We were recommended by another company to come here and I can see why. Homer was really patient with me and spent a lot of time with my husband and I in trying to find the right flooring. On top of that, Homer answered my concerns and questions via email too. He is just wonderful! My only advice is to not ever get Mohawk tecwood, natural linen oak. It's my fault. I tried to research and I picked it. Homer tried to steer us to better quality to hold up for everyday use, but I was dead set on this. I should have listened. I will be back and listen to Homer next time. Just love this place!

He was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to help. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Unfortunately, our experience with Shawn on the windows and doors side was the complete opposite. He often came across as condescending, seemed distracted and in a rush, and follow-up was poor. Customer service and communication were disappointing, and we were left wondering why someone with that attitude is in a customer-facing role. Based on my experience, I would happily recommend Homer for flooring, but I cannot say the same for the windows and doors department.

He was always available at the store, responded promptly to my emails and phone calls, and patiently answered all of my questions. He also helped me secure a discounted price, including a $0.50 per square foot Mirage rebate, which saved me a significant amount. If you're looking for quality flooring at competitive prices with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Floor Outlet & More. Be sure to ask for Raman--he made the entire purchasing process smooth and stress-free.

Good installation, but a very concerning experience with the owner…read more We originally ordered our SPC flooring through PHD, which was also supplying our kitchen and bathroom cabinets and essentially all of our other finishing materials--sinks, faucets, shower panels, shower heads, and hardware. We preferred working with one vendor for everything. The decision to cancel our PHD flooring order and move the business to Flooring Outlet & More came from George, the owner of Elevated Edge Construction. We were told that Hesam's product was supposedly better. We trusted our contractor and agreed to the change. Unfortunately, our experience with Hesam was extremely concerning. His team knowingly delivered a different color of SPC flooring than what we had ordered and told us it was "close enough." When I objected, I was told that getting the correct product would mean a one-month delay. When I called Hesam, he literally asked me, "Do you have one month to wait?" Given that we were on a tight construction schedule, I felt this was an attempt to use the schedule pressure to make us accept flooring we had not ordered. The only way Hesam would know we're on a tight schedule is because George told him. We refused and made it clear that we wanted a refund if they could not provide the correct product. Only after we stood firm did they bring us the correct flooring--which apparently had been sitting in their shop all along. What made the situation even more concerning was what happened when I refused to cave. Hesam immediately called George. I personally watched George answer the phone and say, "Hey Hesam." Given that George had initiated moving our flooring business from PHD to Hesam, this raised serious concerns for us about the two of them working together to redirect our business and then pressure us to accept a product we had never ordered. To be fair, the flooring crew themselves did a good job installing the floors and baseboards. My problem is not with their workmanship. My problem is with Hesam as the owner and the way the order was handled--particularly delivering a product we did not order and then trying to pressure us into accepting it. After this experience, I would be very cautious about doing business with this company when the owner is involved. Homeowners should make sure they have the exact product, color, and specifications in writing and should not feel pressured to accept something different simply because they are told the correct product will take longer.

White Lies I called…read moreWhitecap a few days ago looking for a part, and spoke with one of their salespeople Reynario (Rey) and after some research he was able to locate it and he proceeded to email me the link to the part. After a little haggling, I was able to talk him down in price, and he sent me a cost estimate, which I approved. He then stated the part wasn't in stock at their warehouse but was in stock at their SF warehouse--however, I'd have to pay for the part ahead of time before he can transfer it. I'm a busy guy and really don't feel like making two trips to their North SJ location (one to pay and one to pickup) so I asked if I could call him and pay for it over the phone, and he agreed. After multiple attempts to call him, I was finally able to reach him and proceeded to give him the cc number, and he stated that he'd ring it up and email me the receipt. Well, the receipt never showed up, but I figured it was the end of the day when I reached him, and he'd do it in the a.m. Well, I woke up this morning with a phone call from my CC stating my card had been blocked, and I needed to call them. It turns out there were several attempts of fraudulent purchases (one for several hundred dollars to Angelo Minetti and another for $12 for some other nonsense) that they had blocked. Fortunately, they caught the purchases, and they never went through. Luckily, this is my company CC and not my personal card, so it doesn't affect me too much. But is it a coincidence that the very same day I give this guy my cc that all of a sudden I'm getting fraud on my card? You be the judge, but I'm going with my gut on this. TLDR: Avoid these crooks.
