It's pretty obvious they don't want someone who gets their car washed (by someone else) just occasionally. They have always pushed their membership, but today they don't even have one time prices displayed anymore. And...it cost me $31 for a pretty lousy job. While the automated wash did fine, the vacuum and wipe down were really not good. I get that the do it yourself sites are the rage, but there are a few of us that still like to occasionally have it done for them. I own a very nice car. read more

I went on 04/09/2019 around 1:30pm and bought the BOGO special. The gentleman at the entrance of the car wash, the one that directs you as you go in had the rudest and most disrespectful attitude ever, rolling his eyes, nodding his head and acting annoyed. I call the office and they advised that they've had many accidents before therefor they take it seriously when it comes to people placing their car correctly in the belt while this is reasonable what is not is that you treat your customers poorly. Car wash broke and stopped working on Saturday while we were inside the wash. We were stuck inside at a stop. I had to stay on my horn for someone to come and say something they all were standing there looking like what do we do incompetent workers and when they did some young kid was so sarcastic about it. This car wash scratched up the side of my car but that's not even why I give it one star. I signed up for the unlimited monthly car wash plan and after a few months they raised the price by 50% so of course I did what I had to do to cancel it. They DO NOT make it easy though. You have to find the cancelation request form on their terrible website but it's simply a request. Then a rude lady named Alaina called me and she is the only person in their "customer care department" so she gets to be as rude and condescending as she wants. I've been to this car wash for the past several years and what I appreciate about them is that they continue to improve their customer experience while maintaining great customer service. My husband sent me to this cobblestone last minute to get our plan updated. I had to rush there knowing that they would be closing soon. Once I got there Marcus and Donovan came right over help me set up the new plan. The computer gave them a hard time while trying to update it. They were extremely apologetic and continued to do their best to make it work for me. After several tries they told me that they would continue to try while I went thru the wash. By the time I came out they had it all figured out and raced over to let me know. While they updated it they kept me laughing and were super sweet. They could have passed me off and told me to come back the next day but they were determined to help. You guys have great employees! If I could I'd give them ten stars. read more

I went to this location to "spruce up" a rental car I was returning later that day. Unfortunately I locked my keys in the car. Brent graciously allowed me to use their phone to call the rental place for road-side assistance. He allowed me to wait inside the office and provided water and condolences...apparently this "happens often". :o) After waiting over an hour for road-side assistance.."they SAID max 40 mins"..a green-shirt manager, sorry I didn't get your name, was able to get in and unlock my door. I've been coming here ever since they opened. I even have the unlimited car washes. I highly recommend everyone doing it. I literally pull in, with my mini, every other day. HIGHLY recommend staying away from this establishment given they don't give a shit about their consumers. This company makes so much money yet they cut corners to screw their customers over. Went to this locations car wash as i do several times a month, and for the first time in an entire YEAR i've owned the car i decided to pay for the $18 wash. (Normally get $8 wash) Well when i exited the wash my logo panel on the back of my vehicle had been ripped off by the machinery in the car wash. When i told the employee that the car wash and literally ripped a through the bearings of the panel and pulled a piece of my car off he just shrugged and walked inside the car wash to pick up my car part. He then walked it out to me, handed it to me, and walked away without a word. No empathy or decent customer service at all from the two employees working there and were basically accusing me of gluing the piece on prior to entering the car wash. The part that was damaged was a stock Ford manufactured part and has not be touched since until it got damaged in the car wash. Keep in mind i've taken my car here several times as well as other car washes and never had any issues until today. Couldn't help but notice a few reviews down someone mentioned the car wash broke down while they were in it and they had to sit there inconveniently because the staff was less than stellar. I just got a follow up call saying they aren't liable for damages done to vehicles AT THEIR FACILITY. This place is fucked up as a company and is nothing but corporate greed. read more

We have a subscription here since last August and have been pleased. Gabriel talked me into one, but he has since moved onto another adventure. He was always so nice to me and recognized me each Sunday when I came to wash our car. This is a nice car wash and the staff is always nice to me. As with most drive through car washes, there is always some water left on the cars that need to be hand wiped. They do give you a wet towellette, but it would be nice near the vacuum and dry stations that they would lend complimentary towels as does Super Star Car Wash a lot further north on Arizona Avenue does. It's much easier to wipe the left over water with a dry microfiber towel, which I always carry a couple in this car to do so. The car I bring here is a large sedan and works better at this car wash than at the Super Star. And I am always in this area once a week, so it's not inconveniently located as my church is just down the street. I love the Blow Off Air Hand Wands, which helps me get all the water out of the window slots where water always falls in during the car wash. Everything always seems to be working here and the place is neat and clean, well-kept. When I needed to change my form of payment, that was also easy, too. If they had those microfiber towels to lend their customers as well as maybe a couple stations where you could get some water (in case you needed to wash something easily), it would make it a perfect car wash. read more

