Pulled up to pay, a male (bald) employee approached me and I told him I wanted a wash, he asked if I wanted to purchase an unlimited pass. I said No thanks. He asked why not. I said No Thanks. He asked why I was being rude and not responding to his questions. I stated " No is a complete sentence". He said that he could ban me from returning since I was being rude. Advised all I want is a wash. let me pay for the wash, get my car washed and I'll leave. I paid, he refused to give me the receipt for the wash. After the wash, I drove up to a spot to vacuum my car etc, he walked over and took a photo of my car/ license plate and walked away. I have been going to this car wash since they opened, with no problem. The last time I was there, something malfunctioned and they damaged my car. I got the runaround between the manager and the home office about getting reimbursed for the damage. Got no where with them, so sent a demand letter. They didn't even respond! Shameful! read more

My wife and I have been using this car wash since they opened several years ago, however recently I ended up with damage to my vehicle after the attendant working the entrance to the wash bay apparently failed to enter the correct settings for my Toyota 4Runner. As a result, the side brushes hit my vehicle so hard on both side that the plastic cover on my passenger side mirror became dislodged. I had walked around the vehicle afterwards because I was sure there had to be damage as hard as the brushes were hitting my vehicle however I didn't notice the dislodged mirror until after the fact. IF we continue to use this location, we'll need to be sure to fold our mirrors in so they don't end up getting ripped off by another distracted wash bay attendance. I just wish they were as worried about not damaging people's vehicles as they are trying to sell memberships. read more

Newly opened in neighborhood but highly inefficient. Car had dirt patches all around which I had to clean by hand. Checkin assistant was least interested in providing enough details. He didn't even provided bundled offers which usually any newly opened business provides proactively. There was literally no wait time and within minutes I was on express wash belt. Free vacuums and towels are only provided service which is useful. Otherwise express wash was waste. My service included polish but there was literally no directions to avail that service. Another problem with this location is the setup of entrance way. One entry from road collides with express wash exit and also the vacuum area exit. literally such a narrow road that if a bad rider speeds up then chances are high for clash. Update: The manager got back to us and said that our tail light was broken BEFORE WE BROUGHT IT IN. I'm sorry, we are two very hard working people that take pride in their vehicles. There is no way in HELL that this is true. Their camera quality is also trash so there's no way they would even be able to make that determination. Absolutely no ownership for their mistakes. Downgrading to 1 star. I finally got an email back from someone. He didn't answer most of the questions I asked. When I recently signed up for a new membership, it was $22/month for SIX months. A special they were running. Starting in month two, the rate adjusted to $32. Ethan Richard's response back was: "I apologize however cobblestone deleted the promotion and I do not the ability to reapply the promotion. Luckily I do have a similar promotion for $18.50/mo for 2 months if that works for you however " I sent another note with more questions because how does a promotion just end during the promotion?? His second response back was: "I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, we had a pricing issue with this price lock you were placed on. Unfortunately, we did not catch this error until this week on Monday, which we then corrected. Only necessary steps we would need to take is refunding the overcharge of $10 which you will see within 3-5 business days. Since this has been corrected, you will be billed the correct amount for the remaining of the promotion you are supposed to be on this price lock. If any questions, please feel free to contact me!" Oh but wait, it's not over. He's now offered me a promotion of $18.50 for 2 months. TWO WHOLE MONTHS. I asked what the rate would be after that two month period. Crickets. The $10 refund hit my AMEX, so that's good. But, as soon as my two months is up, I'm discontinuing business with your company and moving to the brand new car wash that just opened up nearby at Jomax and I-17. I will NEVER do business with your company again. I will be sure to tell absolutely everyone I know about what happened. You're ridiculous and the bait and switch crap I've dealt with is worthy of an investigation by some entity into shady practices. Unbelievable that you think operating like this is good practice or that you can screw customers over by offering one thing for six months and then changing with NO warning to something else mid-promotion. Don't do business with this company. You're better off paying for a basic car wash at Jackson's or using a hose in your driveway. Your practices are disgusting, predatory, and completely inappropriate. Consumers are in charge of keeping companies like yours in business. The attendant lined my car up wrong on the conveyer belt and my car went off belt and hit metal washing apparatus. The attendant was talking into his headset at the time and clearly wasn't paying attention. I had to honk my horn as no one noticed my car slamming into the machinery. They took an incident report, reviewed the video, and told me that the attendant had lined me up wrong on the belt. They said they would "take care of It". Ethan Richard sent me and email and said he would forward it to the right department and get me taken care of. Two months later, I have been ghosted. I've cancelled all my cars with unlimited washes and contacted my attorneys and insurance company. These bozos just lost another customer. I've had two vehicles and I've been coming here since they have opened. I asked a gentleman 6 months ago to stop my service and put it on hold for 6 months like I do every year cuz I go to Washington I leave my other two cars on the program. Imagine my despair when I go in to start up my service and it has been running all summer. I didn't think you would really matter cuz they could see if I've been using it or not and they would tell if I've been in town and I obviously haven't so I thought they would give me a credit since it was their fault they didn't stop at the service. There was no way I could tell if the guy was just lying or he was not very good at his job but either or they decided to do nothing and they just said have a great day so I took my three cars a month out of there and I found another place that is only $15 a month and it saves me 17 bucks a month and it is probably a little bit better. I would not recommend this place to either of my friends and have taken my daughter's cars off of the other locations they really do not care about you or your feelings of good service. ThiS Cobblestone has just opened for maybe over a week ago. There are pros and cons to this car was. Pros: Plenty of people there to help with the car wash Set up well when it comes to entering the car wash and getting the self Vacuums that they have Cons: The car wash does not get the dirt off your car, so what's the point of going here for a car wash if it doesn't get the dirt off. When exiting the car wash, it was not well designed. The reason why I say these becuase you automatically have to make a left or right to cars who are coming in or leaving the car wash. There is no space when leaving the car wash. read more

