This business will rip you off. And they won't clean your car. Which is funny, because they are in the business of cleaning cars. I came to them specifically because someone had thrown up in my rental. I told the guy exactly what I needed done because I was driving back to Los Angeles to return my car. You would think that because I came to him with a problem, he would know exactly what to do and charge me. I should've looked at my receipt before I even left my car because when I got back two hours later my car 1) was not clean inside (they left all the dirty cups inside and didn't even bother throwing them), 2) dusty on the inside and I could see all the seat stains that was there before I left it and 3) STILL SMELLED LIKE VOMIT. Upon checking my receipt the attendant decides to waste my time and my money by only giving my car a BASIC WASH and SHAMPOO. Total charges were $55. My mistake for thinking that was a fair price for what I wanted. Furthermore, when I complained to the manager he took his employees side... as if I was stupid for thinking I could get it done for that low amount. They refused to give me a refund and wanted to charge me more for an "odor bomb". These people are major scammers and I don't know why anyone goes to them. Even for a basic wash at $22 - where I am from - they at least wipe your car down and throw the cups inside your car! This is the place to get your oil changed! Very friendly staff. I came in today and not only did they help me with my oil change, but they brought to my attention a leak in my coolant reservoir. I picked up a part and they replaced it for me! They also changed my brake light for me. They went above and beyond. When I followed up 3x later all I was told we didn't see anything on the tapes. When I requested see the tapes myself once again I was ghosted. I love this car wash. I've been coming here for years. It seems like it's improved with, I believe, new ownership! There are plenty of covered bays for vacuuming your car. They now supply moistened terry towels for wiping down the inside of your car. They launder the used towels, which is a really nice service, considering how inexpensive the car wash is. An aside.... I've heard they have lost 100s of those terry towels to petty theft by customers, which really is too bad. I've also noticed there is always someone close by to help at the payment kiosk or answer questions. If you haven't tried this car wash, I highly recommend it. been a member for years. one time 2 years ago they stole coins out of my coin holder that I use for giving to down and out people i see. it equals ten dollars. brought to manager attention. since then, no problems. this last week the same thing happened. I went to manager, and he said he would turn it in to corp. and they would get ahold of me. i know better. i told the manager to give me the ten dollars that they stole. he would not help me out. i let everyone else in the lobby know the situation. the manager then got mouth with me cussing and asking me to leave. I told him i would after he gave me the money his people stole. then he said he was calling police to escort me. i waited and of course he was all talk. I then cancelled the monthly membership and let corporate know that his mouth and rude attitude just cost the company well over 300 dollars per year all over a thief and 10 dollars. beware they are thief's and nothing you can do about it. read more

Great location, right off the 51. Friendly folks working here. The car wash was sloppy. $27.00 for a middle of the road car wash that I had to finish when I returned home. The only part on the inside that was "dusted" was the dash. All other interior areas were not given any attention. This location was quite busy on a Tuesday at 3:26pm, bit that is not an excuse for an unfinished job. I don't mind paying and/or waiting if the job is done right. They are drying my truck and I'm watching through a window and I see two employees searching my door compartment where I have a broken IPad and then one of them takes notice that I'm watching. When I first pulled in the workers in the full service car wash line were extremely rude to me because I should've gone to the oil change station first, which I didn't know since I've never been there. Got an oil change and the platinum car wash, about 30 minutes later when my car is finished and I'm driving I can see that my front windshield is still dirty. I get home and see there are still water spots, dirt marks, and even oil spots on the car after paying for there most exspensive wash. I call in and ask for a refund at which point the associate on the phone tells me there manager is too busy to come talk to me at the current moment but we'll call me when it's convenient. Looking at the yelp reviews, they respond to complaints by saving "reach out the management" well the management obviously doesn't care. I would highly recommend anywhere else. read more

