    I was trying to "sort" my art room for 6 years. I got so stressed every time I would walk in there and was never able to actually organize it. I decided I needed professional help and reached out to Clutter Girl. I am a borderline hoarder and was worried about sentimental pieces of paper being thrown that wouldn't mean anything to anyone. I ended up on a phone call with Audrey for almost an hour where she explained their system and never throw anything without approval. Fast forward to a week later and I'm looking at a tidy and organized art room. I worked with Fern and we went through every single drawer and box in that room in 7 hours. She labeled and sorted, whilst I decided what would stay and what would go. It was a long day and I was exhausted at the end, but after years I can finally put things away and keep it tidy. Everything has a home. At first I was nervous of the cost, but it's worth the investment for peace of mind. Before and after photos show you what we accomplished.

    Audrey and her team are awesome! My only regret is that I wish we contacted her earlier to help us de-clutter and organize! My father passed away earlier in the year and our large garage has been filled from front to back with his lifetime collection of tools and other family items. We slowly started going into the garage to start cleaning and clearing the stuff but it became overwhelming and our anxiety kept building as time passed and it was discouraging. Just to walk inside you has to side step, it was that packed. Some relatives wanted to help but it was too stressful trying to coordinate with their schedules, deal with some family politics and listen to unnecessary comments about my dad and his stuff. Audrey & John are amazing and they made the process easy for us without being judge mental and man they hustle and helped us get rid of a lot scrap and random stuff. We have access to space that I haven't seen in years. Pictures to come! I highly recommend Audrey! April 2019, I called Audrey for a different garage job and I am so happy with the results! We just kept piling items in the garage and it was at a point we had to walk side ways and open the garage door to even walk on the other side. It was so overwhelming, an eye sore when it was open and neighbors drive by, it caused a lot of anxiety and avoidance. I learned from Audrey from our other garage job and thought I could do it but with my increasing busy work schedule, I've been just too tired and discouraged to address it. We got it done in one day, it was Audrey, John, my mom, me and my sister who helped half day. Team work makes the dream work! (You don't have to help her but we wanted to do it and it usually makes for a faster process) We re-discovered priceless family pictures and able to donate a lot of items. I haven't seen the middle space of the garage in over 15+ years and she helped us organize and part ways with items we don't need. Thanks again Audrey!!!

First I requested a quote on their website and received a response within the hour (even though it was Saturday evening!) The next morning I confirmed and talked with Roman on the phone and he was very thorough and explained everything to me, including their pricing and payment procedures. On the day of the move, Alex texted me that they were on their way and arrived exactly when he said they would. They were super professional and fast and I felt totally at ease with Alex and his crew. For my 2 bedroom move, they sent 3 movers with a huge truck. They had wardrobe boxes I could use for my clothes, which was much appreciated. They took apart things like my table, tv stand, book shelves, etc. and wrapped everything. I didn't need them to pack but I would trust them completely if I had. Very happy with this experience and I'd definitely recommend to anyone moving in the South Bay (Gardena/Torrance/Hawthorne). Because we had such a good experience when we made another move a few years later we reached out to them again. Due to unforeseen circumstances, our move out date and packing dates had to be changed multiple times, but Iliya worked with us patiently to help find us a crew within just a few days that was able to move us out efficiently and conveniently. I was impressed that there was no damage to my furniture, and I especially appreciated how carefully everyone handled the freshly painted walls. From the start of getting a quote, scheduling and then us needing a reschedule, they were so communicative. Kyle and his team called the morning of to let us know they were on their way and got there early. They loaded up so quickly, made sure everything was packed safely and secure. We even had two pick up stops for a storage unit and a house. Kyle's team made sure and accommodate us with placing items needing access for 2nd pickup easily for us. I really appreciated the communication in the drive so we could appropriately time the unload since we were driving 6 hours. If you want movers that are hardworking, careful, respectful and efficient, then these are your guys.