When the 1st opened it was great but over time like all of their site, equipments gets run down and they don't repair it. Went today and both hose for my stall were broken and some bullshit masking tape was on them. Put money back in the business and replace the old equipment. read more

We have an unlimited wash plan for two cars here . We come every week with two cars . When we started the service everything was working about 5 months ago, now the vacuums are not and they have closed off so many lines or the hoses are broken that when the ports are busy you can't get the service you pay for. Management and ownership need to step up and do some repairs to provide the full service pr advertised. read more

Beware of this business! They damaged my car and claimed no responsibility! I've been through car washes hundreds of times before. I am familiar with the process. This time however, I lined up to the track, waited for the guy to instruct me, then pulled straight onto the track. I put the car in neutral, and rested my foot. As soon as the guy flipped his switch the car turned to the left and was pulled into their sign. Why is the sign so close to the tracks? Why would my car turn sideways? I wasn't touching the steering wheel. The guy had me straighten the car and proceed through the wash. By the time my car was at the end of the tunnel it was turning sideways again. This car wash is designed poorly. The tracks are flat and it does not hold your car in place. The guys that work there were really nice. At first glance I thought it was just a broken lens. Not a big deal. One of the employees was looking up the price for a new side lens. I said my husband works at a Jaguar shop and it's probably an easy fix. It seemed like they were going to work with me, but 2004 Jaguar parts aren't very easy to find online so I said my husband could probably find one. I got their names and phone number and we all agreed that I could call them after my husband looked at the car. I told them I was willing to keep costs down by finding a used part. I thought we could all work together to make this right. I'm not an uptight customer. I went outside to dry the car and noticed a dent was there also. At this point I was given the option to try to pull the dent out with a magnet. I didn't want to risk trying to do that myself so I opted to fill out the incident report. They told me the manager would contact me in four days. Here is his response "We will not be claiming responsibility, the reasoning behind it is that the vehicle wasn't in neutral when the loader/employee flipped the paddle over which says stop, Neutral, no brake. The other factor that plays into it is that loaded on to the track straight, not perfect but straight and then the vehicles wheel turned to the left causing the incident with our entrance sign. We are sorry for the inconvenience that has caused you, we can give you a couple of free platinum washes but that's all that we can do for you and we are truly sorry." Of coarse my car was in neutral. Why would I leave a manual transmission in gear In a car wash? It's not like I am going to hold the clutch down all the way through the car wash. I doubt this manager even knows my car has a clutch. Way to jump to conclusions. After reading their Better Business Bureau score (it's D-) and reviews it seems likely that my only option is to pay for repair myself and try to get reimbursed through Small Claims court. Update- these people are liars! Now the GM said I hadn't stopped my car and when the kid flipped the switch I just rolled right into their sign. Total BS! read more

I have always preferred to use cobblestone for washing my vehicles but after checking my payment history for the "unlimited package promotion" I am incredibly disappointed. Signed up for it back in February and was astonished to see what I have actually been being charged. Had I known what I was verbally told, would be inaccurate I would have been more proactive about watching my account. The other odd thing, was that I was receiving two separate charges on my account. One for $11 and then several days later another for $15. The $11/month was the amount I agreed to. The additional $15 was never disclosed. Called in to inquire about the discrepancy in price and was sent to a voicemail saying I would get a call back in 2-3 business days. Not feeling confident about receiving that phone call. Canceled my membership. I rarely write reviews but will always be the first to write solid reviews for good companies. Taking the time to right this poor review, to ensure others are not being scammed into fake pricing. read more

Not My Problem! I have been taking my Bentley to the Happy Valley Cobblestone Car Wash once a week since it opened about 6-7 months ago. This week while in the wash, the bottom of the passenger side mirror broke open during the cleaning process. I pulled the car to a spot at the facility to inspect the damage and found that a long swatch of material from the vertical ribbons that wash the car, had gotten stuck between the top and bottom of the side mirror and had dislodged the bottom cup, pulling wires and lights from the casing. I made a report with the gentleman at the office and was told that I would receive a call from their manager in a day or so. Yesterday a manager identifying himself as Mathew called and said that he had reviewed the video tape of my Bentley going through the wash and said that " it looked like the piece of the side mirror came off too easily and he asked me if it was loose before I went into the wash". I told him that this was not the case, and that I was taking my car to have the side mirror fixed and was going to bring him the bill. I was then told that there was nothing he could do and that Cobblestone would not be reimbursing me for the repair. He then had the audacity to say "I hope to see you back at his car wash". If this is how Cobblestone handles situations when they are obviously in the wrong, as confirmed by their own videotape, then I would strongly suggest that we all find a different car wash to patronize. What Mathew the manager didn't realize is that we have 4 other cars that we (used to) take to his car wash weekly and that if he had just done the right thing and stood behind his product/service that he would have recouped the $150, the cost to repair the side mirror, (see below) in about two weeks. If Cobblestone management is reading this review, you might consider this a "teaching moment" for Mathew as I am taking my business elsewhere. read more

Much better than the others. I had challenges at the three minute thing including two times a car ran into me inside the wash, and swirls in my paint. Not this place. The team clearly care. The place is so clean! I went today, after an intense dust storm followed by hard rain. Our vehicles looked like spotted owls. The only clean spots were where the rain hit.
