paid $30 for the works. They missed so much! The driver side windshield was wiped but on way to my next destination I started to notice the rest of windows were missed, side mirrors, the inside side panels missed everywhere except drivers side. The vacuum must not be working very well, there was little effort there. I think they only cleaned drivers side hoping I would not notice. There were only 2 cars during this time so too busy is not an excuse. I called the manager and of course he said come back and we will clean it but isn't that why I was there the first time. read more

I stopped here today on a rainy day. I wanted mostly to get the inside cleaned and matts cleaned. After the car wash my car was moved to the detail area for the matts. I sat for probably 10 min seeing my car running doors open and no one in sight. I went over and shut the car off. The inside looked the same as arrival. I'm told $45 only buys you a light dusting of the inside per the manager. There was a hard sell on arrival for the what ever deals. The man in the detail area re vacuumed and did his best to make it right. He is the only one who understands customer service as far as I can see. Not likely to return. read more

The very young sales guy says it will be $115.00, I said how much, and he said in order to dust the dash that was the best he could do. They currently have no prices posted anymore. I went to Cobblestone Auto Spa for the first time today. Although they were a little busy, they got everyone checked in and moving fairly quickly. I choose the $28 car wash, which included the usual interior vacuum as well as the glass, tire shine, etc. I don't often go and have my car washed and vacuumed for me but I'm about to have a baby and can no longer do that for myself. Here's the deal, I still had to go home and touch up things they left behind. Re: my husband had to do it. Whoever vacuumed my car did the bare minimum. My mats looked like they were barely touched as did parts of my back seats. It does appear that they did vacuum under my mats as they had been unhooked and put back without putting back in place. I found dirt along side the seats and the door which could have been easily vacuumed out. The dash was wiped down, 2/3 of the way. I drove home staring at the line of dust at the back of the dash that I couldn't reach and they didn't try to get. Not to mention the incomplete job on the windshield. Honestly, I'm bummed that I paid for a job not fully done. I get that they were busy but there something to be said for doing things right. It's not worth paying for a full car wash if you have to come home and finish it yourself. I won't be returning. read more

I thought I would stop in to get my car washed at Cobblestone since I had an appointment across the street. I asked for the $18 car wash and I was immediately told the $24 was a better wash. Since it was going to take awhile, I left my car there and went to my appointment. When I left, my car was in the drying area, ready for a wipe down. I let the attendant know that I was leaving and would be back. I returned in 1 hour to pick up my car. When I started looking over my car, I found the job to be shoddy at best. I was severely disappointed to say the least. When I pointed out the areas that had not even been wiped down, I was told by Ismael that the car was dusty and basically, if I wanted it cleaner I would have needed to pay for a higher car wash. I asked him if their wash job was a $24 car wash, he said he would go and get the manager but did not return. After waiting for a few minutes, I went inside and asked the cashier for the manager. He picked up the phone and said a customer wanted to see him. The clerk hung up the phone and told me that it would be a "minute" as the manager was busy. I asked if the "minute" was going to be an actual minute, or would it be a longer time. I was told by the clerk, it would probably "be a long time." I then asked for my money back. Again he called the manager and told him the customer wanted the money back, he was told to give me a refund. The cashier handed me $18! I told him no, I paid $24, he ended up giving me the correct amount back. He also told me that he just refunded someone $200, yikes. So basically, I did not have a good experience and will not be coming back. I don't think that it's too much to ask that for $24 my car actually come out clean and have been vacuumed out. Seriously, it's like people just do not have any pride in their work. I get they are busy, but still. The other issue is the manager. I don't believe that management should be too busy that they couldn't talk to an unhappy customer. This whole fiasco confirmed to me that customer satisfaction is not their highest priority. The last 5+ times I've come here I've not been thrilled at the quality of the interior jobs. I now expect sub-par work; I only come when in dire need to have my interior done and I don't want to do it myself. If you have no or low expectations, you'll be more acceptable of the results. No longer do I walk them around the car to point out areas they need to tend to, nor point out the 89 things in the interior they schlepped over. I don't have the time nor patience for that anymore. I will say I do have to have them fix the smeary windshield, every time. I don't know if ownership has changed hands over the years, or what. This place is the worst. I have never really had good experiences coming here. Haven't been here since Covid so I thought wth I'll give them another try. They are so incredibly pushy about upselling. I bought the ultimate ($35) car wash. One of their top tier washes. Not the cheaper one. The dang "ultimate." And they tried to upsell me to the unlimited package. I politely declined. The man questioned me on why I'm ok paying $35 and not $5 more for the unlimited. He wouldn't take no for an answer. Then I asked to make sure they please vacuum my trunk and they said they will "lightly vacuum" but if I want a thorough vacuum I have to pay for pet hair removal. I'm not asking for the world here, just for a general vacuum. I hate how this place makes me feel every time I come and spend money. I always leave in regret. A pretty shitty feeling when you spend your hard earned money somewhere. Never ever again. I'm sure they won't care about this review, but for what's it's worth whoever sees it can hopefully make an intelligent decision not to patron this business and spend your money someplace else that will hopefully not fill you with regret. I've had problems here before. I'm an idiot for giving them another chance. I'm selling my car to a friend and as a nice gesture I took it here and paid for their platinum full service wash. This is the second time I've gotten it washed there and felt like they didn't even try at the end of it. My car had been sitting for a while so granted it was a mess inside, but that's why I bought their most expensive wash. I had hoped they would take extra care. The center console had barely been wiped down. When you fold the console up there is a change area and the whole area was caked in dust and dirt. I took the cup holder lining out before I got there in hopes they would clean under it as well. They put the wet liner back into the cup holder and so when I pulled it out there was hair and all kinds of dust sitting in water underneath as it had not been dried out before putting the lining back in. I had taken my mats off the floor in the back so they would clean under. The mats were still on the seat when I got the car back and the seats themselves had not been vacuumed at all! The back window "dash" (if that's the correct term) had been wiped except for the area closet to the window, leaving about 3 inches of dust all the way across. I could keep going, but I've made my point. So sick of car places, washes and shops, taking advantage of people. If I pay you for a service, please act like you care at least a little bit. Never coming back here again. Oh and at the end the Attendent gave me a hard time about wearing a mask (covid) and not having eye covering. Know your information. I'm wearing a mask to protect you, not because I'm scared to contract the disease myself. He was probably joking but that was the icing on the "still dirty car" cake. read more