I've been taking all three of my vehicles to this location for oil changes for about 3 years now, but I won't anymore. This last visit, will be my last. When I first pulled in, I was greeted with the news that they no longer offer the $19.99 oil change and it will cost me $35 now. Next, the tech comes up and tells me my oil is dirty, and asks when was the last time I had it changed? YOU CHANGED IT, and have supposedly been changing it for the last 3 years. If it is too dirty, it is because you didn't actually change the oil last time. When I went in to pay, the cashier acted as though it was a bother to help me, completely different than the experience here I was used to. To top it all off, as I was watching them finish the oil change, they ran over a large cone with my vehicle. If this is the level of attention to detail one can expect here now, I will go somewhere else. read more

I get off work from the Avondale area, and I live in Scottsdale. On the drive home after 5 PM I try to swing by this location but they seem to close early well ahead of their 6 PM close time. This is really irritating considering I can drive a little further ahead to the Cobblestone on N. Scottsdale Rd (which is FURTHER ahead of my home in Scottsdale) and they stay truly open til their close time. Why Bell Rd can't is frustrating to me considering my continued monthly membership that I am paying Cobblestone for, that I can't use at this location. Other times like on my days off from work, sure, I swing by here and the service is alright. But once again, if the services provided are completely unavailable and the customer is well within the standard operating times, this in turn is frustrating from a customer experience standpoint. I've yet to see management/leadership make this right.... Look at the negative reviews for this place in the last 90 days alone from the date on this review... I wanted just a car wash, vacuum and dusting (my car doesn't get very dirty) and I had to argue with the guy because he kept wanting to upsell me. I threatened never to come back again if he kept arguing with me. Then, the vacuuming was minimally done. I had to redo it when I got home. I went today to get a Basic car wash. The attendant who was nice, talked me into a Supreme wash ($16.99), but then tried to push me into getting my car detailed, prepaid at another date because I told him my husband and I were get getting ready for a long road trip. I declined. I then was approached by the manager for the glass company that works out of there to replace my glass. This is all before I could even get into the building. Again, I politely declined. Finally my car is done, I tipped four dollars and run to my next appointment. When I returned home, I looked the car over and they had not vacuumed the back at all, nor did they wipe down the back or the side door panels, including the compartments on the door. I called and left a message with Amanda to have the Manager call me. So far no call. I'm very disappointed in the quality of service and I will not be back. If they spent half as much energy cleaning the car as they do with trying to sell upgraded services and glass repair, they'd be five stars! I still expect a call from the Manager. read more

The deal I got is gone, BUT check in with Yelp app, and unlock a FREE 1 month pass for unlimited exterior car washes! Josue from the oil change station was very nice, very patient and reviewed thoroughly with me all the different packages available for oil change and Carwash. As a young female who is not very well versed in the vehicle and maintenance field I was concerned of being taken advantage of for my lack of knowledge but Josue understood My concerns and went above and beyond to gain my trust and money. I come here a lot. I have a wash pass, and am here at least once a week, often more. I must say that my experiences are overall rated at 4-5, with a smattering of 3's. The are always friendly, and consistently clean my cars well. I have left my cell phone in the car a couple times (OOOOPS!!)-- it's there when I get it back. Change left in the drink holder? Still there when I get my car back. Once my antenna was not reattached and when I came back a few days later I let them know (I didn't notice- my husband did). The employees l made note of it and when I got my car back, it was installed. They said it was under the car seat, someone forgot to put it back after last wash. But~~ I got it back. I have occasionally purchased an additional service (mini detailing, carpet shampoo'd, etc) and have been given a very competitive price, and good workmanship. I have not had any problems with these employees or contractors, selling extra services. Occasionally I am approached, but they leave me alone when I tell them "not interested". My kids actually enjoy coming here with me-- the inside of the store is LOADED with goodies- computers with free internet, a bunch of big ol' TVs, playing games, a Dunkin Donuts, and enough junk food ruin a Monk's Lenten vow ( I just made that up, 'ya hear?). Bottom Line: It's a car wash- they make their real profits on the "extras". If you aren't interested, just be firm with your "No". Based on my experiences thus far, I am a loyal customer. read more

