My car wouldn't start and he came out from AAA to get my battery a jumpstart, and being the kind and thorough person that he is he investigated and found out that in fact my battery is good but I had a loose connector. I just dropped my car off and wanted to say how professional and helpful Christine is. She greeted me immediately after her phone call which she was on when I walked in. She explained everything to me and told me they could offer me a ride home after I completed the initial paperwork. She called my insurance company for me when she realized she hadn't received what was needed from them. She is definitely an asset to Caliber Collision. I have been using Coach collision works for years now. This is the only place that I will allow to work on any of my vehicles. Rick, Andy and the rest of the staff are awesome and very knowledgeable . They are professional and always communicate with me about the status of my vehicles. It's unfortunate that I've had to use them so often, but none of the collisions were our fault. I did use them to repaint my whole car which they did an amazing job. 5/19/18 my car was towed to this location. 5/21/18 I went to pickup my car and my $400 studio beats headphones were missing from my vehicle. I reported this immediately to management and even filed a police report with the sheriff when they refused to take responsibility. After sending a demand letter to the company and receiving no reply I filed a lawsuit against the company. I received a call from Victor a few days before the court date to settle which I was very much open to but he never followed through with meeting up with me. So I went to court 9/27/18, they didn't show, and the judge ruled in my favor. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are THIEVES and shouldn't be trusted with your property. The lawsuit is public knowledge if anyone would like to look it up. I will be collecting my winnings ASAP. read more

I was driving home from work last Friday when my car stopped ON THE FREEWAY!! I was at the 57-60 southbound and I knew I had to exit ASAP!! I called AAA and they dispatched to California Coach Auto Body!! They were surprisingly quick!! Calvin came to my rescue in about 10-15 minutes!! He helped me tow my car to the nearest Honda dealer (Diamond Honda in City of Industry). During the car ride he was really helpful and he reminded me to call up a friend or someone to pick me up from the dealer, so I wouldn't have to wait any longer when I got there!! We arrived 5 minutes before the service department closed and I was able to leave my car there for inspection. Overall, I feel that the services provided were very quick and efficient. Calvin was friendly and he offered very good advice while I was frantic and my mind was jumbled... I am very grateful!! Got serviced by them via AAA. The guy came out, seemed real Friendly. My battery was the problem. He attempted to test it and said everything was all good and told me to drive it around for 30 minutes. He said he tested the battery and it was all good. Well it wasnt and now I have to use another AAA call because management doesnt want to take responsibility. Filed a dispute for my first call, they will have to come back and fix the problem. Not a good experience.even AAA on the second call told me that the test results for my battery was a fail, meaning it needed to be replaced... had I known that I would have just replaced the battery when the guy came. ***LATE POST*** This review is for only for their towing service... On Super Bowl Sunday, a stray wheel from another car plummeted onto my hood. Fortunately, there was no serious injuries to me and my passengers. However, my car took one for the team. The CHP officer and Daniel (my tow truck driver) were heaven sent. AAA's ETA for a tow was 40 minutes but Daniel arrived in about 15 minutes. He was professional and quick. The next day I received voicemail from someone to follow up on the service and to see if I was "totally satisfied" and to make sure everyone was ok. Wow! These guys are quick and good at roadside service! The battery on my wife's car was dead. I needed a jump start. So, I called AAA. I was about 4 minutes away from home when I called. I figured that it would take them 20 minutes for them to get to my house. I thought I would have about 15 minutes to relax. I was wrong. No, he didn't show up to my house before me. He arrived within a minute of me arriving at home. I was not prepared. I had just finished exercising. I couldn't change. I still needed to print out a receipt for a battery that I bought on line. The guy tested my battery and alternator. He printed out the results for me and told me that my battery was on its last legs. After he finished all the diagnostic tests, he jumped started my car for me. You can't ask for faster service! A couple years ago, I became the stereotypical Chinese driver that I make fun of. After many years of accident free driving, I was involved in 5 accidents in a 2 year period. Stop laughing at me! Don't worry, I have gotten the Asian out of me. I drive safely like a white guy again. Most of the accidents occurred in my work vehicle, but a couple happened in my personal car. It wasn't my fault that they put the wall in the way of my mirror on my personal car! Andrew took car of it. He gave me a great price, and sold me a brand new mirror. Work needed estimates on my many accidents, so I brought it in to Andrew for quotes. Unfortunately, my employer chose to go with someone else. Then there are all the scratches I get on my car because I like to go shopping at the Asian markets. I might be Asian, but, I swear the scratches are not my fault. Okay, maybe it is my fault that I park next to idiots. Anyhow, Andrew and California Coach are great! They have never charged me to touch up scratches in my car. I've brought my cars in many times! He was very friendly and professional and exemplified what customer service was all about, which is a rare commodity these days. He checked out the car and has us back and running in a short amount of time. Cool note, note look for a big towing truck when you call them, look for a Prius. I thought that was very cool because everyone is not up in your business when you need a service provided. I never thought I would need a tow for my reliable Honda, but last night in Diamond Bar, getting stuck on Grand and Goldensprings at the stoplight really sucked! I contacted Cal Coach and they advised me that they are a triple (AAA) service provider so I went ahead and put in the request to AAA. Joe from Cal Coach skillfully arrived at the scene to quickly position the tow truck for quick removal of my car from the street. He knew exactly what he was doing and was super familiar with the area, doesn't get better than that. When Joe and I arrived to my house, he was able to release my vehicle in such a perfect direction that my car was parked in the driveway way better than I have ever parked it with the engine on lol. Called AAA for Friday evening service on a flat tire and they dispatched California Coach and Towing to my home, arriving just minutes after placing the call. Upon arrival I explained to the driver that I had a flat in my relatively new truck, had not read the owner's manual about the nuances of changing tires on this vehicle and deferred to his expertise so I could do it myself next time. He not only changed the tire but carefully explained each step unique to this vehicle. What a refreshing attitude! He also explained that he was a recently-arrived immigrant from a country which I'd visited; we talked about the green-card process and he apologized several times for his English (which was not necessary). This young man had an exemplary enthusiasm for his work, his employer, customer service and the opportunities of his new country. I sincerely hope California Coach knows what a terrific employee they have. My moments chatting with, and learning from this man seemed to erase any aggravation I had about a flat tire. read more

At this point I have come to accept the reality of things and also accepted that my cousins money is going into their grimey pockets.