I am not a happy camper from my experience at this location. The wash went well. It's the service after the wash that went bad. My car came out of the wash and driven to an area where they towel dry it off, wipe the insides down and do the windows. My problem is that there were 5 guys working on one car leaving mine and 6 others to dry in the sun. Of course now there are spots all over the car. So after waiting 20 minutes i just handed the guy my receipt and drove away. I was the 3rd car in line and would have been there an hour...forget about it!! This location is terrible! The employees have no idea what's going on. Today will be my last visit to this location. On one occasion an employee walked into my car because he was walking backwards and not looking, another time they put me too close to the car in front of me even though I tried to wait until there was enough space and the employee told me to stop after he told me to put my car in neutral, the third time my car was bouncing despite my car being in neutral and he employee keep yelling neutral at me...I know what what neutral means. Basically don't go here unless you want to end up ruining your car in some way. read more

I usually get a good wash from this location but today was terrible and the most frustrating time with the Sunday manager ever. After going through the wash, I had a pink, oily/waxy residue on the passenger front and side of my truck. I have a membership so I went through a second time to get it off but no luck. Told the manager about it and she said that the stuff didn't come from her wash. She checked a couple other cars and said they didn't have it so it must have been on my truck before I went through and she would be glad to let me go through again. By this time the towels I brought were wet and had this stuff on them. My windows and mirrors looked like crap. Went through a third time and it was there again. The manager said that since it was oil based the car wash wouldn't get it off. I asked if the wash had soap, she said yes, but it's mild soap and won't cut oil. She had an excuse for everything. I grabbed some paper towels from the bathroom and wiped it off. I noticed the stuff on the car next to me and that guy ended up talking to her about it. As I was leaving, another guy asked me if I had residue on my truck because he had some. Then I saw that they shut down the wash and were turning people away. I had already been there over an hour for what should have taken 20 minutes so I didn't stick around. To the Sunday manager: Working in the customer service industry you should know that the customer is always right, even when they're way, way off you should at least listen and pretend to care. Don't just deny that there's a problem and make the customer feel like it's their problem, not yours. I was trying to point out a problem and you were incredibly defensive instead of sympathetic. I recently moved from Queen Creek and went to a fabulous car wash. I have been trying not to compare Cobblestone on Arizona to the car wash that I just left so I waited three months to write this review to be accurate. Pros: I do enjoy the convenience of this car wash being close and quick. The tire shine is awful and my wheels were dirtier coming out than going in. I had to spend allot of time trying to get it off after every car wash. Spoke to a gentleman and he was very nice and removed it off my plan, apologized and stated they were trying different products to help with this. I enjoyed being listened to and helped in such a friendly manner. They do give a wet cloth before your wash so you can have a towel if you forgot yours. They also have great hours! 7 am to 8 pm, awesome! I love the vacuums on both sides of the car and compressed air to dry! Cons: This place is dirty and has trash everywhere. There are young kids who are working there and they just stand around waiting for a "newbie" to come and sign them up. I realize it is the patrons who are trashing up the place when they clean out their vehicles and don't take the time to pick it up as they should, but when you work at a car wash that is one of the job responsibilities, pick up the trash. Again, I am trying not to compare to my previous car wash, which experienced the same problems, but they had their employees walking around with a bucket picking it up. The other day I was there I got out of my car and it smelled like the dump. I gagged, got back in my car and moved it. It smelled the same and I had to leave. It looked (and obviously smelled) like the trash had not taken out the day before. Before leaving I looked around and all the employees were standing waiting for new customers. I also feel the air freshener they hand out with the wet towel is useless, I throw them away every time. There is not a lot of shade when drying your car. They have the blue triangle shaped tarps that don't provide a lot of shade. I wish they had complete covered drying area like my old car wash to help with water spots and the heat of the summer sun. When the young kids are waving you into the car wash they look miserable, never happy, never a smile, just miserable. Then they are supposed to spray down the front of your car and loosen up dirt and debre but they barely spray to make a difference, they also seem lethargic (nice way to say lazy, or sleeping with their eyes open). I have been sprayed twice, lightly, because they wait too long to give the towel and these automatic windows only move so fast. Between the trash and the miserable looking young employees I don't feel like they are welcoming their customers. With these car washes almost popping up every other block you would think they would care a little more. So the only benefits to this car wash is closeness, because I don't want to drive more than 5 minutes, and the hours of business. read more

I have tried just about every car wash in Arizona: clean freaks, Superstar, Jackson's, and Full Circle auto wash. But hands down the best car wash I have ever been to has to be Cobblestone Auto Spa. The employees are personable and always trying their hardest to keep everything stocked like the complementary towels that are always clean and neatly folded. I have been a member of their fast pass membership for over a year now and I have to say it has kept my 2018 Honda Civic looking as new as the day I bought it. Seeing the employees spend countless hours in the sun just to keep and maintain the little things cobblestone does to keep their customers happy really makes me think they care and value every single customer that comes forth to their wash. The one time that I experienced a discrepancy involving the car wash the manager, Don handled the situation with excellency and great care, it made me feel like a true valued customer, He really stepped up and put my needs first I can not stress this enough CobbleStone auto spa is so much more then just your ordinary car wash. read more

