The reason why I am writing this review is the affordability of their price, high productivity of their movers, and the high level of service they provided during the move. First of all, I want to mention that I spent almost a week to search an appropriate company for my move to our new house (it was special for our family because we, eventually, bought the house after renting almost 8 years) which I wanted to be less nervous and with good memories. I decided A2 Moving as a responsible company for my move according to their price and communication process. So, the first part was done by choosing the right company. Secondly, everyone who has ever had experience of moving knows that the main and important part is going to start when movers come to your place. All the movers I had before were late at least for 1 hour or just showed up without any confirmation. This time, surprisingly for me I had a call from the movers 30 minutes' prior to the arrival time asking me some additional information regarding the parking space for their truck.  Then they arrived 5 minutes before the confirmed starting time. I hired four movers and all of them were efficient during the move. Essentially I want to point out their organizational skills. One of them was wrapping all furniture inside, two movers were moving them into the truck, and one mover was playing Tetris inside the truck:). I thought I would have requested for two trucks but they were able to put everything into one truck. Finally, we got to the new house and they started unloading immediately. Everything was highly organized because each of them knew what to do. They put all my furniture, boxes, even miscellaneous into the right place where I asked for. Overall, my move from 2 bdrm 2 bath house into 3 bdrm two story house took 10 hours with 1.5 hours of double driving time. Regrettably, several items were damaged during the move, and we are now faced with persistent adhesive residue on our dishes. When I reached out to the manager, Nick, he shifted the responsibility onto me without offering any solutions. Consequently, I found myself compelled to engage another moving company to handle the remainder of our items, incurring additional, unforeseen costs. In our history of interstate relocations, this experience stands out as the most taxing and unprofessional. It is my hope that this feedback proves beneficial to others. - - I would like to express my disappointment with the recent move that your company facilitated. While I appreciate your efforts to move my belongings, there were several issues that arose during the process. It took a team of 3 over 11 hours to load a truck, despite most of the house being packed and everything disassembled. Additionally, there were other heavy items that needed to be moved, along with a shelf that was not packed in the kitchen. Despite these items being communicated to your team, they were not adequately prepared to handle them. As a result, I had to hire another company to move these items separately. Furthermore, I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service that was provided. There was a clear miscalculation in terms of the amount of items that could fit in the 26' truck, and no additional support was offered to your team or compensation for the rest of my belongings. This resulted in a very stressful and anxious situation for my entire family. Outstanding Service from A2 - Highly Recommend! I recently hired A2 for a local move, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment they arrived to the final box being set down, the team operated with a level of professionalism and care that's rare in this industry. First and foremost, the crew was incredibly courteous and respectful. Each mover was not only friendly and easy to communicate with, but they also carried themselves with a clear sense of pride in their work. Second FANTASTIC experience with A2. This time (06.2024) Farukh and Arsen moved me so effectively and efficiently and were also 100 percent lovely to work with! I have a few delicate pieces. Which they wrapped with great care. They also moved some 'buy nothing' gifts to my garage and wrapped them up too - whoever gets them with feel like they have presents! Will absolutely use them again. Absolutely recommend them to you and any other friend too! *** I wish I could give 20 stars! Every stage of their service was on point. Nick, Omar and Eric were spectacular!!! They arrived on time, expecting 3 hours - it took us 7, but they never stopped moving or smiling. They wrapped things up so well, they could have dropped them from the top of Staples Center without causing a scratch. Still, they took great care with my things and with both my former and current homes. I had directed a big box to the garage for later sorting - Omar noticed a box with my French press and smoothie maker and ensured that it made it to the kitchen and that I knew where it was. I'll be grateful for that every morning until forever! Among the 3 of them, all spoke English and a few other languages, including French, Russian and Arabic. One was pursuing a masters in engineering. Totally overqualified for what I needed, but it made a hard move fly. A2 was the first to supply a quote. They provided the clearest pricing - all up on the website. They were able to send out a a 3 person team the next morning, which really saved me. John was great with set up and followed up with a text to be sure I was happy. 100% delighted! read more

We had Team Han from A2 Moving move the equivalent of a studio apartment's worth of furniture between a condo in LA to a house in San Diego. THEY ARE FANTASTIC. The primary reason we needed them was 1) for a very large, heavy sofa to get through a complicated doorway and hallway angle. It took Living Spaces delivery men an hour to figure out how to get the sofa IN however Team Han figured out in just 5 minutes how to angle it OUT. So fast! They even debated moving it over the balcony (they considered everything!). Also, 2) We had an $8,000 Sleep Number bed that needed to be carried out delicately (note: we disassembled most of the electronic parts ourselves the night before). I was truly worried about this one. But upon delivery, everything is working now again! A2 Moving/Team Han are SMART, careful, POLITE, very fair, strong, thoughtful, professional, and know how to get stuff DONE right. THESE GUYS ARE SOOO GOOD. On the receiving end, they unloaded everything in under 45 minutes including getting that sofa, the bed, and other things up to the 2nd floor!!! I haven't finished unpacking everything; but so far I'll gladly use them again for more moves and highly recommend them!!! Also note, we move pretty often ourselves. So we thought we had considered everything already (all boxes labeled, numbered ourselves; wires and loose objects securely fastened; all objects in one place, etc). Well, the A2 Moving company was chosen by our main headquarters. The guys have been on the service market for an impressive number of years, and at the current time they have earned a good reputation, ehich is why our company has long been cooperating with them when needed. Personally, I would add that here works cool managers! We were answered promptly, clearly and without unnecessary information. In general, our road was to take only 50 miles, but since the whole office was moving, of course we decided to hire a crew of specialists to help us with it. They, in their turn, showed us the licenses and we got a guarantee for the safety of all the things during the move, which is really great, because we were to transport computers, headsets, expensive furniture and a lot of brittle items. One working hour was estimated at $110. So, I would say that the prices for services are competitive. For precautions: everyone came in masks, gloves, with their own sanitizers, trying to keep the distance between us all the working time. We're a family of 4. We have 2 small boys. My fiancé is the one who hired them. Moving from a one bedroom apartment, to a 3 story town home, I really didn't think that we needed to hire movers. (Thinking we could do it all, renting a U-Haul for 6 hours) I was wrong! We STILL NEEDED THEM!!! We only had this weekend to move since it's Christmas weekend, and we needed to be out of the apartment by the end of the month. (Us working Full time.) Farouk and Dan were amazing! They are so polite and friendly! Such professionals! There was no way we would have packed everything, the way they and They handled all our belongings so well and carefully. They made our move so smooth. It would've probably taken us 3 days, to pack what they packed for us. Total of 5 hours. Start to finish. They even brought which items needed to be in what room for us. Full-Service move from LA to SF. (398 miles) Bjo and Bek arrived at 8 am our place as we scheduled, they surveyed how much boxes and furniture and started moving. All of our items were handled respectfully and moved delicately. They worked quickly and even managed to lift our heavy dresser up two flights of stairs much quicker than expected, given it was a large bulky piece of furniture moving through a very tight space. They even took apart our bed frame really quick which is a surprise as it took my husband an hour the last time. They arrived at evening our new place in San Francisco and started unloading. I'm sure they were exhausted and didn't stop driving. All my stuff was not broken or mishandled in this long trip. It took them about 2.5 hours to unload and finish the move. I would say these guys were the most affordable, professional, efficient, and friendly moving company I have ever worked with. I really do recommend you working with A2 Moving.
