Really disappointed with the end result of my cleaning. I took a dress in because I was going to attend a wedding and wanted it professionally cleaned and looking spiffy. Went to this cleaner while in town for a job interview and needed to have my suit pressed. Dropped off on Saturday picked up on Tuesday. The suit was pressed but weird creases were made by the press. I didn't realize it until I put it on Wednesday morning for my interview. There were also brown dirt smudges, almost as though it fell on the floor and then was dragged for about a foot, on the suit and I know I brought it in clean. The dirt was on the back of the jacket so I just carried it over my arm during the interview but was totally bummed by the experience. I did stop in the bakery next door and the bread was delicious, so that was a plus, I guess. read more

See owner's comment. This will tell you the type of business you are dealing with. The business has 11 reviews, four of which are only 1 star and complain of their clothes coming back dirty. The owner has now committed libel by publicly posting that I am a competitor. Last I checked, I had better things to do than to slave away in an unairconditioned shop cleaning arm pit stains out of people's H&M shirts. The owner damages his own reputation by not taking pride in his work. His work is obviously hit or miss. Do be sure to read his last two 5 star reviews. They both came in on the same day and both of the posters reviewed two different dry cleaners that are located an hour apart from each other. To those of you that live in LA, you know if you found a 5 star cleaner you have no reason to drive an hour away to go to another one. I refused to provide my personal contact information for the following reason: THE OWNER WAS RUDE in his messages to me AND he was THREATENING to SUE me right off the bat. Now, why would I provide contact information to someone to make it easier to sue me? In an area with a plethora of dry cleaners, you deserve better than a joint that averages 3 stars. Unless you are looking to get arm pit stains removed from an H&M shirt. Throw it away! Or, in the owner's opinion (since he refuses to acknowledge that he does half a$$ed work) ship them to me, here in Zurich, Switzerland, so I can clean them for you. I went in to get a pair of pants altered. A few days later I came back to pick it up and they said they couldn't find them and that I should come back in a few more days. Went back a few days later and they said they gave them to someone else. They said to come back in a few days and hopefully that person will return them. I kept going back every few days (for a few weeks) and calling to see if the pants were there but they were not. This went on for 2 months. Finally I asked for proper compensation; I had a receipt for the pants and the tag from the cleaners. So I went to the store to get my compensation. I asked kindly for half the value of the pants. The man behind the counter got annoyed and offered me 26% of the value. Then he started to berate me and told me that I was trying to scam him and rip him off. He tried to lean into me to intimidate me and raise his voice. He said I was just throwing out random numbers to get money for the pants but I had the original receipt with me and showed him the receipt. I was surprised because I have been going there for over 1 year and have had great customer service in the past. This went on for 5 minutes and he was incredibly rude and loud. Finally he threw money on the counter and told me that was it. I got a little more money but what awful service from a business I had patronized for over a year. And they knew me also. The Management is great, as they know me, and always tell me if something is not perfect. If something hasn't been cleaned properly they never charged me for it.