Wish I'd read these reviews before I went there, but I was getting my phone fixed down the street, and decided a quick car wash would help kill the time. The previous reviewers are right on the money when it comes to the ol' up-sell. You would think with all these reviews saying the same thing it would be looked into, and trust me, I understand the value of a good up-sell...but THREE times with THREE separate people? It's a little much. Plus, if I come in there initially inquiring over the $4.99 price and asking if there is anything lower than the $32 price (which to be fair, yes, there is) what in the world makes you think I am going to want to spend upwards of 60 dollars? Honestly. And it shouldn't take me 10 minutes to convey to you that I really am not concerned with my windshield right now...that's right, I'm gonna take a gamble on that one, I live on the edge like that.... You did do a pretty good job cleaning the car, but leaving a car wash of all places feeling frazzled is not my thing. Not to mention, I fell for the $4 "Supreme Upgrade" and you forgot my vanilla air freshener. Dang it. All car wash spots love to up sell . . . and we got the chip in the window one yesterday, but I have to say, they didn't high pressure sell us. They gave us information we didn't know, and we ended up using their service for the windshield not just for the car we brought in, but also the one at home! We were totally amazed at how great my husband's windshield looked after they cleaned and filled a nasty chip. The wash was great as well. No streaks, no water drops left behind . . . We bought a package of four top of the line washes from an on-line discounter. Not knowing what to expect of the quality of work, I shuddered when my husband bought multiples, but we were very pleased with the wash both inside and out. The service people were so polite, from Sean who handled our windshields, to Jason, the manager, who checked out the small details before handing my husband the keys. My husband and I have always brought our vehicles there for our oil changes and routine maintenance and love the service we receive every time! Today I went in, not for an oil change but had a serious smell of burning under my car and had my toddler with me and thought I shouldn't be driving, they had me pull in and within 5 min they had pulled off a large plastic bag that must have gotten stuck underneath my car and melting on it. I was reading that plastic bags can cause fire in your car so my family and I would like to thank Jacob and the team for taking care of the situation so quickly. You guys are the best read more

Thanks for the crappy wash guys. Second and last time I will bring my car here. First time was pretty bad but I thought maybe it was the guys last day so I gave you a pass, this time was even worse. The only reason I'm giving you an extra star is because you have a Dunkin Inside and I like donuts.. People can get the same wash for $5 at a gas station and air dry while they drive home. Guys here are a few tips for you 1. You are moving the car from the back of the building to the side of the building, there is no need to touch every adjustment on the seat and get comfortable and fuck the seat up for the owner of the car! God forbid the guy moving the car is not comfortable for 10 seconds of driving. There is also no reason to put on your fav radio station and turn it up. Chances are your customers are not going to like your taste in music or your seat settings when they get in. 2. Don't let cars sit in the sun after you wash them! This leads to water spots all over the windows and paint. Your staff can't even get bugs and dirt off the car, there is 0 chance they will get water spots off. 3. You are being paid to wash the car. If there are still bugs and dirt on the car you did not do your job. 4. Your customers should not have to walk around the car and show you how shitty your work is. If you do this for a living you should be able to see that there is still dirt or water on the car. Have someone who knows what dirt, bugs and water spots looks like check each car before you call a customer over. read more

Leather seats while you wait, free wi-fi, variety of flat panel TVs to watch, children's play area, and even computers for surfing the web while you wait. Albeit that this is free, this isn't without a cost. After you decide what service you will get for your car, you'll have to endure and overcome the high pressure sales prior from the lube extras to upgraded fancy washes. I'm surprise they don't have a little old lady in a wheelchair coming out to ask for a donation. I have to commend them for their resilience and lack of fear of rejection, but if you want a low key wash this is not the place. I have a membership here. I get my car washed about 3 times a week here. I never have to wait to get the car washed. There is ample space to vacuum . They even have a little air hose to blow water/dirt off your ride. (Love that thing) there's a dunkin donut inside in case you do get your car hand washed. The hand wash is good.
