If a dry cleaner cannot remove a stain, what good are they? And whey they do, they return your clothes is damaged. 1. The return clothing unclean, with stains and damaged. 2. Customer service is awful 3. Parking is a nightmare 4. They seriously over-charge 5. They are often late returning clothes 6. They damage very clothes, but won't take responsibility. 7. Staff not properly trained, or they simply don't care whether they are doing a good job. They have an older man doing alteration, he can hardly remember what type of alteration was needed, and he often forgets to do the work, and often when the work is done, very expensive items are destroyed.
