Good bagels. Not typical NY style, but that's hard in Florida and they were still very good- flavor and freshness. Slightly hidden inside the medical center, so I was a bit confused at first since I pre-ordered (there seemed to be an online option, but it wouldn't let me complete and upon calling was told they dont allow online orders but do take via phone). Small little shop near the front of the side so easy to access and park. Ordered a dozen along with scallion cream cheese- chunks of scallion and good flavor and creaminess. Cute little shop located in the same old building (next to the hospital) that I used to see my pediatrician, "Dr. Dan", over 40 years ago as a child. Straight forward easy to read menu. I opted for my favorite bagel type- everything bagel with "the works". Bagel consistency was perfect - so soft and perfectly chewy. Great balance of cream cheese, tomato, red onion, lox and capers. As someone from New Jersey who was down in Vero visiting my parents who winter there, I take my bagels very seriously. My standard order is a BECTESPK. Loosely translated, it is a bacon egg and cheeese on a toasted everything bagel, salt pepper ketchup. This place knocked it out of the park. First off the bagel. There are some places that make a bagel sandwich but accidently replace the bagel with what can only be considered a hockey puck. Not here at Coastal. The bagel had the perfect consistency or chewy interior and crispy exterior. The bacon was crispy, not limp and in good amount. At least 3 slices. The egg was fried perfectly, no runny whites. New breakfast place that just opened up and they offer some really great bagels. Service was quick and the ambiance was nice. Came in the morning and it was not as packed as I thought it would be I had ordered the Asiago bagel with honey walnut cream cheese and some slices of taylor ham. The bagel was toasted and it was delicious. The prices for each item were fair and the staff were all nice and super friendly. I would love to come back, but the downside is that they are only opened Monday through Friday in the mornings until 2pm. I'm not sure why everyone in Vero thinks this is the best breakfast in town. Average bagel(bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel) Iced Coffee below average lots of coffee grounds I can see settled to the bottom of my cup. Sugar pourer but no spoon to measure what you're putting in just stirrers. No liquid sugar or flavored creamer for iced coffee just milk, half and half, sugar and sweet and low. Not bad but definitely not great. All in for a coffee and BEC bagel 11$ and change before tip. Also in an inconvenient location unless you're already in one of the medical plazas close by. read more

My wife and i stop in from time to time. She likes the bagels, I will give them that compliment. The breakfast sandwiches were so-so, mediocre. It was the gal and fella at the register. The service was unfriendly and rude. The woman at the register was so grumpy. Not one smile or thank you. We tried to make small talk but she gave us monotone yes- no answers. The guy at the register was almost as bad as the dark haired gal. Why so grumpy. That lack of customer service skills will be their downfall. The owner needs to know. We are senior citizens and consider ourselves very friendly. My wife goes to that medical center often. Tell that owner, that dark haired gal should work somewhere else. read more

Holy freaking Moses, this place is delicious! I stopped by today for the first time and I can't wait to return. I got an everything bagel with scallion cream cheese for myself, a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant for someone else(but I stole a bite for snack tax and good gracious, it was unreasonably good!), a cherry pastry for my son(again, bite stolen and again, fantastic), and a sugar donut for my daughter. You already know I stole a bite of the donut as well and it was so airy and fluffy! I couldn't believe how good it was. I will say my everything bagel was a little heavier in the sesame seeds than I typically like, but most people would probably find that to be a bonus. The texture and overall taste of the bagel was great and I'll get it again, abundance of sesame and all! (Although I'm also excited to try the jalapeño bagel if it's available next time) The service was quick and very friendly and the establishment was nice, bright, and clean. Finally found this BAGEL STORE. As a NEW YORKER I went in ??? I ordered what was left of the bagels EVERYTHING & SESAME. Two donuts one plain sugared round & a Raspberry filled. Well I tasted the Plain one in my car on the way home ..NO not tasted ATE the ENTIRE thing! Light fluffy not greasy .. Perfect ! At home I cut opened the EVERYTHING Bagel.. Ok looks good smells good . Put some good IRISH butter on it lightly . No Toasted needed. GREAT BAGEL !! Soft chewy, dense NOT DRY . A 9 out of 10 for sure.. We ordered two bagel breakfast sandwiches...one with sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel. The other was bacon egg and cheese on an onion bagel. Both were fresh and good tasting. But what was the highlight of the meal was the freshness and texture of the bagels. Having had hundreds of bagels in my life, I can safely and enthusiastically say that these were top 3 that I have had. I had been reading a lot of positive reviews on this venue and I decided to try it. It's only open on weekdays so I had to wait until I had a vacation day. I put the address in my GPS and it brought me to the Cleveland Clinic parking lot. I felt that I was in the right spot because I remember reading about the prior venue that was there being hidden. Having confidence that I was in the right spot, my wife and I got out of the car and when we began to walk, we saw a man walking towards me with paper bags that we assumed had bagels in them. We looked at where he had come from and we saw some tables outside. That is where Coastal is. They definitely need better signage. There is no table service. We ordered at the register and they brought our food out to us rather quickly. I had bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel. My wife had egg and cheese on an onion bagel. We both had coffee and crumb cake. The crumb cake was very good. The bagel sandwiches were ok. There was not much egg or cheese on the sandwich. This counter service breakfast cost $32.00. If I was at the Cleveland Clinic at breakfast time I might return. Otherwise, there are better options within the 7 mile radius between my home and this venue. read more

Pleasantly surprised to find this gem tucked away in Riverside Medical center. The bagels are top notch and the service didn't disappoint.

Absolutely delicious the closest thing to NY bagel. Crumb cake is great so are the Kaiser rolls takes me back to working in NYC and getting a buttered roll off the truck downtown. We have frozen both the bagels and rolls and they stay great. Highly recommend this place and be patient as they get really busy and I'm sure it will be busier come season... read more

My pumpernickel egg cheese sandwich was overwhelming delicious with the egg and cheese oozing out of the sides. they also have genuine crumb cake and for those of you who don't know a good crumb cake go and try theirs.
