But of course we had to wait since we were an emergency fit in...i get it. I just hate waiting. Finally after 20 minutes, seemed like 2 hours though, they took us in. Dr. Khokhar was quick to see the problem and popped and badnage lens on so fast so it can heal up wiht out any problems. That was yesterday...today for follow up they popper the lens out and he is all healed up. 24 hours! It's been a pleasant experience from the first day I picked up the phone to call and ask questions from CINDY. Everyone was really kind and caring which made me feel really comfortable . Dr. Scott Segal is a professional at what he does and he was very kind, informative, and caring. I did thorough research into who I should pick to go with for my lasik surgery and I'm glad to have picked him. I'm currently recovering from the procedure and it seems to be going great. Dr. Scott also gave me his personal number in case I have any questions or concerns. All information regarding financing, prescriptions, and scheduling were easy to follow. I had my post op checkup this morning and I already have 20/25 vision :).

It took them 45 minutes to figure out my prescription and it seemed like nobody knew what was going on in there. They hand me trial contacts say the lady at the front will tell you prices don't even say which contact is for what eye or what my final prescription is. I told the doctor my left eye still looked blurry and he tells me I have 2020. 0/10 would not recommend unless you want to be scammed out of your money! I wish there was negative stars. Missed work to be on time for my appointment just to watch the wait room fill up twice and empty before I was seen.
