If I could give them a minus ten stars that is what they would get. I have a 2015 black Escalade and was so thrilled to be able to keep it clean with a membership. The Cobblestone on North Cave Creek Road took the entire top coat of paint off and left SCRATCHES all over the hood and the roof of my car. A Holly responded like asking for my phone number to call me. I responded and never hear back. I tried calling their corporate office and left a message with Heather, but still no response. Guess I'm stuck with either taking them to court or dealing with it myself. It's so disappointing that businesses like this just don't care about their customers. I have a good mind to stand in front of the Cobblestone with my car and a sign as to what their car wash does to your car.Shame on them for not responding. read more

Really good value for a quick wash. And, first time here, they gave me a free wash and a nice big wet shop towel to clean the inside with. Free vacuums. Rubber strip came off the top of my car and the guys quickly retrieved it. read more

I went to this car wash and I was so excited that it was so close to my house! I went through the first time and it ruined my rear windshield wiper. They do nothing to secure it during the wash. I went back to speak to the manager and was basically told I was a liar and would do nothing for me. So very disappointing. read more

I got the unlimited wash and went to use it my first time today. We got back from a long road trip. The fast pass didn't let me through, so it took about 10 min to get into the wash. Not a biggie. I figured it was just a glitch. After the wash, my car still had tons of bugs on it, so I was going to go through again and the guy told me it was once a day. I explained to him that unlimited means unlimited, but regardless my first wash didn't clean my car. The way he responded was not the customer service I would have anticipated from a new business. It may have been an off day, but if it continues I will cancel my pass. I am not planning on washing my car every day or even every week, but it seems like if the car doesn't get clean on the first run through they'd automatically send you back through. read more

Horrible service at the Elliot and Priest location, in Tempe. One request I had was to have the bugs removed from the front bumper and windshield. I was told it's NOT possible and then the manager Courtney told my husband to wash his own f$&@ing windshield in front of our 2 young boys. HORRIBLE service, I'm canceling my fast pass and finding another car wash...maybe Jacksons or Francis and Sons will have better customer service. read more

I had a very confusing experience this cobblestone. I am a monthly fast pass member so I attempted to go through the fast pass line. At that point I was informed that the system was rebooting and it would just be a moment before I could proceed. A few minutes later, a second individual came out and 1) communicated with the cars behind me something to make them turn around and leave, 2)he placed an orange cone directly behind my car, blocking me in. Now, I could not proceed forward and I could not proceed backward and 3) he left. After several more minutes, a third worker came out and communicated it would just be a few more minutes till I was able to leave. I informed her that her colleague placed a cone behind my car, blocking me in. After a moment, she removed the cone and I was able to leave without getting my car washed although people in the other lines we're having no issues. That was an odd experience. read more

I used this carwash in Chandler for years, with no issues. Then i made the mistake of going to the Val Vista Williamsfield location, where they waxed my new car inside without warning me that it could glare!! I drove that night for the first time and i almost got into an accident. I went back and they told me they could remove the wax, i came back and they were too busy. I went back again the next day and they did it in probably 5 minutes! I got no compensation for the 58.00 i spent to put the wax on in the first place! They also couldn't give me the points i got for the service, Brandon said there was a problem in the system and left it there. I called Corporate but never recieved a call back!!! I will never use Cobblestone again, they do not care about their customers :( read more

Two different types of vacuum nozzles and a small blower to remove the extra water around your door handles, mirrors and bumpers. The carwash is really cool. The way you drive up onto the rollers, it's way easier to line up your car because there are no tracks like the old-style. It seems likeIt went really really fast and there was a little extra soap still left on parts of my car around the mirrors and bumpers. Only recommendation I would have is for them to slow down the actual carwash a little bit. read more

When I originally signed up for the fast pass I was told my first month would be $10.99, the company (at that time called Splash) charged me $15.99 and never corrected the issue. The past two months Ive been charged $17.99 without notice (found out today they entered my email wrong), and that the $15.99 price expired (even though I still see it advertised at the location I visit). Convenient car wash. I like the set up of the free vacuums following the wash and they work very well. I like the little dash wipe and the scented thing to place under the seat. Today I added a micro fabric towel onto my purchase and the young man forgot to give it to me but they were quick to remedy this when I stopped by the little office. The prices are competitive, it would be great if they had a system to text deals like some of the other places around here (or maybe they do and I'm unaware ‍) I will definitely be back because of the cleanliness and convenient location! read more

Best $3 I have ever spent, I have been wasting money at other car washes. Top notch facility. I was expecting the $3 car wash to be a spray of water, but it was actually a very decent car wash with plenty of soap. The free vacuums are the best part. Two nozzle types, compressed air, really strong vacs and plenty of hose. The compressed air makes drying out the crevices a breeze and gets the interior extremely clean. I highly recommend you stop by and try this place out, so glad its right by my house. read more

