) who was just as professional and personable. Service here is a 5!! Oh, the owner's daughter was here today to help the team also. She was too busy in the back for me to talk to. Price - The first ten piece wing order was $15 + a generous tip. Wednesday promotion: Two orders of ten piece wings for $9.50 each + tax, etc. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success here for the last 3 years, since 7/2022.