I just want everyone to know the truth behind this company. I WAS a loyal customer of theirs but my rear bumper was ripped off and my vehicle was damaged. Guillermo initially tried to work with me and said someone would contact me within 48 hours, then they only wanted things to go through a certain service center that they work with. I offered to go to the dealership for an estimate and Ryan Cahill (operations manager and one of the owners) laughed and said "they aren't credible" speaking of the Nissan dealership. So I called and called and finally a week later I speak to Ryan Cahill (king of the car wash) and his demeanor was condescending and rude to say the least. He can't afford to repair a bumper that I have video of being ripped off in their tunnel and laughed at me numerous times and said "if" I decide to take it their service center he would "consider fixing it" not to mention after the damage was done and the manager took us inside to speak with us they had their oil technician try to tape the rear bumper back on without asking me. This guy is condescending and rude and I have recently filed this matter in small claims and his initial response "at this moment it is not a matter of if I owe". A lot of us take comfort in assuming we are safe because cobblestone is a big name but realistically they do not care and they do not take any responsibility. They know this happened yet claim after the fact that they couldn't be responsible, they even had to pull my bumper out of the tunnel it was still stuck in. And as for Ryan Cahill, he don't care about you as a customer, he is all about $ that is it. He made that very clear. ***update*** I sued them in civil court and won. My car is now fixed read more

