I've been to the other location and my sister in law loves a good southern biscuit. The last Rise Southern Biscuit served us a great meal and I knew righteous chicken was being served. It's early in the morning so I'm going to order a twist on a classic hand held, I ordered the Sweet Country Blues biscuit. And ordering at any location is easy peasy! Step up to the iPad, follow the menus and then pay. No human interaction needed at the register. The interior of the restaurant is set up for quick service. Grab a table, the coffee and drink machines are behind you. Serve yourself, throw out your trash and book out. That Sweet Country Blues biscuit was fantastic. The savory seasoned pork sausage put between a glazed blueberry biscuit. Mmm mm! The biscuit was very good, I'm so glad I experienced Rise Southern Biscuits & Righteous Chicken.

Just delicious and I liked all the varieties available. I have wanted to visit here for a long time, but never knew where to park, but finally figured out that behind the building is lots of street parking. I'll be back to try lunch next!

I've been back here a couple times to die now and I always enjoy the food. On my latest visit I saw…read morethat they had a special on a three-piece box that came with chicken, nuggets, fries, and a drink. This sounded pretty good, but since I'm not supposed to eat root vegetables, I went to the counter and inquired if I could get a different side. I was informed that they could not change anything about that that particular special but they suggested a three-piece combo which is the same price. The difference being that you don't get the nuggets but get a choice of bread or a tortilla. Needless to say I was a bit disappointed. I did go with the three-piece combo which consisted of three pieces of dark chicken and I got the Campero rice for my side. I also had the dinner roll and a regular drink. Along with this I ordered one of their empanadas because I haven't had one yet. They gave me my number and I went and got my drink and found a place to sit. A very short time later, they came out with my food and I asked if I could get some salt. Apparently there was a complaint from a customer involving salt so they no longer carry salt when you're dining in. They did have hot sauce on the table, so I enjoyed my meal with the green sauce. The chicken as usual was excellent and I do enjoy their rice. The dinner roll was a nice compliment to the meal and I was really impressed with the empanada. I haven't had an empanada that was this packed with goodness in a very long time. I will definitely be back but chances are I will bring my own salt. this is a nice location with a drive-through. On the downside from my point of view is the ordering kiosks that are out front. I won't use those so I just approach the counter and get assistance. The lady that took care of me was really nice and guided me through the ordering process and was also the one who brought me my food when it was ready. if you're looking for a good bone in chicken meal, then this is an excellent place to die. The dining area is well lit and kept clean. I'm always treated well and I always enjoy my meal.

Got regular and spicy - both were seasoned well, flavorful and not dry. Obvious the chicken has a good brine so it stays juicy. The fry on it was nice, crispy - not too dark. Sauces were both great. Good honey mustard, and the barbecue as well. For good protein source in a world of Disney carbs - hard to beat.

After my visit I can confirm: that's exactly right. Let's start with the good, because some of it is genuinely great. The space is clean and well maintained, with staff actively clearing and resetting tables at an impressive pace. For a fast casual concept, the fact that food is brought directly to your table is a thoughtful touch that elevates the experience above its category. And then there are the fries. My stomach is practically rumbling typing this. Freshly fried, crispy and golden on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and served piping hot. They're genuinely hard to compare to anything else -- unique enough to stand on their own. If Chicken Guy sold only fries, I'd be a loyal regular. The chicken, though -- the whole reason for the name -- left me with questions. Hot and fresh, absolutely. But the interior had a wateriness that crossed from "juicy" into something that actually diluted the flavor. Combined with a sweet and sour sauce so thin it refused to cling to the tenders, the whole thing fell a little flat. I found myself wondering whether the chicken had been moisture-injected, because it tasted more hydrated than flavorful. In the Orlando heat that might technically be a feature -- but a good tender should be able to stand on its own before the sauce ever enters the picture. I'd return -- the fries alone make it worth it. But I'd experiment with a different sauce and temper expectations on the chicken itself.

This restaurant is perfect since it is a walk up window to order and several tables outside to sit and eat out to enjoy Hannibal Square. I got here around 11:15am after they opened at 11am. The guy who took our order was extremely helpful explaining the menu and the heat levels of the chicken. I got the 6th Man Wrap with plain chicken and my boyfriend got the 3 tenders and fries. We waited maybe 10 minutes for the food since we got their early. My wrap was PACKED with chicken and really flavorful. I enjoyed the slaw inside and the chicken itself had good crispiness to it. I did wish the wrap was a tad saucier. My boyfriend enjoyed the tenders. 1 order of fries came with alot and plenty to share between 2 people. We ended up getting a to-go box for half my wrap, a tender, and some fries. The food is definitely plentiful and worth the cost. I really liked the location, service, and quality of the food. I plan on coming back real soon!

I ordered their chicken sando, which came topped with slaw, pickles and their house sauce. I liked that they have 5 different levels of heat to choose from so you really are able to customize the spice to your tolerance. The chicks itself was juicy, crispy, and packed with flavor as all the toppings balanced it out nicely. The price did feel a bit steep for $16 for a sandwich with no side included. It is definitely a large sandwich so you will not be leaving hungry. I do think a side or slightly lower price point would make it a better value. Overall solid food and great flavor.
