I purchased the fast pass, and today I am cancelling it. Every time I came in I get a "special offer for today" on some sort of cleaning deal. Even when I say no, there is more pressure on how much I need this product. I'm here for a car wash, not a high pressure sales pitch. They don't wipe down the doors. That is extra. Really? dusting the door panels is extra? The vacuuming is always done so poorly. On most occasions I have to go over to the self vacuum to finish the job properly. I'm truly done with such poor quality work and sales pressure every visit. And like Michael D, I supposedly had a oil and filter change in the cab. approx. 3 months later I was at my friend's car repair place. He told me I needed a new cab filter. When I told him Cobblestone changed it 3 months prior, he said " there is no way this filter is only 3 months old, looks like well over a yr." Which is about the last time it had been changed. After you decide what service you will get for your car, you'll have to endure and overcome the high pressure sales prior from the lube extras to upgraded fancy washes. I'm surprise they don't have a little old lady in a wheelchair coming out to ask for a donation. I have to commend them for their resilience and lack of fear of rejection, but if you want a low key wash this is not the place. I have a membership here. I get my car washed about 3 times a week here. I never have to wait to get the car washed. There is ample space to vacuum . They even have a little air hose to blow water/dirt off your ride. (Love that thing) there's a dunkin donut inside in case you do get your car hand washed. The hand wash is good. Not the best, but good for the price. read more

I took my car to Cobblestone for an oil change and car wash combo because I had a coupon to save a couple bucks. The moment I pulled up to the service center the employees started to try to pressure me into additional (expensive) add-ons. No man, I don't want to buy an $80 pre-paid card to get my car detailed, I just want it friggin' washed and I want to go home. I talk to the guy in the shop and he tried to sell me crap to go along with my oil change too. I say no, I don't want to get my coolant system flushed today, so he offers to knock $10 off the price. That just makes me realize how much he was overcharging me to begin with. Let me be clear, the car wash service was excellent! I got what I paid for, but it wasn't worth the hassle. ------------------------ EDIT: I go to this place to get gasoline because it's near the house. High pressure sales, more than most care washes. The rep. Trying to seel auto glass repair named Bryan actually chased us inside to try to convince us that our windshield on a brand new car was cracked and need fix. After multiple declines he still continued to try "educate us " on why we should us them. After leaving the car wash we double checked the windshield, no cracks were found. The enterior of the car was not even cleaned well. This was during the middle of the day and not busy at the time. Run from this place! Unless you like high pressure sales! read more

This place is pretty good. I mean, getting my car washed isn't exactly a chore I look forward to completing... I usually view it as a "time suck" in the middle of an errand-filled Saturday. What I like about this Cobblestone location is that you can really multi-task! The inside is loaded with extras, including a Dunkin Donuts outlet (the rest of my errands are more productive after I get a coffee boost). There's also ample indoor seating with CNN and sports, and a huge kids' play area a la McDonalds -- which I imagine is very convenient if you have family in-tow. The quality of the car washes is average, but this is my car wash of choice when it comes to spending time waiting. TIP: do not use cash for the exterior-only fast pass lane unless you have exact bills! If you insert a $20, the machine will give you a receipt and force you to go inside the store to get your change -- which completely defeats the purpose of "fast pass." read more