I have been a member at Cobblestone for over a year now, and I have had mostly positive experiences. It's a great deal, $30.00 per month, for unlimited $18.99 washes. They have a few nice waiting areas inside, with TV's and free popcorn. The car wash employees (the ones that actually do the cleaning) ARE GREAT!!!! I cannot say enough positive things about them. They have great work ethics, they're reliable, and they're humble. The employees I have a problem with are the inside employees (obnoxious) and the Auto Glass salesmen. I've spent over $1,000 dollars at Cobblestone over the past year, doing waxes, seat cleans, carpet shampoos, drinks, tips for the washers, etc. I always help out a genuine salesman that notices something I may need. The other day, I went in to get my usual $18.99 wash that's free with my membership. As I pulled up to the vacuums to drop off my car, an Auto Glass salesman named Ivory, immediately started putting his hands all over my windshield. He then proceeded to tell me how bad the sand blast was on my windshield, and he stated that it was a severe driving hazard for me. He was extremely pushy, and there is clearly NOTHING wrong with my windshield. There are no cracks, and you can see absolutely perfectly out of my windshield. He asked to see my insurance card and went to get the paperwork without me saying I'd like to replace it. I ended up letting him down easily and professionally. It was an uncomfortable experience, and I hope they change something about the process. I'm a member there, and I just want to come in and get my car cleaned without some scumbag trying to scam me into replacing a perfectly good windshield. A waste of money! They totally rip you off with those "diamond touch" washes of 30-40 bucks and you think: "must be the best wash in town for that price"....WRONG!!! I went yesterday and purchased the $20 wash for my Kia Optima I haven't washed in awhile and was expecting a really good job by the staff. Well, let me tell you, the first impression customer service is pathetic. They don't greet you, they don't show you their options, after you make your choice you're supposed to go inside and pay but the line is so busy that you can't leave your car there for like - 2 minutes - and I refuse to give the keys to the employees and leave all my stuff in there while I'm gone. Ok. So I stayed inside my car the whole time just to make sure. As soon as I got out of the wash, there wasn't even room for my car to follow the right line for drying service. THE PLACE WAS SO BUSY!! AND THE DRYING SERVICE EMPLOYEES WERE SO SLOW!!! I was afraid the car behind me would have hit me getting out of the wash machines. Once I finally found a minuscule spot I locked my car and went inside to pay, cause I thought "as busy as it is, my Kia will be there for another 30 minutes without anyone approaching it". Man if I was right! There were 4 different lines at the drying station, but it seemed to me two of them were going a bit faster. I made a complaint to the manager explaining the situation. The only thing he could come up with was "it's really hot and the employees are doing their best". Mmmmmm no I'm sorry. When you pay that price for a single wash or even a bit more, you expect it to be IMPECCABLE! From every single aspect. Put more employees knowing that you guys are so busy. Other car waiters were also disappointed of the waiting time. Fine. It took a long time. But did I really get a good service and car wash? Hell NO! My car still had spots on it. And the air freshener? They never sprayed it cause I couldn't smell it afterwards. I had to go home afterwards to cool off from this experience and finish the drying job with a towel myself. I felt they did an okay job. i got the full service option for $38 but it was a little disappointing to still have bugs on the front bumper and the back of suv un-vacuumed and under my drivers side matt wasn't vacuumed either. I just feel for $40 and it being called full service it should've been a better job but it was semi-passable. i'm from cali but live in phoenix now and usually i get almost detailed car level of cleaning for the same price and it's also called full service so i'm confused as to why i still have bugs and there's still a few spots on my dashboard that wasn't cleaned either but I'm being charged for a full service but that's not what I got. If anyone has any recommendations on a place that's actually full service and does a good job please let a girl know cause i probably won't come back here. read more

The only reason this place has one star is because I cannot go any lower than this, and their night staff (cashier& his wife) tried their best to save them. I dropped my Kia Optima off at 1:00pm after making it VERY clear I have a puppy who had an accident in the back seat. After assuring us that they see that all the time and would take care of it, we drop my car off and I was told it would be 3-4 hours. After waiting 4 hours I was told "it would be between 6pm and 7pm because we got too busy and couldn't get to it." I show up at 10:00pm only to be handed my keys and walk into my car with the ENTIRE interior not touched, smelling like urine, without my car for now 9 plus hours. I am now left without a vehicle for a day and a half and out 200 dollars. Worst experience I could ask for. Update: Aaron, the manager was very unapologetic when we showed up a day and a half later after being told it was finally done. He stated "things happen" and offered a free car wash. When I finally got my car back, the entire outside of my car hadn't even been touched! His own employee walked me inside to speak with Aaron, and had to tell him multiple times that my car was incomplete and was scratched from the buffer. After sitting there ANOTHER hour, my car was finally finished and guess who had disappeared? Their so called "manager" Aaron. I will say, their detail crew on Sunday did do a very nice job at trying to fix such an awful situation and made me feel better. Thank you to you two men. read more

Just left Cobblestone and my car looks phenomenal. They were extremely busy but they were super quick I was in and out with a full service wash within 15 minutes. I have never received such a good car wash. I'm not sure if the vacuums are stronger or what but I am shocked with how good my car looks, it looks brand new. I used to come here once a week. The last two times i visited, i paid almost $30 after tip for an absolute horrible excuse of a car wash. Carpets were not vacuumed, one tire not shined, windows still had water spots, etc. Today will be the last time i visit. Their prices have gone up, but their service has gone to shit. read more

