The guy who came to cut my fabric had a HORRIBLE attitude, as if I had been squealing for someone to cut my fabric. I had all my fabric rolls in hand AND I knew exactly how much I wanted of each fabric. I was prepared and ready but he was so upset and I don't understand why. He kept sighing and huffing and puffing his chest like he was being held hostage. Once he finished cutting the fabric he folded it scanned the paper and THREW the fabric on the table instead of politely handing it to me or even pushing it over for me to grab. I have no idea what I did, I waited patiently and was prepared and had ZERO questions or concerns, just simply needed my fabric cut. I'm a seamstress who often makes garments for ravers and I am CONSTANTLY buying fabrics but now I refuse to go to this Micheal's on Magnolia. Afraid I'm going to get hassled for simply wanting product. I have always been a costumer for this Micheal's but now I go to the one in Eastvale with better customer service.

But they carry stuff for almost every craft that you could think of. They also have a wide variety of markers and paints. If you are a sewer they have a big section for everything that you would need. They also have a great seasonal section for your special holidays. In general the prices here are decent and average compared to other craft stores. They don't offer coupons anymore. Which is a little disappointing but they do have good sales going on. The service from the employees was great. Very welcoming and willing to help with whatever you may need. I definitely will be back to this location.

It's SO hard to know which line is open, there's so much waiting because they ring everything up by hand and enter in codes, and while the staff is super helpful and kind, it seems like the setup is sabotaging sales.
