High level service starts when they ask, and note your name and phone number at check in. Our server arrived immediately and greeted us by name before we knew hers. We had never experienced this before and it was only the beginning of an incredible evening! Tessie's was fully staffed on Wednesday. Three bartenders and 3-4 servers/support. Drinks tasted great and were presented in beautiful barware. The interior of Tessie's was perfectly lit, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Entertainment was a local solo guitar artist, Midnight Chef, who was fantastic! His rendition of many songs all of us know was unique, interesting and well done. It was easy to see why the place runs so well. Sitting in the shadows was a member of the leadership team, Scott. He got up to help staffers later in the evening and spent time sharing details with us about Tessie's and other ventures he and others are involved with in CA and Vegas. We have been to many places and have a high expectation when visiting places like Tessie's. We would rate Tessie's as an A+++ for service, ambiance and more. We paid for some songs that were more upbeat than the music that was playing when we arrived and it didn't seem to be well received by some of the other patrons. Others have the option to skip your songs (even though you pay for them). I personally had a blast and had great interactions with others in the bar, but others in my group had experiences that made them feel unwelcome by people in the bar so I deducted a couple stars from my review since it didn't seem to be inclusive.