Oh. My. Word. I've both worked in--and visited--every niche of the customer service industry, and never EVER have I received such phenomenal customer service as I have at this car wash. Scott, Jerrion, and Milton have worked together to raise the standard for customer care in all aspects. They are energetic, friendly, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to be of service, WHILE SMILING. Quality customer service does not seem to exist anymore, so to find it at a car wash was refreshing and completely unexpected. I've had a membership for the lava wax express fast pass since they opened, and now that i'm moving to north Phoenix, I couldn't be more depressed that I had to cancel this membership. It's a tremendous deal as long as you go a few times a month, and honestly, its location is a couple miles off the freeway, so I hit them once a week. I hope and pray that I can find a car wash where I'll be living that compares to even a fraction of the fantastic value and service that this location has provided me with since day one, though I sincerely doubt it...in fact, my poor Volt might go through withdrawals when I leave. Worse customer service and they steal your money. Val Vista and baseline is a horrible place that does not care about how they treat customers. Put 20 into the express car wash for 10 wash was towards closing the only guy there told me to go through. Waited for my change. Never came out. He pulled my ticket from the machine said it was free today. So I asked him for my money back. He said he couldn't do that he was the only one working. Come back and handed me another paper saying they will know what happened he will let them know. Well they treated me like I was the one stealing from them the manager said there was no proof I asked him to look at the camera he said he did but still was insinuating I was lying about this. Told me I got my car washed did I? WHAT! He wouldn't give me the guys name who worked was nice to me and my daughter. I've know the former manager for years who ran that store and never had any issues til now that he is not there. I had a horrible experience with this company. When I was drying my car off in the vaccum area, a customer next to me pointed out that the front grill area of my car was bone dry not washed. One of the employees who was originally at the gate, told me to go back through and let the person know I need a rewash. The attendant told me the sensors had been giving dome difficulty all morning. When I went back to the gate, a young lady reluctantly let me through again. I got the rewash and the water had not touched the same area. The young male attendant came back over and agreed that water had not touched that area. He recommended that I speak to the manager. I told him, maybe just putting the hose on it will be fine. I really did not want to go back through the wash and it wasn't a big deal really. This was an experience I will never forget. Long story short. The manager Courtney came over and told me she was not doing anything about it, she was very rude. I asked her why was she being so confrontational. She then went on to tell me, that I did not know what the word meant and she took a management class and has worked as a manager for a year. I then explained that I am a psychologist and may know more than she thinks about the word. I told her that I was going to report her to the company for her unnecessary abuse and attitude. She went back in the office came out with a pad and pen and proceeded to write down my tag number. I asked her why was she taking my number down and to please leave me alone. Courtney stated, she was going to email her company and warn them I will complain and not to believe me. She then started screaming at me saying, "get off MY property, you are trespassing". She was setting a stage, I soon discovered. I was in shock. Then she pulled out her cell phone and looked at me stating, "you know what, I am going to call the police on you". I got in my car and called the police and asked them to meet me on the adjacent property. A police car came to me and another went to her. The officer I had, listened to me while I cried shaking in disbelief. Shortly after another car came into the lot I was in. That officer came up to me asking, "What is your name"? I was clearly speaking to the original office who came to me already knowing my name. Courtney gave the second office a story so far fetched and filled with lies. She went so far to say I threatened her. The officer that went to her was not very nice to me and said, we were both telling some lies. I told the officer, I am a 55 year old women and she is a young girl and I have no reason to lie for a $7 car wash. This place is not only dishonest but dangerous. The way I was treated by the second officer was not very nice. I wonder if they now know this business is doing this horrible behavior and practice to others. One day they are going to get a poor innocent person arrested with their lies. Please do not go to this establishment. Something is very wrong here. My truck was looking horrible after all the dust blew in few days ago (ok it looked bad before that but that's my excuse). So I decided to go here after driving by and my fiancé saying she went and it was awesome. Got a really great wash for free and signed up for the unlimited wash 15.99 plan. The guys working there were really awesome and nice so that was a plus. The wet towel and free air freshener was also awesome. Free vacuums were definitely a plus as I needed it bad. My only semi gripe is that I didn't get any kinda info on the 15.99 unlimited pass I got. How does it work? What does it all included? What if I decide to cancel? A pamphlet would of been nice. Simple easy drive through car wash. Attendants were nice and friendly. Lots of vacuum bays with air jets to blow the remaining water dripping off your car. Today I did the 3 dollar quick wash. Seemed like I had a choice of fragrance or damp towel for your dash board. I chose towel but received nothing. As I was drying and vacuuming my car an attendant came over to ask how I liked this place. It's close to my job and it's fine but I didn't get my towel, I said. He explained that the towel or fragrance was a dollar extra. Screen didn't prompt me for that. As I continued to clean the same attendant came and gave me a free towel and fragrance. Nice. Will return! He also told me I got a free car wash for taking his survey but he only took my first name. Weird. read more
