My two friends and I came in pretty late, so there was a bit of a wait, but instead of feeling stuck, we were immediately taken care of at the bar. LOU was amazing; answering all our questions, giving great recommendations, and making us feel welcomed right away. BRYAN was behind the bar making absolutely superb drinks and keeping the energy fun the whole time. Once we got into our room, DANIEL showed us the ropes and completely set the tone for the night. He was friendly, entertaining, and genuinely thoughtful; he even tried to save us money when we were ordering too many drinks by suggesting the soju yogurt drink (which was delicious and clutch). That kind of care really stood out. Throughout the night, JENNIFER and MAE would check in so politely, always making sure not to interrupt the vibe. Jennifer especially was so warm and conversational which made everything feel more personal. Mae even helped us calculate things out when paying at the end which helped ease tensions too! And somehow the amazing service didn't stop there, because even the bathroom experience was memorable. We met NESHA, who made sure we were okay, not too out of it, and somehow managed to make us laugh and have even more fun from such a short interaction. Who knew?