A Dunkin Donuts, car wash, gas, kids area, convenience store, etc. Easily accessible from the 51- just exit Bell & it's on the south side of the street- with plenty of parking & gas pumps for crowds. I only give them 3 stars though because I go in here frequently and EVERY SINGLE TIME the windshield repair men harass me about my windshield. I just want to get a Diet Coke. At this point, they should remember me & not ask, or realize if I wanted to get it done, I would approach them. Had an easy efficient experience. I'm not the best with cars so I rely on my technician. Matt was both genuine and honest. He checked out my filters which he stated were in good shape, and changed my oil. Also I got a car wash! No up charges or trying to do more. Painless. I got everything I wanted accomplished during this visit and it was quite speedy though they were busy. Inside they have tons of stuff, even a Dunkin Donuts. Yum! Once my car was ready a gentleman called my name and wanted me to show my receipt. He gave me a coupon for next visit and 7 day wash code for if it rains. I've been coming here since May of this year. Honestly, you know these guys they work hard having to go through the many cars each day, working fast and doing the best they can to get your car out in a fashionably timely manner because Awww you know everyone is in such a rush to get somewhere but, expect perfection at the same time. I like the employees here especially having to work in the heat and having everyone watch them sweating and working together as a team. I love knowing my car can be cleaned everyday if I want or once a week. My car is always cleaned in and out, Windows sparkling, floor mats cleaned from the kids mess, seats are wiped, and so far no damages to my car! And they give you such splendid customer service. So far this location and the Tempe are my two favorites, no pressure in trying to sell you other products but, the car wash! Wow what a sloppy car wash. I got the ultimate because I said I wanted everything done. Of course I was offered great detailing prices, but passed on that. The Ultimate honestly isn't worth the $25. My truck wasn't dry, there still was dirt and bird droppings, and the indoor/outdoor dressing was slopped on. I have large spots of dressing that wasn't spread evenly and spots with none. The edges on the windows, mirror, and well any edge is missed completely. I felt like I should have saved my money, driven thru a cheap car wash and finished it myself. The only reason I gave it a second star is the stellar pricing and work the window guys did on my multiple chips. I will not be back to this place. Not worth the price. I went to the Bell Road and 51 location for a "buff" & wax and got up sold into a clay brick treatment and headlight cleaning for an extra 60 bucks. I took a seat outside to watch them work. All I saw for the first hour were 3 kids shooting the breeze and/or talking on their cell phones. I went inside and asked the manager Guillermo to add some supervision. He went outside to show the kids a thing or two and then left them to return to pretending to work. Another hour goes by and the best they could do is use the electric wax wheel to spread the wax. There wasn't much buffing I paid extra for going on. I asked the manager to show me the clay brick that was supposed to be applied prior to the waxing. He showed me a brick of clay that never made an appearance the 2 hours I watched. He insisted that they had in fact used it. I asked him if that clay removes water spots to which he answered yes. I then asked him why the tailgate was covered in water spots. He wiped them off with a rag then denied there were any water spots there. That is when I decided it was time to go. I got home to finish removing the wax and saw they had not removed much of the oxidation on my headlights either. read more

I've been going here for years for a hand wash. They have doubled their price ( Double) in the last few months ( first time getting car done in a few months) . I pointed out that some how chewing gum had splattered up onto the panel behind the rear wheel. No problem I was told, they have a solvent. Evidently, they didn't care because when I looked at the area the gum was still there. I had to point it out and stand around whilst they took care of it. You couldn't miss it. Won't be returning due to huge price increase and lack of attention to detail. The staff told me they are getting a lot of complaints about the huge price increase. I understand inflation but to double the price is ridiculous. As an update: two days later I was taking my wife to the airport. Previously they would vacuum the trunk. They didn't do the trunk. We received a response on the yelp that said to email them because they wanted to discuss the damage done by their machine. He emailed them and we still have not received any response to our email. I have been going to this location for sometime and the quality is just awful not to mention the wait time is insane. They have 1 person at the entrance and you wait and wait then it can be 40 minutes for them to finish your car. walking up to the car there is always water still dripping from the mirrors or door handles and bottom of doors. I out of 10 times they always miss cleaning the inside of the back windows and then they expect you to tip them for this terrible service. read more

After visiting Cobblestone once every few months for the last several years, I stopped by for an ultimate clean - exterior clean, buff and shine, with a thorough interior wipe down and good vacuum. The service here is 5-star, all the way. Every employee i have ever dealt with has been courteous, polite, and always asks about trouble spots or areas that need extra attention. I got all of that this service trip, but unfortunately it took them two times to get the car completely clean. Bug spots stood out on the front end and moon roof, the interior was hardly touched, etc. The second time around, the employees promised to completely rewash the car. It was better, but wasn't quite thorough enough for me. The worst part was a big puddle of product that was sprayed on my leather seat but never wiped down, so by the time I caught it, it had dried in to dry white chemical cleaner residue. If it were to have been resolved properly the first time, this easily would have been a 4-5 star review. read more

just now Very Very unhappy with the service!! Don't purchase any of the prepaid services!!. I pre-paid for 2 upgraded carwashes. I used the 1st at time of purchase on May 1. I guess that not enough of the receipt printed so they won't honor it. The manager, Chelsea says it's their "policy" to not honor it if you don't have the extra part of the receipt. She would not even consider that I have been a long-time customer (she didn't even look up my tag number to confirm). I have been a prior fast pass customer for several years. I will not be back.