Had a great experience here today, got in and out just like one may want to with this type of car wash. No up-sells, no hassle, just quick and easy. I want to highlight one employee though, by the name of Chris. I had ordered just a Light Wash ($5) but optioned for 1 Dash Towel making the total $6.00. When I got to the start of the wash, the new computer system neglected to advise the attendant that I needed the towel, so it got passed by as I entered the tunnel. No big deal, I got through it and proceeded to vacuum out the car, etc. I walked over to the gentleman attending the payment machines and let him know I did not get the towel as I had ordered, showing him my receipt. He immediately apologized and ran over to grab what I had paid for. Not only did he bring me 1, but 2 Dash towels for what I'd assume was the inconvenience. Whether he meant to do that or not, it said a lot that he made it right and then some. Being in the customer service industry myself, I take notice of things like this and hope Chris's management does as well. Thank you for the wonderful experience. read more

As others are going to be posting something similar to this in the future, I have to say... We had quite a good, dusty storm these past few days! When I first pulled up to this wash I noticed that their top wash was only $14.99! Very cheaper than other places which is usually $20.00. I was told to put away my card and just slide on through to the tunnel, the manager's special / free $10.00 wash today! I couldn't have been anymore excited. Pulling into the tunnel, the employees make sure you are aware of keeping your hands off the brake, steering wheel, and always have it in neutral, I have never seen any other car wash employee do this! My car on the inside smells great looks clean and same for the outside of it! If I am not mistaken, Daniel was very kind in letting me know that today was a free $10 wash day! Loving this place already, it's more of a convenient location if you live around Downtown Chandler. Thank you!!! read more

Great new car wash available in south Chandler for a great price. The wash does a good job on your car and the vacuums actually worked very well. The blowers that are used to dry your car work very well and left very few spots on my car. Of course you had to towel occasional spots on the car but that's expected. The people here were very friendly and helpful. I have been back several times. read more

Worst customer service ever!! I'm easily distracted by the anything on my front windows- even those little oil change stickers. I asked if there was anywhere else the sticker could be placed when I signed up and the guy was totally cool and said just hold it up to the window when you come through. So that's what I've been doing for over 3 months. Then the GM today stopped us and said it had to be on the window. When I explained that it can't be he said I would have to cancel and was super rude. He wouldn't even let me speak. He doesn't care about customers. It's his way or cancel. So they've now lost 3 customers because my husband and mother canceled there membership also. There are a lot of other car washes out there that are cheaper and better. read more

I was not told when I paid for a monthly plan that I would be charged automatically each month. I tried to cancel the 3rd month by calling three times with no answer. I sent an email with no response and got charged. When I returned to town I stopped by the location in Chandler on AZ Ave. The person was not helpful, did not listen to what I was saying and basically told me I had to cancel in advance as they do not give refunds. He said he would contact headquarters and get back with me. He never did. The only way may get my refund and continue to do this is to contest my credit card charge which is a hassle. GM Nick .... BE AWARE ... South Arizona Ave, Chandler, AZ OMG... I gave it a one star because I had to give it something, zero is not possible.. The car wash when it works it is very nice. The place is new and it has had a lot of issues, as a customer I understand and I have been patient. I pay for the most expensive package because I like the wax cover. I have gone thorugh before without getting the wash, when I reported this to the attendant, I was told sometimes it gets stuck if the person in front of me didnt get the wash. The attendant suggested I go through it again. So, today I thought this happened and I didnt get the wax coat, so I drove around to go through again, one of the attendants was very nice and he was going to reset the my code so I could go though it again. The manager, or as he calls himself the "GM", started "YELLING" and "WAVING ARMS UP IN THE AIR", I could only see this, not hear. The "GM" (NICK) came to talk to me and told me I wasn't going to get another wash because I had already gone through once and I it showed I got what I pay for. I believe I could have made a mistake, but the GM was rude, unpolite, unprofessional, nasty to only me but to his employees. Do not take your car to that car wash it put a lot of scratches on my new 2016 dodge pick up one of the manger come out saw the scratches tried to have it buffed out they were to deep.now when I call they hang up on me don't want to fix my new truck.there brushes was of balance not only did it scratch the truck it also dented my truck .my paper plate was still on the truck it's only 2 weeks old.i would advise taking pictures of your car before you run it thru and Check it all over when it comes out.i run a business my self and they do not handle there clients like professionals at all read more

Way too many car accidents are happening here! I have 2 cars, so I decided to wash one of them when the place first opened. I took it and the tires went onto the moving track. Midway, this car behind me hit me from the back because of failure from the Car Wash to tell her to put the car in neutral. I let it go and went back again a week later with my second car. We went onto the moving tracks and just as we were about to get out, the car in front of us had it in park, and the track kept moving. With no workers around, my car rammed into the parked car, causing damage to my front bumper. When we went to tell the manager, he was rude and showed no respect or sympathy for the matter -- although it was my second time getting hit. His name was Daniel and he was impeccably inconsistent and refused to give us any information. Do NOT come here. Worst experience ever. Shame. read more
