This business is amazing and super cost-efficient, consider the price of LA area, I cannot find anywhere else that can compete. Order pick up on their website and there are three time slots available per day, excluding Saturday. The only limitations to me is the slot is kind of wide, so you need to be at home for that three hours (you can leave clothes at your front door if you can, but I live in a apartment). We started using this company's Fluff & Fold when they had a location on Montana Ave. When that closed and they moved to their location of Pico, we moved with them. Covid hit and with it the lock down and Popwash was our lifesaver. We have been more than satisfied with the prompt and professional service they provide and we are sending out at least 4 large laundry bags every two weeks. Pickup and delivery is always on time, everything comes back neatly folded and bagged so that it only has to be put away. Worth every penny to us. Highly recommend!!!!! read more

If you want your clothes to disappear and the owner is never accountable for it. If you want to send your expensive plastic bags and never get them back, if you want your clothes to be DAMAGE by the old dryers don't go there. if you want the price to be increased from $1.75 per pound to $1.95 per pound without previous notice and be ignored when you call the owner then go there. My blanket got ruined because of the old dryer machines and the negligence of the worker . The owner called me and every time I open my mouth to tell him what happened he patronize me and never was accountable . He kept complaining that he was 80 years old and lost 10 pounds rather than listening to my concern. I used the service there 4 times and I will NEVER go back. In my last order, I lost 5 pairs of socks, my personal plastic bag from Amazon, and the wrong sheets. And did he care? No; instead of returning my new white queen-size sheet, they returned a full sheet that doesn't fit my bed and the owner really doesn't care. He complain about the pandemic but increasing the price for seniors that can go personally to do their laundry is not fair.$1.75 per pound is expensive as it is. He charged me $70 for 2 small loads and he can even be accountable. Don't waste your time there. It seems the employees are getting away with a lot. read more

I've been using Popwash for years. They are wonderful!!! Easy online ordering, contactless pick up and delivery is a must these days which they perfected before covid. They have fragrance free or plant based soap options which was a must for me, and I never worry that they won't use the option I chose. If you are very particular on how your clothes are folded you might not be happy. The T-shirts won't be folded like they are on display at the gap, but they will all be in nice rectangles that fit right on the shelf or in the drawers and sometimes even the shirts are on hangers. read more

So glad I did that! They're reliable, they do a great job with the laundry, and the drop off / pick up guys are so courteous and pleasant.
