Great people to work with…read more This past weekend our bathroom faucet handle broke off at 2:30 am and water gushing out on top of the sink and around the floor. Guesses are the cheap plastic handle froze last week and finally broke off. I had to turn off the water outside to stop the geyser. We have dealt with MFRC in the past and trusted their work. So the next morning (Sunday) I called and left a message for them to see if they would fix our issue. I fully did not expect them to return my call until Monday. I received a call from Paul, the owner and he said he'd come out to fix our issue. He did so even though it was on a Sunday and this was out of their service area. He came out and replaced the damaged faucet within 15-20 minutes. Faucet is nicer than the one that was broken and metal - not some cheap plastic thing. He takes advantage of people in bad situations over charging and makes up lies to try and cover his a$$. I called around to multiple competitors the next day and found pricing from $70-$105 a tire. He charged me $389.87 for two tires. I will be disputing the charges with my cc company after he would not be a man and settle this before I had to turn him in.
