It's a HUGE cheddar and chive biscuit (big enough for a sandwich). Paired with the sausage gravy and my perfect over-medium eggs it was a wonderful meal. My wife had the French Dip benny which she liked but would not order again. She felt the roast beef was a little tough. Hers came with a "loaded potato cake" which was insanely delicious. It's about the size of a crab cake, made with shredded potatoes and was so, so good. Of note-reasonable prices, many vegan, vegetarian and GF options (including vegan meats and cheese).