We frequently take our two vehicles to Cobblestone and find they provide a good service. This bustling location has plenty of staff, free popcorn, Dunkin Donuts and relaxing cozy seats. The downside is that we ALWAYS get an upsell routine which I begrudgingly endure. I can count on the salesmen telling me that my windshield is going to explode and that my car has sun damage. It would be so much more pleasant to be thanked for coming in instead of the high pressure sales. read more

My husband and I have been coming here for years and have typically had good experiences. The last several times, though, we could tell a small decline in quality and attention to detail - but I decided to give them another chance. This last visit was the last time I will spend my money here. I stopped by last week, purchased the most expensive wash, and sat for 45 minutes. My car sat in front of me untouched for 35 of those 45 minutes. It was not due to a lack of staff as everyone else's cars were tended to immediately. This is not excusable. Additionally, to make matters worse, the only part of the interior that was washed was the driver side. The interior otherwise was completely dirty still. I had to clean the interior myself a day later after I realized what a terrible job was done. I am so incredibly disappointed with the money I spent and the services I received that we will be finding a new place to get our cars washed. Do better for your customers, Cobblestone. read more

Sadly this car wash has fallen into the greed of typical corporate American companies. This was previously a family owned car wash called happy Harry's. They had an annual pass that would accommodate the needs of my specific vehicle. When cobblestone initially took over they said that they would honor any customers that had the previous agreement however they have now reneged on that commitment. I would rather pay twice as much somewhere else to a family owned company that actually honors its commitments. read more

So they advertise and unlimited monthly car wash for one monthly fee. They have a sign that says wash all you want as well. However today I tried to wash my car two times because I had been out at the NCAA tournament and my car got really dusty. I was then told that I'm only allowed to wash once per day. Somehow I think the word unlimited and wash all you want means that I can wash more than once a day. Steer clear of this place for any oil change or mechanical service. I went in for an oil change. They said my Jeep was leaking coolant and my radiator could go out at any second. They said all my fluids were completely empty. They pushed for these services to be done. I told them that I was going to call my mechanic that I only came here because I had a coupon for $25.99 and he was estimating me about $100 for the services added to my oil change.. When I told them I was taking it to my mechanic they were puzzled and now I know why. Because my mechanic did a full check and nothing was wrong with my Jeep. Fluids were at a topped off level the leakage was very minor which he sealed very easily. And my radiator was healthy. This place has dishonest technicians trying to make a quick buck. Unreliable with the services they recommend. No one should trust them. I'm sure I'm not the only one they've tried to do this too. read more

The last time I came to a Cobblestone, I hated it. Like a lot. Crazy high pressure sales. I had to snap at the associate several times to get them to stop trying to up-sell me on a car wash and oil change. It was ridiculous. I left feeling stressed and annoyed af. So I was wary when they sent out a coupon for a cheap car wash, probably their lowest car wash available. Still, I came, because why not? I pulled up to the Express side. It was wonderful. No associate to bicker with, as you simply have to type in the code on the computer screen, then pull through where the guy hands you a damp towel to clean your dash while you roll through the wash. If you pay for the hand dry/interior clean and vacuum, then you take a left where dudes handle that for you. If not, then head straight out, then take a quick left to get back in to head over to the self-vacuum spaces. Here is where I pull out my shammy towels and finish drying off my car before I vacuum up hidden Cheerios and the piles of playground sand. Things have changed for the better. read more

I drove in to get my Jeep Cherokee washed and they told me I had to drive it through the wash myself. Due to recalls that was their company policy. I chose to drive it to another (not Cobblestone) car wash and had no problem. Needless to say my other cars will not be going to Cobblestone! read more

DO NOT USE GLASS SERVICES. Auto Glass personnel damaged my vehicle while attempting to seal a chip and verbally insulted me when I confronted serviceman about damage. After speaking with manager of the glass department, an offer to pay for part of the damage was offered in return I pay roughly $400 out of pocket for the mistake they made. I have previously visited this location, was not impressed. The auto tune area is great & efficient. However to get your car washed, pass or do it yourself. I visited on Friday morning. They half way vacuumed my car, didn't place my mats back correctly, my driver's side windows were not cleaned I could still see my dogs wet nose marks on them, there was still dead bugs on my grill. My 13 year could have done a better job for less than $30. It wasn't even busy to tine was of the essence. read more
