Came here on a Sunday afternoon about 4pm and this place was crazy busy which is a sign that they do a good job. They have a Dunkin Donuts inside and lots of seating for customers to cool off. The store is big with a large selection of everything. The cashiers were super friendly and happy. I chose to sit outside to work on my tan under a palapa umbrella and cozy cushioned seats. I didn't mind waiting a bit since they were so busy. I was comfortable chillaxing outside. They did a great job cleaning my car and the people watching was fun and the customer eye candy was even better . Will definitely be back again. :) read more

I recently purchased a new vehicle and I wanted to find a car wash that had multiple locations, friendly staff etc... The gentleman (Daniel) who helped me sign up for a membership was awesome, I truly appreciate the customer service. I saw him again today and I expressed some of my concerns. I have been a member for about two months now and I take the car once a week if not twice depending on if I park in the garage or not. I know I'm not paying for a detail, however I am paying 40.00 a month and I believe that my car could be cleaner especially with the package I have. I will continue to take my car here for now and when I do have a problem I always try to let them know right away to fix it. Young kids at the entrance did not spray my car down when my car finished the car wash the front was still covered in bugs asked a young kid if it was supposed to look like that and he came back with "did they spray the front I said no" he said "that wasn't correct". I have been going to the Cobblestone on 59th Ave. & Bell ever since it opened... They seem to be doing worse & worse every time I go there. Today I went in to get my car detailed it included shampooing carpets/mats/doors/console/seats & upholstery after waiting almost 30 minutes they came to tell me that it would be an additional $200 so basically $400 total to do the detailing since someone had thrown up in my car.. I am very irritated & will definitely not be using their detailing services ever again. They should've told me this upfront rather than waiting for me to pay & giving me a receipt!! That is false advertising!! I have found somebody that will detail the inside & outside of my car for less than what I initially paid plus they come to my house so I don't even have to go anywhere... I am very dissatisfied with this company (Cobblestone) & will definitely not be using them for any special services such as detailing or oil changes in the future.. Cobblestone Broke My RearView Mirror: I took my vehicle (Acura MDX) for a car wash on Sunday (05/01/2022) at Alma School and Germann Rd location in Chandler, AZ (Location C3). After the car wash, I entered my vehicle and as I was adjusting my rear view mirror I immediately noticed that my rear view mirror was broken and was hanging instead of firm as it should have been. I asked the gentleman who had handed me the keys about it. He asked me to go back to the car wash line where the manager was. The manager outright refused any responsibility and said that none of his guys did it. He said he could give me a detail on my vehicle and he also asked me to get a quote to fix the broken rear view mirror. Today (05/02/2022), I received a call from the manager. He asked me if I ever had a windshield replaced. I said, yes I had other vehicles and had their windshield replaced. He started a long explanation that the guys who replaced the windshield broke the mirror. I told him that I said yes about the windshield thinking that he was asking if I ever had a windshield replaced on any of my vehicles. I purchased this vehicle last June and never had to replace a windshield on this vehicle. When I told him that I had misunderstood his question and I never had windshield replaced on this vehicle, he told me that I had earlier admitted to my windshield being replaced and now I was lying about it. He has offered to give me a detail on my vehicle but I am not interested in this. I want my rearview mirror fixed the way it was before it was broken by the staff at Cobblestone Auto SPA. I would like the corporate office to look into this and remedy this. I went to coblestone in Tempe in the Autoloop to get a conventional Oil changed I verified I was an unlimited car wash cutomer for a few years now I asked the tenant how much for a conventional Oil change he said do to my loyalty I would get 50% off so it would be around $29.00 or so with taxes this is the location I had my oil changed at and they did do a conventional oil change at the time so I agreed to it then when drove it up to the Oil change area the guy comes back and said they do not have the conventional Oil it will have to be synthetic I asked how much he said $99.00 I said with my Loyalty discount it should be $50.00 or so he said no and said could reduce it to $70.00 I had noticed the guy under the car had already drained the oil I let him know I would not pay the $70.00 so left and washed my car then checked the oil and it was low after the rep put the oil back in my car. Went to this Chandler location and it started out rough. After going to the Surprise Location for 3 years and getting my Jeep back looking AMAZING every time, I expected the same here. I went to the Alma School/Germann location. The first run my Jeep came out horrible- still dirty everywhere. After talking with the manager he said sorry and he would make it right. He took my vehicle back and re did the wash and it came back Awesome. This is what I expected because this is what the other location did. Kudos to the Manager for making the effort and getting it right - even if it was the second time. I will go back and we will see if it continues. read more

