As we had no idea what was inside, here were the types of beers (and I may be wrong) and 1-5 rating: A sour farmhouse that was too sour. 1 A saison that, again, was too sour (OK, I don't like sours). 1 An IPA that needed some more time in the tank. 3. What I didn't expect was the absolute master class of a server we were provided with. When I say the name Kai, the world almost seems to slow. Im telling you, I might not be able to be served by another being in the rest of my existence on this rock. Kai never let our glasses empty, never let our table dirty itself, never left without cracking a classy joke, and he always made sure our needs were met. I cannot even say enough about this guy. If it was socially acceptable I would promise the hand of my first born daughter.