I live in Arizona and had to go to three locations in the east valley. I purchased online the basic wash and they sent me a bar code. None of these locations could not read bar code. I had to repurchase car wash. I called corporate twice leaving messages and no response. I have been corresponding via email with someone at cobblestone for two weeks now asking me to resend bar card, debit from bank account but to date on refund on the bad bar code. Took my car in for an oil change. Upon inspection after the oil change and car wash, I found a significant dent on the Front of my hood. Video shows the vehicle entering the garage without a dent In the hood. After service, an employee backed the vehicle out. Video clearly shows the hood now has a dent. We reviewed the video several times. At this point, the manager "Matt" became abrasive and stated that the damage was not done in his shop. He then asked me to leave his shop . While waiting for Matt to return, another employee apologized for the way I as being treated. He said "that is the way Matt is." Matt returns with a phone number for his boss "Shawn Liburge". What an awful experience which unfortunately was my very first time coming to this car wash. I decided to go for the highest level wash, the platinum wash as well as sign up for the membership which they were running a special on for only one dollar more. Kyle the very nice gentleman who assisted me as I pulled my car in communicated that I was to be receiving with this platinum package a full exterior as well as an inside clean. He specially mentioned how they would clean the full the interior: doors, dash, and vacuum and shampoo the floor mats. I was shocked at how quickly they finished and that's where things took a turn. I open my door and immediately realize the floor mats are still dirty, the inside of the doors still dirty, nothing looked like it had even been touched with the vacuum. As far as the exterior goes, the front end around where my front license plate is located didn't even look like it had been washed with soap and water at all. Needless to say I was very upset. As I mentioned this to what I assume was the manager since he was telling other workers outside what to do, he looked at my receipt, (made sure he grabbed the tip from my hand as well) looked at me with a pretty annoyed look and told me to pull my car into the self vacuum spots and they would do it for me. Well it was 110 degrees outside and since I was pulling into the vacuum area and no one was coming around to help I decided to start vacuuming myself. After I noticed more and more of a completely lazy job well done (cup holders were still dirty, dashboard, radio and steering wheel had not been wiped down) I once again approached the manager he once again looked at me annoyed and sent over two guys with some towels. One of them said to me they would do it "again". Right. Anyways after they rushed around to try to finally clean my car properly I had had enough said fine and thank you and decided to pull back into the front to speak with Kyle and let him know how dissatisfied and disappointed I was with my experience. He was nice and courteous about making it up to me but at the same time driving home I'm not too pleased at all after spending the money I spent at this place. Oh I almost forgot! They even forgot the air freshener. Easy and quick oil change with a free car wash and interior clean. The mechanics were awesome and friendly, and they actually explained everything to me- I wish I knew their names! They checked all the levels in my car, filled up tires, changed air filters, and vacuumed/wiped down. Glad this was such a smooth and simple process. Signed up for a monthly membership to get an upgrade to a platinum wash and also paid $57 to have my seats steam cleaned. They only steam cleaned the driver and passenger front seats, but my rear seats were left completely untouched. My floor mats were still dirty when the vehicle was returned to me, and there were still streaks and smudges on the windows and mirrors. You might think that as a first time customer they would take it upon themselves to go above and beyond to ensure that I keep my membership but that was sadly not the case. read more

this cobblestone is a shining example of how a car wash should be. I have always had excellent car washes at this location while the other cobblestones have largely been a let down. I have a platinum wash membership and purposefully visit this location because the wash attendants take time to thoroughly wipe down my truck's interior and exterior after a wash. They even go ahead and reattach my antenna since I remove it to prevent damage before going through the wash. It's a night and day difference between them and the other locations. Additionally, the shop has a nice selection of drinks/snacks and clean bathrooms. I called to let a manager know and ask for a refund. They want me to come back so they can now do the job right. So my husband and I both have memberships to this car wash and have for years. It's never been the best service but kind of learn to expect mediocrity. Yesterday I got talked into a detail upgrade because I wanted my car actually cleaned before we installed our second car seat. I waited over an hour to get my car when they said it would only be 10-15 minutes more than it usually takes. Honestly I would have been fine with the wait if my car looked good but of course it didn't. This one time upgrade was $67 and there were goldfish still on the carpet (not smashed) but full goldfish crackers. Streaks everywhere, blatant spots that were just not even wiped down. It was awful work. Mind you I go to the car wash a couple times a month, so my car is pretty darn clean and just needed a little extra love. At this point of waiting I am 8 months pregnant and needing to get me and my 1 year old home and couldn't wait for them to redo it. So just a warning to others to not waste their money. Horrible car was experience, I got the platinum wash and was called up with them saying my vehicle was at the finish line. I walk up and could obviously see that it was properly cleaned. Told the guy that it's not done I can visibly still see it's still dirty. So the continued to clean the vehicle. They again called me saying my vehicle was completed. I didn't even have to get up from the chairs by the finish line to see that it was still dirty. I then walked up and started pointing out all the spots on just the drivers door and rocker panels. Got called up again and you could still see that it's not clean. At this point I was just frustrated and left. Come on if you can see smeared dirt from 20 feet away it's not done.
